We have stayed at Yotel over three times. It is an affordable hotel in a convenient location. As mentioned by other reviewers, this isn’t a brand new hotel. It could use some updating. However, everything during our stays have been functional and clean so we easily overlooked those aspects. Front desk, luggage service, housekeeping have all been pleasant. Beds were comfortable. Shower had great pressure. Towels were restocked daily. I highly recommend Enoch’s for lattes and Qamaria for speciality pistachio lattes, both within a 6 min walk. Snowflakes if you need a foot massage. Superior Gourmet for a quick BEC breakfast. Claudio’s for pizza. High line is maybe 10-15min walk. Plus tons more all in walking distance. Highly recommend if you just want somewhere convenient and clean to stay after long days of exploring. If you plan to spend a significant time in your room and using hotel amenities, you may prefer elsewhere.

We booked this hotel without checking the reviews because we love Yotel Boston so much! We will not be returning to this location though. We were in room 1605 & 1627. Checked into 1605 and could hear an alarm going off from the elevator .. lo and behold, it was from our room. We went inside to see what was going on & within 3-5 minutes of being there we noticed how the TV looked to be barely hanging on, the infamous purple lighting did not work, the room was underwhelming as far as appearance goes. I brought this to the staff’s attention and she immediately moved us to 1627. 1627 was better as far as an alarm NOT going off upon arrival, the purple lighting worked too. Unfortunately the room phone, outlet on the right side of the bed and towel warmer did not work. After you used the shower, it would heavily leak water for a solid two hours after you turn it off too… not just a drip or two but so much that you could hear it over the TV. The main reason we booked this location is because across all platforms, it advertises that the rooftop terrace is an amenity that we would have access too….. come to find out, it would not be available for the entirety of our trip. For the amount we were charged per night for the resort fee was insane to not even have access to the MAIN amenity. This was the biggest disappointment for us … we would have booked elsewhere if we knew beforehand. It is NOT posted on the website nor does it say anything on the doors or even during the check in process. The door literally says “Open 11:30am daily”. We will not be returning here. & Would appreciate a response to this as well.

I booked my room through DayUse so I only stayed a few hours - I was in the City for the day and needed a place to nap, freshen up, and change before my event. It was great that Yotel partnered with DayUse to provide this accomodation to people in situations such as ours. This room suited our needs very well. The room was small, but clean (some of the furniture was rather scuffed up, but it did not affect the overall quality of the room). The buttons to move the bed into a reclined position did not work, but again that did not affect our stay, just noting for future users. We have stayed at another Yotel location before which is why we selected this hotel for our short stay. This location was very comparable.

We booked this hotel after a previous stay 5 years ago and have had another wonderful stay. We couldn’t be happier with the experience. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The location was also ideal, a 10 minute walk from Times Square and subway stations. The staff were all welcoming and helpful. A special mention must go to Marilyn, who truly went above and beyond to make our stay even more brilliant. Her kindness, professionalism, and attention to detail did not go unnoticed and made us feel genuinely valued as guests. We would absolutely recommend this hotel and wouldn’t hesitate to return. Thank you for such a memorable stay!

I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. First, I had a package delivered to the hotel, but it went missing. When I asked the staff for assistance, they showed no interest in helping me locate it or investigate what happened. I felt completely ignored, and no effort was made to resolve the issue. The next day, after returning from a night out, I walked into the hotel and headed toward the elevator. A staff member/security guard stopped me and demanded that I show my room key before allowing me to go upstairs. I understand the importance of security, but the way it was handled felt rude and unprofessional. When I asked why I needed to show my key and pointed out that I was clearly entering the hotel because I was staying there, the staff member seemed annoyed and looked at me as if I had done something wrong. Overall, the customer service was extremely disappointing. The staff were unhelpful, dismissive, and lacked basic courtesy. I would not stay here again and would not recommend this hotel to others.
