Just arrived for our stay for the Westminster Kennel Club dog show and have to say that Muhammad at the front desk was one of the most delightful staff members I've ever encountered. He was helpful and efficient and knowledgeable. He made the beginning of my stay seamless and pleasant . The New Yorker is very fortunate to have someone like him on their staff as the first person that greets a new arriva. He's phenomenal! Our corner room is impeccably clean with lots of room between the beds. Two windows one with a view of the Hudson River and a walk-in closet. Felt like I hit the jackpot when I walked in the room! Tic tok diner is a quick easy place to grab a bite especially when days are long and going out to a fancy restaurant just seems like too much trouble!

Stayed for 5 nights. We were checked in by Muhammed who was very friendly and helpful. Our room was beyond expectations - very big and spacious with 2 double beds and a fantastic view of the city skyline. Beds were also very comfortable. Our room was cleaned and beds turned daily by the lovely Elena who we were lucky to meet, a Real credit to the hotel. The doorman was very helpful with any questions about directoons and all other staff were also very cheerful. I would stay again no problem. Great hotel in a great location

Rooms have plenty of space and great views of the City. MSG right next door makes events simple to get to after your breakfast from the restaurant entrance in the lobby. The old bank next door turned Steak house is also accessible if you didn't want to go out in the cold. Appreciating the close options for food and site seeing.

We had an great experience at The New Yorker! Location is super convenient, just steps away from the subway. Excellent options for dine in. The only downside was that our room wasn't ready even after the check in time, but the front desk clerk find a way to make us confortable. Excellent customer service!

I recently stay 3 night at this hotel, muhhamed made our stay 5 star! He was very kind and help us get our rooms on time and allows us to upgrade to a better room. The hotel employees are all nice, having 3 reataurants and room service is so amazing. We really enjoy our time here. It is in a great location. Would definitely come back.
