An unforgettable holiday adventure in sun-kissed Florida awaits at Disney's Contemporary Resort, an ultra-modern 5-star getaway in magical Orlando, home of a myriad of world-famous theme parks and epic attractions. There’s a lot to love about the Contemporary Resort — first on the list is the proximity to Magic Kingdom. It was amazing to be able to walk back and forth from the park. We also enjoyed the pool and it was never busy when we were there. There are a variety of food options which was helpful. It was also fantastic to be able to watch fireworks from the balcony each night. The resort on the whole feels a little tired and the rooms are not super spacious or particularly cute/well done. But on the whole, the positives outweighed any negatives.

Only went to the character Chef Mickey's breakfast. I can not rate the rooms. We did valet parking and left the car there for the day as we visited the MK. A very expensive ok, adequate breakfast but for the children it was magical. Service was good at the breakfast. Characters do a good job with the kids, but they don't linger. They will spend enough time to let everyone get pictures and they are off. That said the lobby and public area feel dated and not very contemporary. Maybe in 1971 this was contemporary but not 2025. Still cool to sit and eat watching a monorail roll silently through the building. It was fine, just bring money.

Have been staying here each year and it gets better each time. Great location, easy access to walk to Magic kingdom or get on the monorail, great food and great staff. Wont stay anywhere else when I go to Disneyworld. Whilst it can be sometimes on the more expensive side for rooms the views and rooms themselves are worth it.

Had a great time. Service was on point and the amenities and things to do were non stop. My girlfriend and i came for 1 day of parks and 1 chill day. The MK resort area didnt disappoint. Love that this resort does not have miles of hallways!!

Absolute worst Disney experience we’ve ever had. Buses to everywhere? Yeah, if you want to wait 45 minutes while every other resort has 3-4 buses coming in the same amount of time it takes this resort to get 1 bus. Food options? Horrible. Cost to stay? Just as much as any other deluxe resort without being half as nice. Want it to feel like Disney? Not getting that either. Absolute failure of a resort. If I could rate it zero stars, that would be a more fitting and honest review. This resort wouldn’t be worth even half the cost… Save your money… go elsewhere. Literally ANYWHERE is better than here.
