I stayed at this lovely hotel July 1st-5th. Customer service was top-tier from the moment I arrived. The rooms were small but spotless, clean, and very well maintained. A special thank you to Kyara, Shanace, and Jamilah at the front desk—they were all incredibly friendly, professional, and helpful throughout my stay. I also want to recognize the gentleman who assisted with luggages in the morning. Unfortunately, I forgot his name, but he was kind, welcoming, and eager to help. Overall, I had a wonderful experience and will definitely be returning. Highly recommend!

Our family had an amazing experience at Arlo NoMad, and we cannot say enough wonderful things about Kyara. From the moment we arrived, she welcomed us with such genuine kindness, warmth, and professionalism that we immediately felt comfortable and cared for. Traveling as a family can sometimes be overwhelming, but Kyara made us feel like valued guests from the very beginning. She went above and beyond to ensure our family had everything we needed throughout our visit. She was incredibly attentive, patient, and always willing to answer our questions with a smile. Her positive attitude and genuine desire to make our stay enjoyable truly stood out. It’s clear that she takes great pride in providing exceptional hospitality, and her dedication did not go unnoticed. The level of customer service Kyara provided was truly phenomenal. She made our family feel welcomed, appreciated, and right at home while maintaining the highest level of professionalism. Every interaction with her was pleasant, and she consistently went the extra mile to ensure we had a memorable experience. Employees like Kyara are what make a hotel stand out. She is a tremendous asset to the Arlo NoMad team, and her exceptional hospitality reflects so positively on the entire property. Our family is incredibly grateful for the care and attention she showed us, and because of her outstanding service, we would happily return to Arlo NoMad and recommend it to anyone visiting New York City. This was the best hotel I ever stayed at! I booked this for me and my friend for our first time in nyc. Check in was easy and simple, customer service was amazing. The room I booked for was the sky queen the views were phenomenal and the room had everything we needed. I would definitely have them on my list for hotels to return to. Lastly shout out to Brianna at the front desk! The work she did for me to make sure my stay was the best as possible was above and beyond and her aura was the icing on top.

Arlo NoMad was a 10/10 experience. This was my wife’s and my first trip to NYC, and we stayed in a King Sky View room on the 28th floor. The views were incredible. The room was on the smaller side, but that’s to be expected in New York City. More importantly, it had everything we needed to relax and recharge after long days exploring the city. The location was fantastic! Centrally located to many of the iconic attractions while also being within walking distance of some of the city’s best restaurants. What truly set this hotel apart, though, was the staff. Everyone was friendly, welcoming, and eager to help. A special shoutout to Moises for consistently going above and beyond. He remembered us every time we passed through the lobby and made us feel genuinely valued as guests. By the end of our stay, it felt like we had made a friend. Thank you as well to Fabricio for helping us after checkout and assisting with our bags. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and can’t wait to return on our next visit to NYC. Highly recommend!

I had a wonderful experience at Arlo! The front desk and the service team are exceptional— esp. shoutout to Jamilah, Kyara and Ed. It was my first time in NYC and Jamilah went out of the way to ensure I have a fantastic experience. She was so accommodating when I wanted to switch rooms and truly ensured that I have a great stay. Ed even transferred my food to my room’s refrigerator along with my pre-checked luggage. These personal touches are so thoughtful and so rare Their genuine care and kind heartedness made me feel so welcomed— and made the trip memorable. It is so nice to see such warm people in such a big city. They really care about their guests, and truly love what they do. NYC will now always be synonymous with their kindness, and I will definitely stay here whenever I return!
