Truly gross. The word luxury does not belong anywhere near this property, nor is it in the ballpark of a four star resort. The rooms are beat and deeply need a refresh. The checkin process was hideous. Long and unsympathetic. We were not given a room until 5pm, and the room was disgusting. It smelled and looked like someone had been living in it for a month, smelled like fish/vomit, and had spills, stains, sticky areas everywhere. No attention to detail. Our second room we were moved to was much cleaner but lacked all throw pillows, extra decor, and was just bare bones. Everyone working there seemed miserable. There was no warm hospitality. We were made to feel like a bother the entire time until a thank you at check out. We stay at a Marriott vacation club property every year and never had such a disappointing experience. We chose this property for its “recent renovations” and four star designation. It did not meet the mark. Will not stay again.

Its nice but not exactly a 5 star bit. Be aware that they will try the "owner" sales pitch and presentation. Easily declined but its still there. Walls seem thin. Zero road noise at night. We had some construction on the roof of our building while we were there. Not a real big deal and I know they have to do maintenence at some point. I guess I don't understand why they didn't just put us in another of their 12 buildings...🤷‍♂️. Food and drink are quite expensive on site. $30+ a day on-site parking which I feel is just another way to squeeze a few more bucks out of you. One of the fountains lights never worked. The View from our window was clouded with moss. Convenient location off I-drive close to Sea World. Not sure we would do this again...here.

I don't think anyone likes working at this resort. I felt bad for the staff. I did not feel bad for the cleaning person that left the steamy surprise. I understand when you gotta go, you gotta go... but clean up afterwards. Booked and paid for four nights, but left after two. No refund needed, an apology would be nice. The smell has been imprinted onto my soul.

We enjoyed our stay here. Property is made up of several buildings surrounding a golf course and a large lake. Staff was friendly- sometimes in a kind of "robotic" way but nice nonetheless. I believe the property is a Marriott time-share type setup, but used as a hotel as well. No one bothered us with a time-share pitch or anything like that, so don't be concerned about staying at the property if you just want to use it as a hotel. Our room was large, with a small kitchen- refrigerator, microwave, sink. Parking was quoted as $30/day and laundry facilities were free with the hotel providing free laundry soap, and misc kitchen items like paper towels. There were a couple of small pools around the property that you could visit if you wanted a little more of a "quiet" pool experience, along with a central, large pool area that was busier with food and a bar adjacent to this large resort-style pool. Gym was medium sized and busy in the late mornings when I visited, with modern equipment and very well kept. Would recommend staying here and would come back.

Excellent location and really well maintained! Loved the colorful gardening, holiday lights, play areas, and to top it all were the amazing pool areas!! Very convenient to the theme parks… The onsite restaurants with food and bar for quick meals were really nice! Room service could be done better and needs to be thorough. We were out of basic things like body wash, coffee pouches etc for most of the stay…
