Really solid and convenient resort location here in Kissimmee. Would be well worth a purchase consideration if the economy wasn't in such bad shape and we had extra money to spend even though I'm not a big fan of the business model. All things considered it was a solid resort stay except for jet tub not working a couple of times. Maintenance repaired it the first time quickly but didn't seem enthused coming the second time so it wasn't repaired. Location is great and I see why this place was packed!

Our family of 5 just left after a 4 night stay and we whole heartedly enjoyed every bit of our stay! There was so much to do, the pools were wonderful and had something for every age. When we first arrived my husband went to check us into our two bed studio. They front desk told him they accidentally booked us in a room currently being renovated, so they up graded us to a two bedroom villa with no extra charge. They are so accommodating! It is also by everything! We were there for Disney and each park is about 20 minutes or less from there. Even though it was not a Disney property, we felt the Disney magic at this club. We will certainly be patrons here from here on out whenever we visit Orlando! Thank you Holiday Inn!!!

We had such an amazing time! The resort is fun, relaxing and beautiful ❤️ our future plan is to be Signature owners there. There are so many perks! We'd love to give a shout to Carlos from Puerto Rico, the shuttle driver! Thank you for helping us around and giving me us all of the insight! You are full of personality and made ride enjoyable. We'd also like to shout-out Moriah! She was our representative who gave us our tour! She looked professional and educated us about the timeshares! She did an amazing job job and made us very comfortable! We look forward to being a part of the beautiful timeshares there! My boyfriend and I came to celebrate my 40th birthday. It was the best birthday ever!

The property is beautifully maintained, and the housekeeping and pool cleaning staff deserves special recognition. They were friendly, hardworking, courteous, and attentive throughout our stay. We stayed in a two-bedroom, two-bath villa that was clean, spacious, comfortable, and nicely decorated. The accommodations exceeded our expectations and made for a very enjoyable stay. Unfortunately, the resort's biggest weakness is its customer service department. The representatives we interacted with were consistently rude, impatient, and unhelpful. Their attitude stood in sharp contrast to the professionalism of the housekeeping staff. While the resort itself is attractive and well maintained, the poor customer service significantly detracted from our overall experience. In my opinion, customer service at this resort needs major improvement.

We always enjoy our stay at Lake Orange Resort @ Holiday Inn Club. During this trip our party of 9, 3 couple and 3 children found the accommodations very comfortable with all the space and essentials needed to feel at home & on vacation. The pools, activities & amenities were abundant, accessible & fun for all ages in our 3 generation group. It took approximately 30 minutes to get to the Disney parks and other attractions from the resort. I love that there is everything you can imagine very close by, ie. restaurants, supermarkets, shopping & more! We had a lovely stay and I appreciate that they make everything accessible & convenient on site. Only complaint is that they really pour on the timeshare sales during check in when you are tired from traveling and want to just get in your villa & relax, and the calls throughout your stay one can do without; hence minus a star.
