Spent a few nights in NYC for Christmas. The hotel staff was very nice, the hotel was clean and offered a great breakfast. The rooms were clean as well. The hotel is ideally located near times square and a short walk to Radio City and Rockefeller Center. Another benefit is the hotel is located on Restaurant row so tons of options for local dining. The only reason fir not rating 5 stars was the bar at the hotel. Rude staff including the bar tender and wait staff. How does a bar in NYC not offer a full compliments of drinks.

Stayed at this hotel for a 3 night break via Virgin Holidays. Nice, clean hotel in a perfect location. Staff were helpful from start to finish. The lobby and bar area have a modern and contemporary look, however the rest of the hotel has quite an industrial feel. The restaurant resembles a canteen, but that said it functions really well and despite it being incredibly busy at times (breakfast in particular) you don't have to wait long for the staff to find you a seat. On the subject of breakfast, we opted to include this when we booked. We were very glad we did as the breakfast was fantastic! It was a buffet 'help yourself' style with a vast amount of choices. It changed a little every day too. The room was clean, well appointed (but no tea/coffee facilities) and serviced daily. Be wary of elevator queues though. They appear to be the old school 'up & down' type rather than smart ones. This leads to issues such as large amounts of people waiting and cars stuffed with people. You just have to get in and ride up & down until you get to your floor. Overall a very positive experience and I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

Great location! Clean rooms and spacious. Nice view of the city. Service was great and friendly! The only negative is that you can hear the sirens etc from outside which disturbed our sleep and our room was by the elevator, so we heard the employees and it was noisy. Other than that, great experience!!! Will definitely come back. We also stayed at the RIU in Mexico and it was great

Just returned home from a fantastic stay to celebrate my daughter’s 18th birthday. We were made welcome from the moment we steeped out of the car on our arrival. The lady at reception was very helpful and friendly and we had a lovely room with a great view. The room was spacious and the bathroom was great. Lovely big window in the room to allow us to enjoy the lights of the buildings at night. I suffer with a bad back and always struggle when away from home but the bed was super comfortable and the pillows were perfect ❤️ The only improvement that would have made me award 5 stars would be a mirror over the desk and some water in the room on arrival. The room was cleaned to a high standard. The breakfast was great and set us up perfectly for the day. The icing on the cake for us was the location. It was perfect. A few minutes walk to Times Square but enough away that outside the hotel was not busy. Easy walking distance to lots of the top attractions. We will be back to celebrate my next daughter’s 18th next year! ❤️

Great location, just outside Time Square so not in the middle of the madness. Close to subway and literally on restaurant row with loads of choice. Hotel restaurant/bar handy for a drink after a long day walking. Hotel is very clean. Small queues for breakfast table if not in early enough but this is communicated and even if you arrive down for breakfast at peak hours it moves quickly. Staff brilliant and very friendly across all departments indeed we found the New yorkers really helpful and courteous. Rooms are as you expect in a big city, snug but perfectly fine, we managed no problem as a couple with two teenagers. We would 100% recommend this hotel without hesitation.
