Took my family for a pre-thanksgiving trip. We had a great time. Convenient location to MK and Disney properties/activities and felt like the stay-cation we were looking for. Various pools and food/drinks were great at both the Lakehouse and pool bar. The Grand Cypress was one of the first resort properties outside of Disney and is well worth it for the value! Will be back for future family stay-cations - each team member we interacted with was great: from valet, to check-in, housekeeping, and restaurant staff; it was a pleasant stay/experience! Thanks for helping a memorable family vacation!

⸻ We spent two days at the Hyatt Regency Orlando and had a great experience. Our room was on the 18th floor with a beautiful view, and the check-in team gave us a very warm and friendly welcome. We enjoyed the hotel’s café, and the gym was impressive — clean, modern, and well-equipped. Unfortunately, it was a bit cold during our stay, so we didn’t get a chance to try the pool, but it looked amazing. Overall, this is a beautiful, clean, and well-managed hotel. We’ll definitely come back and book here again the next time we visit Orlando!

This resort is beautiful! The hospitality is incredible. Krystal -the events manager was extremely friendly and went out of her way to make our stay special! Chance -our pool side bartender/server was so friendly and made great drinks! The check in associate Gavin was very accommodating and friendly. The staff was kind and helpful. It was great. I highly recommend this beautiful place for your getaway!

hands down my favorite property in the US. my parents and i first stayed here when we went to disney world when i was 6, and 20 years later im still coming back as an adult. the property feels so thoughtfully designed and it truly has a resort feel. the cave pools surrounded by greenery with the restaurant nesting on top is just chefs kiss. not to mention Lake Windsong and its little beach right behind the pools. the included activities are endless - bike riding, rock climbing, ping pong, canoeing/paddle boating on the lake, mini golf, basketball and pickleball courts, tetherball, an arcade, fire pits, so much!! the staff is always friendly and the poolside food and drinks are great. there’s also a fitness center in the pool caves. the only thing i’m sad about is the removal of the pool bridge and the big slide. i’m not sure if the bridge was removed temporarily or permanently. oh and the parrots in the lobby!! Lakehouse restaurant is gorgeous too and the food there is good. they have complimentary shuttles to universal and disney parks! i seriously love this place and can’t wait to keep coming back

We had a wonderful stay at the Hyatt Regency Grand Cypress in Orlando! A huge thank-you to Mark Betancourt for his exceptional help in coordinating and over-communicating every detail of the birthday surprise for my husband—it turned out perfectly and made our stay extra special. The entire team went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The hotel itself is beautiful, and our kids absolutely loved the amazing pool and water slide. We truly appreciate the thoughtful touches and outstanding service. We can’t wait to come back!
