Collin
Great rooms; great activities - great pool and pickleball; great service - especially Jacob at the front desk and Chance by the pool who ensured my wife and I will be coming back; and great location for the parks. My one recommendation is that the breakfast be improved - it was just ok compared with the hotel’s other offerings. Great service but buffet and the eggs there were not great.

We stayed for a long weekend and overall had a very nice experience. We really enjoyed the pools and the water activities available on the property, which made the stay fun and relaxing. Customer service was excellent, the staff was friendly, helpful, and attentive throughout our visit. Some of the rooms do feel a bit outdated and could use a refresh, and the elevators felt crowded at times.

I had a great stay! Awesome amenities we took advance of the shuttles to Disney which made our trip simple! Gavin at the front desk was so friendly and helpful really all of the staff we encountered during our stay were so incredibly kind and helpful. We would absolutely come back again!

Great stay! From the very start to the very end, every employee was happy, smiling and on it! The person who answers the text line was FIRE and so fast and helpful! The resort is beautiful, with the pools and ample chairs and shade. The grounds are spotless and inviting. The breakfast area is clean and easy to get around and the staff members there are so friendly and helpful as well. They even remembered me when I came in for breakfast after the first day. I wasn't there for the "parks" but many were and it seemed like there was a shuttle to/from the parks and everyone had a great time.

0 Stars– Would Not Stay Here Again Strike one was the lack of transparency about extra fees. We were not informed ahead of time about the additional charges, including parking. They attempted to charge everything upfront without knowing whether we would actually use those services. Self-parking was $40 per night and “VIP” parking was $60. When we arrived, a valet employee told us about an employee parking area where we were allowed to park and be shuttled to the hotel. However, when it came time to retrieve the car, we were told we had to walk nearly a mile to get it because they refused to provide a shuttle—even after speaking with management inside the hotel. That experience alone dropped what would have been a 3-star review down to 1 star. The room itself was extremely disappointing. The bed and pillows were terrible. The pillows had no support at all, and the mattress was very hard. I woke up every day with neck pain and headaches. The comforter was also very worn down, with the cotton inside clumped into hard balls so you could actually feel the lumps through the blanket. The bed didn’t even have a fitted sheet—just a flat sheet placed over the mattress. Cleanliness was another issue. There was black mold on the shower glass, and the couch had visible stains. I ended up wiping down the bathroom with my own disinfecting wipes before using it and sprayed Lysol throughout the room. There was also a strange odor when we first walked in. The balcony is barely a balcony at all—it’s essentially a narrow strip where you could hardly fit even a small folding chair. Trying to contact anyone for service was frustrating because no one answered the phone. Being on the highest floor also didn’t help with noise. Throughout the day and night we could hear loud mechanical sounds that seemed to come from nearby utility or machine rooms. The air conditioning also struggled to keep the room cool. Even with the temperature set to 67, we woke up several times during the night sweating, which is unusual since I’m normally always cold. Even small requests felt unnecessarily difficult. When my husband went downstairs to ask for plastic forks, staff gave him a hard time about it and only provided two even though four were requested. To give credit where it’s due, the view from the higher floors was nice, the pool area looked good, and the lobby itself was visually appealing. Unfortunately, the room felt more like something you’d find in a basic motel rather than a hotel charging these kinds of prices. Overall, this property advertises itself as a resort, but it did not feel like one. A resort should be a place where guests actually want to spend time enjoying the property, and that was not the case here. After the experience with the parking situation and the overall condition of the room, this is not somewhere I would stay again.
