Disney's Beach Club Resort

We stayed in a water view room with a view of the lake, beach and Boardwalk. Very quiet, away from the pool area. 2 Queen beds and a comfy day bed/couch gave plenty of space for 2 adults and 2 teens. 2 sinks outside of the shower/toilet area were great. Pool is easily one of the best around with good food/drink options at Hurricane Hana’s. Just hard to get chairs middays. Arcade has good variety and the Kitchen Sink at Beaches and Cream is a great experience!! Easy access to all parks with multiple options; walk, bus, boat and skyline rides. Busing to and from Disney Springs in slow and unreliable.

We had a nice time at the Beach club. But this stay was not the best stay. We were staying in a suite with club level access. This room was VERY far away from the club and the closest elevator was broken the whole time we were there. We were able to finally get to our room 1.5 hrs after check in time which was really disappointing with kids who needed naps. Finally getting into our room, we had to call for our bags 3 times and they had our room under another persons name still and couldn’t find our bags. We got our bag just before 5:30pm. We had 5:30 dinner reservations. So we were late to dinner and while guest services tried to make up for it with a credit for dinner, when we finished with dinner and tried to use the credit they said it was not valid for the restaurant (Cake Bake). Trying to get ahold of the concierge from our very far away room was also VERY difficult. Since it was so far and I couldn’t just walk to concierge, calling on the phone there was no direct line and had to call guest relations who then bounced me around to different people to try to get to concierge and eventually was hung up on. This stay was probably the most problematic one even had. One shining star of our stay was Marie in the concierge who was so kind, helpful, and understanding. She did her best to make our stay better. Parker was less than kind with trying to rectify the situations and generally seemed annoyed. I get it, this is first world problems and we are generally go with the flow people but the level of service from this stay was just awful and disappointing.

Our room was spacious with a great location where we could hear and mostly see the EPCOT fireworks each evening. We took daily afternoon naps, so our room wasn't serviced each day -- which was fine because we didn't need it to be. For a deluxe resort, I was surprised that you could hear the people above you each time they flushed their toilet. Otherwise, all the room amenities were perfect (coffee maker, fridge). The location was perfect -- we used all modes of transportation to get around to Disney Springs, Boardwalk, and the parks. Everyone was super friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

We were blown away busy the hospitality and guest experience from every cast member. Our room was ready early as we had gotten caught in a rainstorm and had to flee from TL. There was a linen issue that lead to a mousekeeping manager to stop by and offering us some extra magic to make up for it. I let them know we were celebrating my child birthday and we had just started pin trading that day. She asked his favorite character and he said Zero. Not only did mousekeeping come to the door with a signed birthday card, and a 3 tiered towel cake but also 4 nicely themed foil balloons. My child was ecstatic. They also dropped a gift of a brand new zero pin while we were out. We also would like to mention our experience at Beaches & Cream. Matt’s service was out of this world, we sincerely can say he left a lasting impression in our magical memories. The pool was every bit what we imagined and much more.

We had never stayed at the Beach Club and decided to start our 11 day vacation here, we really wanted to get into Storm Along Bay !!! From our experience the front desk , valet , bellmen , the cast was amazing !!! The resort is amazing, in a beautiful setting! Our water view room with balcony was incredible, the rooms were just bright and had the beach vibe. Great as far as location with walking, restaurants, and Epcot in such close proximity ! Storm Along Bay did not disappoint, huge , plenty of room to swim and relax!! We will return!!!
