5 stars for location , that’s the main point 👍🏻 The rest was okay,there was big cockroach in our room but we didint reported it as we were so excited to be in NYC, rooms were cleaned every day however only bedsheets were changed , we had amazing view from our hotel and it was close to time square , Central Park and underground. Overall was amazing and I know that I will definitely come back to NYC but I won’t choose this hotel anymore .After checking reviews I was scared during my stay in that hotel, that I will be charged for smoking alarm , but it didn’t happened luckily . Deposit was refunded a day before we were leaving so everything went smooth.

I know everyone has their own experiences and expectations, but we had no issues with this lovely hotel. The location is fantastic, the woman who checked us in was super friendly, and our room was a chilly 68 degrees our entire stay when NYC was 95F. We promptly received our owed deposit and thus far no bogus smoking charge. I think the longest wait we had for an elevator was 30 seconds, tops, and we always had hot water. Our room was clean and updated, and the noise level was not an issue. We will definitely stay again when we are back in NY later this month and will recommend to others.

The location of the hotel is amazing, and the employees were friendly and helpful. There is a bar with live music past the lobby, and 2 new express elevators. When coming back down to the lobby I noticed I had to wait 1-3 minutes. The rooms are a little bit older, but they are definitely sufficient! Note that they run on a old AC system so they only have cool in the summer and only heating in the winter. Housekeeping came daily and was great. There is also an ice machine on each floor and a fitness center as well.

I feel the need to warn future guests about the lack of hospitality at this hotel. I am still in disbelief. I feel that someone responsible for staff training should be held accountable. I come to New York every other week for business. I usually stay at a different hotel but this time my usual place was booked. This was a great opportunity for Park Central Hotel to make a good impression and make us change hotels for the future. Since it is literally located two blocks away from our office. However, we had the most unpleasant experience during our check-in. The hotel clerk at the front desk had the power to make it or break it. Right? He was strangely, and in-comprehensively rude, mean, and to put it plainly just unwelcoming. It was almost as if he was asking. Why are you here? It almost felt like he was an undercover agent for the competitors property. LOL. It seems like this man truly wants Park Central Hotel to fail. A real shame, of course, since the facilities, the rooms, and the location we are fine. One criticism I would give the Hotel is the fact that they don’t offer Coffee Machine in the room like others hotels do. I am including a photo of my Front Desk experience. I am single in and out this clerk because he was extraordinarily rude and mean to us. Completely unhelpful and completely oblivious of his job description. I want to point out that I later interacted with other Front Desk clerks. And they also seemed withdrawn and frowny faces. I truly recommend that someone looks into investing in some property training for these people. Because they are ruining the visitors experience. Nobody wants to come back to a place where they treat you poorly.

Marcia was absolutely amazing and made my experience so much better. She was kind, professional, welcoming, and always had a smile on her face. From the moment I arrived, she treated me with respect and made me feel comfortable and valued as a guest. Her positive attitude and excellent customer service really stood out. She went above and beyond to help whenever I needed anything, and her friendly personality made the hotel feel more welcoming. Thank you, Marcia, for your kindness and professionalism. The hotel is lucky to have someone like you at the lobby.
