I’ve stayed at this hotel three times, and it never disappoints. The staff is always friendly and welcoming, the rooms are clean and comfortable, and the location is perfect. The hotel’s location was perfect, making it easy to access nearby attractions, restaurants, and shops. Despite being conveniently located, the room was quiet and peaceful at night, ensuring a great night’s sleep. Every stay has been smooth and enjoyable. I’ll definitely be coming back again!

I cannot fault this hotel at all - we arrived after a long flight and were swiftly checked in. The customer service was amazing - they were knowledgeable and always on hand to help with any questions. The room was incredible - very spacious for New York City where it was spotless and was rigorously cleaned by housekeeping staff. The temperature control in the room was also perfect considering when we went, it was not the warmest! The hotel is located 3 minutes away from Fulton St subway which makes it super easy to get around the city. They also have luggage storage for placing your bags. The price was very fair - we booked three weeks before due to our previous accommodation being cancelled and I can honestly say it was worth every dollar. I would return in a heartbeat.

The hotel and staff authentically demonstrate friendliness, courtesy and respect. Customer service is great, they are very polite and helpful. The rooms are pretty spacious, I came with 2 extra guest and we slept amazingly. Room service is excellent, Patricia, our room cleaner is AMAZING!! She kept our room nice and tidy; Patricia is always working and making sure everything is kept clean (she deserves a vacation) :) I cannot thank their staff enough, you all made our trip more comfortable and enjoyable.

The rooms were the absolute highlight, earning a perfect 5-star rating for their comfort and quality. The service and location were also solid, both providing a reliable 3-star experience. It is a dependable choice for staying downtown, offering excellent accommodations in a functional area of the city.

I stayed here a week and was very impressed. The rooms aren't huge, but very neat and tidy. Housekeeping staff went above and beyond to accommodate any wishes and did a wonderful makeover of the room. Reception staff was always friendly and helpful in case of questions. Overall a very nice hotel in an optimal location, close to the subway and the World Trade Center Complex. Only point of criticism is the elevator controls, which sometimes took for ever to arrive, and tried to accommodate to many requests from all floors to one elevator at a time.
