The room was spotless, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. Check-in was smooth and quick, but I must mention that the coffee machine didn’t work properly, and they didn’t provide basic amenities like water bottles. Additionally, we were on the 19th floor, and both elevators took an eternity to arrive. Consequently, on our last day, we resorted to using the stairs to descend.

Stayed at DoubleTree by Hilton New York Downtown for a simple trip and had a great experience. The rooms are definitely on the smaller side, but that’s pretty normal for downtown Manhattan. Everything was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. No issues at all during the stay. The location was a big plus, right in the heart of the Financial District, with easy access to subways, restaurants, and attractions nearby. If you’re looking for a clean, straightforward place to stay in lower Manhattan without any surprises, this is a solid choice.

Great location and good service. I only had breakfast, which was typical mass produced food in that it was not good and scaling hot (I got oatmeal and a latte). Elevator took a while to stop at the floor so I learned quickly to plan accordingly. My first night was cinco de mayo, and I am assuming because of that there was a lot of noise outside my window

We booked a reservation here and paid extra money to be able to cancel our reservation. When calling to modify our reservation, the front desk didn’t pick up the phone multiple times and when they did they were not helpful or particularly friendly. When we tried to get in contact with the manager they dropped the call on us. We ended up cancelling our reservation - do better!

My check-in was supposed to be April 29th, but I had accidentally booked it for May 29th. I had just arrived from Brazil and was exhausted, but despite that, Jose handled everything so well — he helped me successfully change my reservation so I could rest comfortably. The bed was incredibly comfortable, the room was spacious and clean, and I absolutely loved my stay. Thank you so much, Jose
