We stayed in a Deluxe Suite with a Disney view, and the room was very clean, spacious, and comfortable. Room service was also good, and the shuttle service to the Disney parks was a convenient added benefit. We booked through Amex Platinum benefits, which included early check-in if available and guaranteed late checkout. Unfortunately, early check-in was not available, and our room was only ready at the very last minute, which was a little disappointing, though we understand this can happen. Late checkout, however, worked perfectly without any issues. As expected for a five-star hotel, food and drinks are on the pricier side. The staff were friendly overall, although the level of service felt a bit inconsistent at times. For example, one staff member at the champagne service made the experience feel slightly awkward when I went for a second glass, while the person who delivered our room service was exceptionally friendly and welcoming. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and can recommend the Waldorf Astoria Orlando, especially for the comfortable rooms, Disney views, and convenient park shuttle.

Anniversary Getaway to Remember My husband and I recently celebrated our anniversary at the Waldorf Astoria Orlando, and it was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed, valued, and completely taken care of. The resort is absolutely beautiful, with stunning grounds, luxurious accommodations, and a relaxing atmosphere that made it easy to disconnect and enjoy quality time together. One of the highlights of our stay was the outstanding customer service, especially from Sarah at the front desk. Sarah greeted us with such warmth and kindness that she immediately made us feel at home. She was professional, attentive, and genuinely cared about making our anniversary celebration special. It’s rare to encounter someone who goes above and beyond with such a positive attitude, and her hospitality truly made a lasting impression on us. We also loved the pool area, the beautiful surroundings, and the overall attention to detail throughout the resort. Every interaction we had with staff members reflected the high standards and exceptional service that the Waldorf Astoria brand is known for. Thank you, Sarah, and the entire Waldorf Astoria Orlando team, for helping make our anniversary so memorable. We left feeling refreshed, appreciated, and already looking forward to our next visit. Naty was very helpful in the front desk. I had a complicated booking and she handled it easily while making us feel welcome. The breakfast was solid and all the staff were great. We even caught a spectacular fireworks show from the room. I would recommend for families.

Love it here. If you're looking for the whimsical disney theme hotel, this may not be your 1st choice. But if you're looking for some disney perks with comfortable luxury transportation to the parks it's a nice option. The service here is the stand out. I've stayed at majority of the disney resorts, but here is the only place were I felt completely safe in because of the attention the staff gives to it's guests. They truly go out of their way to treat you as family and not just a passer by visitor. It was my puppy's 1st trip and I was extremely nervous as he became reactive from being traumatized a few weeks prior to a little girl and her mother grabbing up unsolicited and uninvited. But the staff here went above and beyond to make him feel so safe and loved. They all loved on him each time they saw him. Tracy at the front desk and Steve with bell hop truly were incredible they way they made my baby so happy. Even the staff at bull & bear and the valet were so sweet to him too. The staff here were the highlight of my disney trip. The grounds are so clean. The room is beautiful and always kept in pristine conditions, and everything is a quick phone call. No complications at all. They truly live up to their reputation.

From the moment you walk in you know you’re going to have a magical stay. Every employee encountered is invested and truly wants you to enjoy. We’ve stayed many times and have never been disappointed. The amenities are all on point. The golf course is impeccable, room service delicious, the pool is so relaxing and the beds make us not want to leave. Transportation to and from the parks is flawless. The added touch of Disney magic with the fireworks from your room is the icing on the cake. We feel like family now. Can’t wait to go back!
