The Hyatt Regency Grand Cypress is an incredible hotel in a fantastic location just off of Disney property, no more than 15 minutes away from any of the parks, making it the ideal choice for travelers on a park-hopping adventure. The staff are incredible, welcoming, and pay close attention to detail, offering the highest level of hospitality from the moment you arrive. ​Our room on the 11th floor was immaculate with a brilliant fireworks view, and the beds are incredibly comfortable, providing the perfect place to rest after a long day out. The pool area is one of the best we have experienced, and the hotel features a wide range of outdoor activities and perks as part of its resort offering. ​We paid for the breakfast buffet during our stay and found it to be world-class, featuring a wide range of food every morning, including a separate omelette station, a pancake station, an abundance of fresh fruit, and a hot food offering that has everything you need. The waiting staff cannot do enough for you and are incredibly kind and thoughtful. I would highly recommend travelers to Orlando choose this hotel for their stay.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had an amazing stay at the Hyatt Regency Grand Cypress! The resort is absolutely beautiful, with stunning grounds, a huge lagoon-style pool, and plenty of activities for both adults and kids. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff was friendly, professional, and always willing to help. The location is perfect—just minutes from Disney and other Orlando attractions, while still feeling like a peaceful tropical getaway. This is one of the best resorts I’ve stayed at in Florida, and I would definitely come back. Highly recommend it to anyone visiting Orlando!

If this place had decent pillows and bedding we'd probably stay here often. The pool is lovely, but extremely noisy because of the waterfalls. The cave hot tub is great, but has the same noise problem. The room was really nice and the shower was exceptional. If they would turn off a few of the pool waterfalls (maybe three of them), and replace the pitiful wafer pillows and skimpy bedding, this place would really be just about perfect. Also, they need to police better the kids jumping off the rocks and using the hot tub unchaperoned.

We absolutely love this hotel! The property is beautiful, but what truly made our stay special was Dasilia at LakeHouse. She made us feel like family from the moment we arrived. Her warmth, kindness, and outstanding service turned a great stay into a memorable one. Thank you, Dasilia, for making us feel so welcome. We can’t wait to come back!

Very nice hotel with something to do there for the entire family. Great food although was a little pricey. Rooms are a bit smaller than preffered and the air conditioner could have worked a little bit better but it was not extremely too hot. Overall l would give them a high 80 percent in ratings.
