We have stayed at numerous WDW Resorts in our quest to hit them all. This has by far been my favorite. Every single cast member we encountered went above and beyond. The room was perfect, the lobby is beautiful, the food is some of the best on property. The pool was just right. We enjoyed smores and marshmallows and watched a movie by the pool. The lake view and parade were icing on the cake. I also enjoyed taking the boat to MK. We splurged on club level and I will NEVER go back. The concierge was phenomenal. We loved eating breakfast in lounge and having access to unlimited snacks and drinks was extremely convenient. Im sure we drank enough fancy coffee to cover the upgrade. I will stay here every single visit from now on. Not a single con to this trip.

We’re here now. Mixed feelings. It’s breathtakingly beautiful and easy to navigate. Staff is so friendly. Restaurants are really cool but menus are lacking. Pool is nice, but small and the water (July 2026) is too warm to feel refreshing. Our hotel room experience has been just “ok”. Rooms are on the smaller side but pretty. We had a problem with our first one so they moved us but it was at midnight after a long day in the park. That was a bummer. The room they moved us to was definitely a downgrade but that’s all they had so that’s where we ended up. Glad we got the chance to stay here but there’s definitely other ones we’d want to try before coming back.

One of the best Disney resorts around in my opinion. So many food options and the service is always top notch. The resort is HUGE and has alot to offer. There is a boat near the geiser that take you directly to magic kingdom where you meet your own security line so it makes it so easy to get into the park way quicker than everyone else. If you are looking for great food and drinks, head over to the geiser point bar for a stunning view and get the bison burger it is the best food item on all of Disney property. The rooms are top notch and always clean, the staff is willing to help you out with anything you need and they do it quickly and efficiently. There are two pool areas, one for the kids with water slides and not very deep water so you can relax while your kid goes nuts, and the other pool is a 5 foot pool that butts up to the river coming out of the hotel it has a bigger water slide that is alot of fun and it is located close to the bar if thats what you're looking for, the pool hours are great for kids because it is open until 11pm during the summer time. We will definitely be back to explore more!

Beautiful hotel!!!!!!! Loved Whispering Canyon Cafe. Best meal all week in all of Disney. Best service. Great waitress. Roaring Fork- Did not like the food Storybook Dining - main meal was very good. Showers - Cold to warm water. Pools very nice. Wish we had booked a couple of extra days to enjoy the hotel more

This was our first time staying at this location. First impressions was WOW what a gorgeous resort. Check in was kinda slow with only two cast members out front. While we waited for our room to be ready we visited the Geyser Bar & Grill. Service was good as was the food. The view was very good. The rooms were very spacious and clean. We were impressed with the room. The inside of the resort made us say WOW again. The pools were good. The boat service was on point and very timely. We never waited for a boat to arrive. We definetly will be staying at the Wilderness Lodge again!!
