We stayed at the hotel for four nights and had an outstanding experience from beginning to end. The level of customer service throughout the property was exceptional and truly made our stay memorable. We especially want to thank the front desk team for always being welcoming and helpful. We also had a great experience at David’s Restaurant. Our bartender, Chris, provided excellent service, and we sincerely appreciate the hospitality he showed us. The person who stood out the most, however, was Ángel Camargo. I actually went out of my way to ask for his full name because I wanted to make sure he received the recognition he deserves. Ángel consistently went above and beyond—not only for me, but also for my mom. His professionalism, kindness, and genuine desire to help made us feel like valued guests throughout our stay. He embodies the level of service you hope to find at a true five-star hotel. Because of the exceptional service we received, I’ll also be leaving positive reviews on Trustpilot and Google to recognize the team. Finally, I’d also like to give a shout-out to the Omni representative on site. She was wonderful, friendly, and a pleasure to interact with. Thank you to everyone who helped make our stay such an enjoyable and memorable experience. We look forward to returning.

We came to the Omni for a conference. The hotel and front desk staff were very kind and accommodating. Our room was even ready before check in time, which was great! This resort has endless options for food and activities either for couples or for families. We had the opportunity to eat at the “Zen” restaurant during our visit. The food and service was outstanding and provided by our server, Ching. On our last night, we hung out at Eagles Edge. We had so much fun playing golf and had the best service provided by our server, Jesus. Only downfall to our stay was that our room was very unkept. My husband and I started feeling bad the first night and later realized how much dust was layered throughout our room. The air coming out of the AC even had a very musty odor. If we had stayed longer, we would have requested another room. Overall, we had a great time, but the cleanliness of the room could be much improved.

The Omni is a fantastic resort hotel that feels like a blend between a luxury resort and a convention destination. The property is beautifully maintained, extremely clean, and has a polished, upscale atmosphere throughout. One of the standout features is how quiet and well-insulated the rooms are — it’s easy to relax and unwind here. The staff was consistently friendly, attentive, and helpful during our stay, and the overall experience felt very well run. The pool area can get a little lively depending on the time of year or crowd, but the lazy river is absolutely worth it and a great way to spend an afternoon. Location-wise, this property is a bit more removed from the main Orlando tourist areas, which can honestly be a positive if you’re looking for a quieter, more relaxing getaway. That said, if your main goal is commuting to Disney or Universal every single day, there are definitely closer hotel options. Expect around a 20-minute drive to Disney and longer for Universal. For a long weekend, romantic getaway, family trip, or special event, this is an easy recommendation. I would absolutely stay here again at the right price.

Check in was good- valet service was good- we did have to wheel two full carts ourselves up to our rooms both check in and check out- that was a workout but no worries there! Mold in the bathroom made the room smell horrible! Showed up 30 mins before David’s Club closed to get food since we were at a competition that took all day there on site… they had open tables but would not let us in! Omni is a beautiful hotel but needs to tighten up on cleaning and customer service!

I had an absolutely incredible stay at Omni Orlando Resort at ChampionsGate. The entire experience felt luxurious, relaxing, and first class. The property itself is stunning — beautifully maintained grounds, amazing pools, a lazy river, incredible golf facilities, and an atmosphere that truly makes you feel like you’re on a high-end vacation. Guests consistently praise the resort’s amenities, cleanliness, and welcoming atmosphere, and it absolutely lived up to the hype.  The food throughout the resort was outstanding. Every restaurant we visited delivered delicious meals, great presentation, and excellent service. Whether it was breakfast, poolside dining, or dinner, everything tasted fresh and high quality. The variety of dining options made it easy to find something for everyone. What really made the stay exceptional, though, was the staff. Every employee we encountered was warm, professional, and genuinely helpful. From check-in to housekeeping to the restaurant servers and bartenders, everyone went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and taken care of. You can tell customer service is a huge priority here. Multiple recent guest reviews specifically highlighted the attentive and friendly staff, and we experienced the same level of hospitality throughout our stay.  This resort truly has everything — luxury, amazing food, beautiful amenities, and outstanding service. Perfect for families, couples, or even just a relaxing getaway. We already can’t wait to come back!
