Our stay was overall pleasant. The hotel was affordable and in a great location, which made getting around very convenient. The staff was warm, friendly, and accommodating throughout our stay. When we first entered our room, there was a noticeable odor and hair shavings visible in the tub. However, the front desk handled the issue professionally and quickly moved us to another room without any problems. They also provided two $15 beverage coupons, which was a nice gesture. One downside was that some of the hallways appeared outdated and not as well maintained as expected. It also seemed like certain areas, possibly floors associated with Hilton Honors members, appeared more updated and polished. The biggest issue during the stay was the elevator wait times, which were extremely long and definitely need improvement. Overall, despite a few issues, the customer service and location helped make the stay enjoyable.

We recently stayed at the Hilton Midtown New York and overall had a very positive experience. The hotel's location is one of its biggest strengths. It's perfectly situated in the heart of Midtown Manhattan, making it walking distance to so many iconic spots – Times Square, Rockefeller Center, Bryant Park, and Fifth Avenue shopping are all just a short stroll away. 7th Ave Subway is round the corner which you can transit almost anywhere. Our room was an Urban Room, and we were pleasantly surprised by how comfortable and well-appointed it was. While New York hotel rooms are notoriously small, this one felt bigger than most we've experienced in the city. The bed was extremely comfortable, the bathroom was clean, and the room had a nice, contemporary feel without being cramped. The only real downside we encountered was the elevators. During peak times (especially in the morning and evening), we often had to wait quite a while for a lift. It could get frustrating when you're in a rush or carrying bags, but this seems to be a common challenge in many large Midtown hotels. Service was friendly and efficient, and the hotel facilities were well-maintained, however some places needed abit of TLC. If you're looking for a reliable Hilton in a prime Midtown location with comfortable rooms that punch above their size, this is a great choice. We'd happily stay here again on our next trip to New York.

Hateful Company!!!!! Stayed there multiple times and always had a won derail experience. Always booked directly with them in lieu of better pricing as those sites aren't upfront about what you may get. Anyhow the last time I stayed there they absolutely lied to me. The gym was closed and they never informed me of that when I booked. The I complained and said I would rather stay elsewhere they told me I would be charged for the full price even if I left. I stayed hoping it would unravel around. It did not. manager refused go speak with meshes employee made antisemitic remarks to me multiple times and I was over billed! Terrible customer service and disgusting lack of morals and principles. To this day no one has even reached out to apologize and Ive emailed and called corporate multiple times! Do not go there if you don't want to propogate hate! They are conveniently located and they bank off of that

We were very disappointed with our stay at the Hilton Midtown. The wait for the elevators was consistently about 15 minutes going both up or down. The website had boasted 6 available elevators but only two were working for the three days we were there. Our room was freezing and several hours after adjusting the temp nothing had changed. The front desk said they would have someone fix our heating/cooling system but no one did. When we spoke with the front desk and they said that guests have no control over the hearing cooling (even though there are what look like systems in each room). They offered to send us blankets (it was 1pm and we weren’t going to sleep). Also, no one ever brought blankets. Our bathroom was not clean, the wallpaper was yellow and peeling. Our sheets were ripped. On our third night after waiting for 15 minutes to ride in the elevator our room keys didn’t work. Very frustrated and unhappy with Hilton.

⚠️ Scam Alert – Be Careful When Taking a Taxi from This Hotel I had a very disappointing experience while staying at this hotel. When leaving for LaGuardia Airport, I asked the concierge to arrange a taxi. Shortly after the ride began, the driver took a much longer route through Manhattan, claiming there were road closures and construction. The trip ended up costing approximately $30 more than expected. During the ride, I questioned the route several times because it did not seem logical. The explanations I received did not match what I could see on my navigation app, and I was left feeling that I had been taken on an unnecessarily long trip. While I cannot say what arrangements may exist between the hotel staff and taxi drivers, I strongly recommend that guests be cautious when accepting a taxi arranged by the concierge. My experience left me feeling taken advantage of and concerned that other travelers could face the same situation. My advice: walk outside and hail your own cab or use a rideshare app where the route and fare are transparent. Also most outlets in my room did not work and the ice machine in the hallway was broken! Very disappointing end to an otherwise enjoyable visit.
