The hotel itself is ok, the rooms are your standard hotel rooms, nothing fancy, cozy beds. Some visitors might say that things are overpriced, however, it’s 2026, life itself is more expensive. I would forewarn everyone staying to diligently check your hotel bill. Both my wife and I were charged separately for the 4 day/5night stay. Hoping to get that resolved, will update when that happens. Overall the staff is wonderful and friendly, the bartenders are excellent! The communication from the staff is great as well, they text and check in constantly making sure everything is going well.They accommodate for everything. The food is ok, nothing over the top, standard decent food. The grounds are nice, it is a little hidden but that’s also the nice part as well. I would recommend staying here, just pay attention to your final bill.

The Waldorf Orlando is absolutely stunning. Truly beautiful property. And the staff are excellent. Polite, professional, and clearly trying their best. Unfortunately, management nickel and dimed me at every turn. As a Diamond member, complimentary upgrades are supposed to be a perk. So naturally, I asked. I was offered one… for $300 a night. Just a gentle reminder the room was already $900 a night. Nothing says loyalty appreciation quite like a four figure nightly rate before the upgrade. Appalling! Breakfast was another adventure. There’s no real side menu, and since I don’t eat meat, I asked for something simple like two eggs. Their solution was Eggs Your Way for $27… just without the meat or bread. So essentially $27 for two eggs. Hopefully, there is gold in the eggs. I opted for no breakfast and just coffee! I spent $24 on a coffee in Rome once so I guess $8 is fair. What do you think? Keep in mind, the latte was $7. I might have been taken advantage of here but you can be the judge. Late checkout is also supposed to be a perk. My flight was at 3 PM so, again, I asked. They were happy to offer it… for $50. Because apparently loyalty perks don’t exist here. It’s honestly sad, because the property itself is gorgeous and the staff are great. But the constant upselling makes the whole stay feel transactional instead of luxurious. Four Seasons, The Ritz, and even the Signia manage to deliver high end experiences without making you feel like you’re negotiating every basic perk I’m supposed to get. As someone who spends tens of thousands with Hilton every year, this was just pathetic.

We stayed here for 4 nights over New Year’s for the Disney countdown. Overall, we had a very comfortable stay and are glad we chose this hotel. The room felt modern and functional, and we slept very well. The bathroom was slightly dated, particularly the shower. Breakfast was enjoyable, though it was quite busy at peak times. There was a nice selection of pastries, and while the variety of vegetables and fruit was somewhat limited, it was sufficient. We had a pleasant stay and would consider returning in the future.

Probably the best place that I have stayed in Orlando. I’ve tried out all the most luxurious hotels in the area and this one I rate #1. The staff was very attentive to our needs, the suite they upgraded us to was first class, the restaurant had the most amazing cuisine, and the bar area with piano player is perfect addition. Special thanks to staff at the pool bar and buffet restaurant! See you next time!

What an absolute amazing hotel that the Waldorf Astoria Orlando hotel offers for you family vacation or anything else. The staff at this hotel is absolutely so fabulous, so amicable, and so wonderful. Outstanding and so remarkable people that you encounter in your travels really are the key that makes the difference in your stay aren't they? The rooms are absolutely amazing and spacious. The food, especially the most scrumptious breakfast buffet in the morning and the fabulous restaurant team is so delightful! And, of course, if you like swimming their pool is oh so amazing! The great people around the pool for lunch, snack, or whatever really makes a great difference! And, what a dream this pool is! So spacious, so clean, and oh so inviting. As an added bonus, the hotel offers a very quick ride in a shuttle to Disney World also. I would definitely recommend the Waldorf Astoria Orlando for their oh so amazing staff, wonderful food, great pool, and wonderful rooms! Thank you oh so much!
