⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ What a great stay! The rooms are incredibly spacious and, most importantly, extremely clean. I accidentally spilled a little water on the floor and used a white towel to wipe it up—and there wasn’t a single stain or mark on the towel. That alone impressed me! I never quite figured out how to use the phone in the room, but honestly, I didn’t need it. From the moment I completed my registration, the hotel stayed in constant contact with me by text. Every question and request I had was handled quickly and conveniently right through text messaging. The value was also outstanding. I had stayed at another hotel only about 15 minutes away and paid nearly three times as much for essentially the same amenities. Spacious rooms, exceptional cleanliness, great communication, and an excellent value—I had a wonderful stay and would absolutely recommend this hotel. Extremely disappointing and uncomfortable experience! My husband and I booked a two-night stay while visiting Orlando, and unfortunately, our experience was terrible from the moment we arrived. The customer service was less than welcoming, and after paying a $90 deposit, we entered a room that was absolutely disgusting. To make matters worse, we were placed in a connecting room with another guest who had a barking dog. The gap underneath the connecting door was so large that we could literally see the man's feet and his dog walking around in the adjoining room! There was absolutely no sense of privacy, and the entire situation made us feel incredibly uncomfortable and unsafe. We spent approximately 10 minutes in the room before deciding to leave. When we immediately checked out and explained our concerns, we were told we would lose our $90 deposit AND only receive a refund for one of our two nights. There is a difference between canceling a reservation and refusing to stay in unacceptable accommodations. We ended up booking another hotel at an additional expense, where we received exceptional service and a clean, comfortable room. This was an incredibly unsettling experience, and I would NOT recommend this property. Cleanliness, guest privacy, and customer service should be basic expectations, not luxuries.

I was very disappointed with the garden view, as it looked nothing like the pictures displayed online. On our first night, our room was right by a big garbage container, and the smell from the garbage made the room and hallway very uncomfortable. Thankfully, the lady at the front desk was extremely friendly and kind. She was helpful and moved us to the tower, which I appreciated. My room was okay, but unfortunately, my friend's room did not have a working air conditioner. We requested maintenance, but no one ever came to fix it, so he was unable to sleep comfortably. Breakfast was another disappointment. There was no fruit and very few options to choose from—just plain pancakes, scrambled eggs, and bacon. For the price we paid, the breakfast selection was very limited and not worth the money. Overall, while I appreciated the kindness and helpfulness of the staff and the cleaning crew, the room conditions, lack of maintenance, and disappointing breakfast experience did not meet our expectations. I hope management takes these issues seriously and makes improvements. Thank you.

This place hosted a large group of us. The hotel lobby was updated and nice. The restaurant, well I cant say I ever seen it open. The snackbar on the side next to pool has amazing pizza and quick sodas. Outside pool bar, be prepared to leave one of your spawns there for payment. Pool was nice with plenty of seating. Room in the tower was decent. Nothing too bad to complain of. Overall was a good stay with plenty of close by resturants and stiff to do.

​I truly love this hotel! I’ve stayed here multiple times and it’s always my go-to choice every time I visit Orlando. The location is absolutely amazing, and overall everything was great. ​My only complaint was the air conditioning it wasn't cooling at all, to the point where we slept without any blankets. Also, don't bother wasting time with online check-in! I completed it in advance hoping to save time, which required scanning both sides of my ID, entering my card for the deposit, and filling out extra details. However, when I arrived, I was told I still had to wait in the standard line and provide all my documents all over again. ​Other than those issues, everything else was super, and you can't beat the location.
