I had an excellent experience at this hotel. Everything was well maintained and the overall atmosphere was very pleasant. The lunch was delicious with a good variety of food. The waiters were extremely friendly, attentive, and professional. In fact, every staff member I interacted with was kind, welcoming, and eager to help. Their outstanding hospitality made my stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel and would be happy to visit again.

We had a really enjoyable stay and would happily give this hotel a 4.5-star rating. The beachfront location was excellent and made the whole experience feel relaxing and special. The standout highlight of our stay was the staff — incredibly attentive, kind, and genuinely welcoming throughout. The amenities were top-notch, with excellent pools, sports facilities, a well-equipped gym, and a fantastic spa. The spa in particular deserves special mention — it was an authentic Ayurvedic spa, and the massage was quite honestly the best I’ve ever had. Truly relaxing and deeply therapeutic, and a real highlight of the stay. The food itself was high quality and very enjoyable, with live cooking stations, food demonstrations, and a dedicated gluten-free and healthy corner, which we really appreciated. As vegetarians, the only small challenge we faced was that vegetarian dishes were not always clearly labelled or immediately obvious, and the variety could occasionally feel limited. Clearer labelling would make an already excellent dining experience even better. The animation and entertainment team were also brilliant — engaging, energetic, and always ensuring there was something happening, which added a great buzz to the hotel. Overall, a fantastic hotel offering excellent service, facilities, and atmosphere. We would happily recommend it and would love to return.

I would like to express my sincere appreciation to the team at Club Hotel Dolphin for their outstanding honesty, professionalism, and customer service. During a company trip organized by Metro International Duty Free, I unfortunately lost my purse at the pool area of the hotel. After searching extensively, I had almost given up hope of ever seeing it again. The purse contained approximately Rs. 60,000 in cash, several bank cards, and many other valuable personal items. To my great relief, the poolside lifeguard, Mr. Sameera, had found the purse and safely kept it until it could be returned to me. His honesty, integrity, and sense of responsibility deserve the highest recognition. I am truly grateful to Mr. Sameera and the management of Club Hotel Dolphin for fostering such a trustworthy and professional environment. Experiences like this show the true character of a hotel's staff and their commitment to guest satisfaction. I highly recommend Club Hotel Dolphin to anyone looking for a hotel with excellent service, caring staff, and strong values. We had a wonderful stay from 28th - 30th May at Club Hotel Dolphin. The room was very comfortable, clean, and had a beautiful view. The buffet meals were amazing with so many delicious options for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Everything was fresh and well prepared. The staff members were very attentive, friendly, and always ready to help with a smile. The hotel atmosphere was relaxing and enjoyable, and the facilities were well maintained. Overall, it was a very worthy experience and we truly enjoyed our stay. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable holiday.
