This resort is one of the best on property. The rooms were very good and were kept in great condition. The service was the best and they were so nice! The amenities were top notch like the Stormalong Bay pool. The location was absolutely incredible as you can walk to Epcot in 5 minutes and you can walk, take the Skyliner, or use a boat to get to Hollywood Studios. An absolutely amazing resort. Would definitely recommend!

Our room was spacious with a great location where we could hear and mostly see the EPCOT fireworks each evening. We took daily afternoon naps, so our room wasn't serviced each day -- which was fine because we didn't need it to be. For a deluxe resort, I was surprised that you could hear the people above you each time they flushed their toilet. Otherwise, all the room amenities were perfect (coffee maker, fridge). The location was perfect -- we used all modes of transportation to get around to Disney Springs, Boardwalk, and the parks. Everyone was super friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

Had a wonderful time here!! Loved the short and convenient walk to Epcot, the skyliner, and the boats. The buses were also an easy way to get to and from the other parks. This was our first experience visiting Disney and from check-in to check-out everything was exceptional. The marketplace had great quick meal options and a lot of snacks to choose from. We enjoyed breakfast at the Cape May Cafe one morning, we had very good food and the characters brought a lot of happiness to the children in our family. My favorite way to end the day was stopping at Beaches and Cream for their fresh ice cream!!! That was the first thing I missed once our vacation ended. We received bed bumpers for our child to sleep safely in the bed on their own. We appreciated how accommodating the staff was! It was great to experience a hotel that had so much on hand to help families have a comfortable stay with their children. Lastly, the morning after checking out I realized I left behind a singular air pod in the bed sheets. I filled a lost and found report online and received a reply less than five hours later. Staff from the Beaches Resort found my item and they immediately provided a tracking number to the package they were sending with my item. I received my air pod 4 days after leaving Disney. That level of honesty and integrity is what really makes this resort stand out. Every family should feel this safe and secure while enjoying a vacation. Beaches Resort has great staff that will make your stay exceptional!

We wanted adjoining rooms but upon arrival we had separate rooms on the same floor but not together. I spoke to the lady at the front desk and explained how important it was to me to be able to spend time with my grandchildren. She made a phone call and was able to accommodate us the following day. When the rooms were ready they moved our luggage to the new rooms. We had a wonderful vacation and my daughter even commented on how enjoyable it was for all of us to be together. Disney is the best.

Oh what a most delightful time that we've experienced at the Disney's Beach Club resort many a time. First of all, the staff is always oh so kind, most hospitable, and very wonderful. Isn't it often that the people of the organization make the most positive experience in a vacation stay. The resort is always so beautiful with its wonderful rooms and beautiful grounds. For restaurants here, we love Cape May with its great evening seafood buffet and scrumptious morning breakfast with characters for families and the like. And, Ale and Compass at Yacht Club steps nearby is very delicious with their great steaks and breakfast and most delicious parker house rolls. Beach Club is just a quick stroll from Epcot and Hollywood Studios which makes its proximity a must or a quick boat right to resorts with terrific skippers. And, a bus ride to the Magic Kingdom. And, if you enjoy swimming, two words always come to mind- Stormalong Bay. It has a massive and spacious 3 acre amazing pool. So much fun! After swimming, it is always nice and very enjoyable to grab a hot fudge sundae at Beaches and Cream very close by. We will always in the future stay at Disney's Beach Club Resort for its great staff, great rooms and restaurants and close proximity to many of its parks. Thank you!
