Absolutely exceeded my expectations. I stayed at Four Seasons last time in Disney and think this was equivalent to or better. For lower cost. Service and grounds were exceptional. I would Like to bring special attention to the manager that helped us on arrival , Greg (I think) and our housekeeper. Who both were truly exceptional in their dealings with my wife and I. Will come back for sure. The grounds of the hotel and the attention to detail were fabulous.

Went with my wife for our anniversary. Hotel was absolutely beautiful. Room was clean. The hotel and bar staff were top notch. We had dinner at the Bull and Bear restaurant (part of the hotel) and it was definitely set a new standard for food quality and presentation. If you go with a group, I highly recommend to get the old fashioned for 4. Its brought in a glass bull. Thank you again to the staff.

We stayed here for 4 nights over New Year’s for the Disney countdown. Overall, we had a very comfortable stay and are glad we chose this hotel. The room felt modern and functional, and we slept very well. The bathroom was slightly dated, particularly the shower. Breakfast was enjoyable, though it was quite busy at peak times. There was a nice selection of pastries, and while the variety of vegetables and fruit was somewhat limited, it was sufficient. We had a pleasant stay and would consider returning in the future.

Probably the best place that I have stayed in Orlando. I’ve tried out all the most luxurious hotels in the area and this one I rate #1. The staff was very attentive to our needs, the suite they upgraded us to was first class, the restaurant had the most amazing cuisine, and the bar area with piano player is perfect addition. Special thanks to staff at the pool bar and buffet restaurant! See you next time!
