My stay here exceeded expectations in every category! The staff was amazing in a way I haven't experienced in a long time. They were all very responsive to requests and really bent over backwards to accommodate when we were stuck there during a blizzard. The room was cleaned perfectly every day and was comfortable and quiet. The food at the restaurant was pricey but tasty. The meeting spaces had everything we needed. And the location was perfect for accessing all the city has to offer, a short walk to Penn station or times square. Highly recommend!

Very pleasant stay and high value. The reception Rey and Gurmey, and other supporting staffs are super nice. they even asked if I'm afraid of elevator noises etc when picking to rooms. the location is convenient to all major tourist spots , little bit far to down town but easy to grab a cab there or so. around 1 hour drive from JFK. many restaurants below / nearby, could do in room dining, uber eats or just go out. street feels relatively safe.

I did a lot of research before I picked a hotel to spend New Years with my family. I’m glad I chose this one. The staff was extremely friendly and even walk us to the elevators our first time. They texted us throughout our stay to ensure we didn’t need anything. Rooms were small as expected for New York but our family of 4 were very comfortable. The design of the room made the space very efficient and there was plenty of room for 4 large suit cases. Location was great. We were in the center of almost everything and two blocks from the nearest subway stop. While we were close to everything, we were also in a quiet area. The restaurant connected to the hotel had phenomenal food and drinks. The kids enjoyed the room in the lobby where the hotel had board games for them to play. This was a great hotel for my family and we would stay again. The staff is doing a great job.

I had a very pleasant stay overall. While I could occasionally hear some noise from the neighboring room, it did not significantly affect my experience. The location is excellent and very convenient for getting around, whether for sightseeing or business. Housekeeping was professional and consistent throughout my stay. Amenities are thoughtfully provided in reusable containers and were always well stocked. There were plenty of towels available, along with sufficient coffee and tea in the room, which made the stay even more comfortable. I would consider this hotel a great choice for a wide range of travelers — families, business guests, and tourists alike. Matt assisted me with both check-in and check-out, and he was incredibly kind and helpful when I was flustered about my lost item. I truly appreciated his support. Sanae was also very professional and helpful during check-out. Thank you guys!

This hotel exceeded all of our expectations. Check in was a breeze and the room was clean and in great shape. But what stood out the most was how nice everyone was! I hope this is a reflection of how well the workers are treated and appreciated. Every single person we encountered was pleasant and helpful, from cleaning staff to the front desk. They went above and beyond whenever we needed help. Even our kids commented on how we had never stayed anywhere with such nice people. It really improved our experience. We had breakfast at the hotel restaurant and the food was delicious! We hope to return soon!
