I recently stayed at the Omni in Orlando and had a wonderful experience from start to finish. The property is beautiful, well-maintained, and has that perfect balance of luxury and relaxation. The grounds are stunning, and there’s plenty to do whether you want to unwind or stay active. The rooms were spacious, clean, and very comfortable. I especially appreciated the attention to detail in the room and the overall quiet atmosphere. Lastly, but most importantly, the staff was exceptional. Everyone we encountered was friendly, helpful, and genuinely seemed to care about making our stay enjoyable. Service like that really makes a difference.Overall, it was a fantastic stay, and I would absolutely recommend this resort to anyone visiting the Orlando area. I’d happily stay here again.

I stayed at the Omni Orlando Resort at ChampionsGate over Valentine’s Day weekend for my son’s birthday trip to Disney, and it was such a special experience from start to finish. LaNaja and Diamond truly went above and beyond for us. They surprised us with a room upgrade, had cupcakes waiting in the room for my son, and even gave us s’mores to enjoy. Those thoughtful touches meant so much and made his birthday feel extra magical. The room was spotless, comfortable, and perfect for our stay. But what really stood out was the service. LaNaja and Diamond were incredibly kind, attentive, and genuinely all in on making sure we had the best experience possible. Their energy and hospitality made the weekend unforgettable. Thank you both for helping create such beautiful memories for my son’s birthday. We can’t wait to come back!

We had an excellent stay at the Omni Orlando Resort at ChampionsGate and would absolutely return. We booked through Chase Sapphire Reserve’s The Edit, and the property delivered on every level. The newly renovated West Wing rooms are beautifully done — modern, polished, and genuinely comfortable. It feels like a meaningful upgrade, not just a surface refresh. Trevi’s quickly became our nightly ritual. We sat at the terrace bar each evening and ordered the meat pizza and Caesar salad — both consistently excellent. Service was warm, attentive, and professional without being overbearing. The breakfast buffet exceeded expectations (the handmade sausage patties were especially flavorful), and the lazy river was the perfect way to unwind for hours. Even the poolside wings at Croc’s Bar & Grill were surprisingly juicy and well-prepared. Overall, the combination of thoughtful renovations, strong food execution, and relaxed but polished service makes this a standout option in Orlando. A little far from the theme parks and area is often congested with traffic but honestly it’s wonderful to stay at when you want to just stay put and vacation.

Our daughter celebrated her birthday while we were away and Kenzie hand delivered a gift, balloons, hand written card to the room! We will be back! Thank you!

We've stayed with at the Champions Gate resort on multiple occasions. It's always been an extraordinary experience. We were there this past week and -- as always -- everything was on point. As David's Club's legendary French onion soup and scallops were top-notch! The breakfast was freshly made, complimented by exceptional service. Special thanks to Kenzie at the front desk for being efficient and thoughtful. Much appreciation as well to Angela Corbin for arranging the perfect weekend. Just a fantastic destination all-around.
