This was our first stay at the Omni ChampionsGate, and it definitely won’t be our last. Check-in was seamless, and our room was ready early, so we didn’t have to wait in the lobby. Our front desk agent, Diamond, was friendly and professional—she checked us in quickly and got us settled into a very clean and comfortable room. We headed to the pool just as the rain started, so we settled in at the Tiki Social bar instead. Tuan was genuinely friendly and made us feel like regulars right away. The food was just okay that afternoon, but later that evening we ordered room service—a pizza and a smash burger—and both were excellent. The next day, after checkout, we were still able to enjoy the pool. The lazy river was especially nice and relaxing. When the rain returned and chased us out again, we headed back to Tiki Social, where Tuan once more made us feel very welcome. This time the food was much better—we especially enjoyed the tofu wrap and coconut shrimp. Overall, we were very impressed with the hotel and fully plan to return. The only real downside was the $38 daily parking fee, though it seems most hotels charge something similar these days.

We had the best stay here with amazing service. The staff truly went above and beyond to make my birthday special. Datriana at the lobby is an absolute gem! Christina, our waitress at David’s club, Tuan, our bartender at the pool bar, Andrea my massage therapist, all the lovely ladies at the spa and everyone everywhere was an absolute pleasure! We had a great time and were very pleasantly surprised that we enjoyed every meal. The breakfast was fanstastic daily. This place was perfect for our little getaway.

SO impressed with our stay here! We are staying here for my son’s national soccer tournament but we actually live in Orlando, just 20-25 min away. I am Marriott platinum so we are almost always at a Marriott and it seems hit or occasional miss depending on the property. My biggest pet peeves at hotels over the last couple years are bad service and nickel and diming. It’s gotten out of hand! Not here! I am beyond impressed with the staff here. 2 different valets, all the crocs bartenders, lobby bar and lobby fine dining restaurant staff, gift store staff, the woman who checked us in….literally everyone was genuinely nice!! Not a fake nice, like I’m doing my job but I hate it here…a genuine kindness and humanness that seems to be lacking in so many places we’ve gone to recently. It honestly made my trip how kind everyone has been, especially traveling alone for my son’s soccer tournament which can be intense. Hotel, rooms, and grounds are beautiful and well maintained also! But seriously, I will come back here just because of the service. Food was also very good!

We had a wonderful experience at the Omni Resort pool! ☀️ The weather was beautiful, the water was nice, and our visit was even better thanks to Josue. He was incredibly attentive, kind, and provided excellent customer service throughout our time there. He offered us water and drinks and even checked on my friend while she was taking a nap to make sure she was okay and staying hydrated. Those thoughtful little touches really stood out and made us feel well taken care of. Thank you, Josue, for making our pool day so enjoyable! We truly appreciated your hospitality. 😊

WOW! Where do I begin?! Our first stay at the Omni ChampionsGate and the service is unmatched. From a child with an allergy, to not having to lift a finger with service, this hotel defines customer service. Every step we have taken in this hotel - we have been asked how we can be helped, thought of, and each staff member has exceeded our expectations. There is a joy, kindness and “going the extra mile” for all guests. A very special shout out to Lisa Scudiero with Quality Assurance - you define the customer service experience. We hope to make this our “hotel of choice” for future visits. The catering to both golfers and families is beyond thought out. Well done, team. Excellently kept hotel and CLEAN! We cannot wait for future stays here again soon!
