As a Diamond Elite IHG member, my family exclusively stays in IHG hotels. This was my first stay at this location. I have stayed at 3 others in the Times Square/Manhattan area. The employees at this location blew me away with their attentiveness, kindness, and the little things they do to make their guests feel welcome. First our flight was very early & we arrived at 11am and expected to just have them hold our luggage, instead they had our room ready! Next the lady at the front desk was so very kind and gave her restaurant recommendations as well as walked us to the elevator and made sure we knew where ice/gym was. Every single time we came in the lobby no matter what day/time/night whoever was working the desk greeted us and welcomed us back. Our room was so clean and after late nights the blackout shades options on the windows was a nice way to sleep in. We also loved the alarm clock, it had the time on both sides and the front and all three “faces” could be dimmed or turned completely off. All the outlets and usb ports worked and we loved having the mini fridge in our room. This room was big for NYC. The sitting area behind the elevators was so comfy and cute. They even have a chess game down there and my teenage som and I played a couple games. The EVEN hotel around the block was my favorite before this stay. But now this location is by far the best. Their attention to detail and friendly staff puts them in a league all their own. Thank you for making our stay so memorable!!

Overall enjoyed my stay here. Had a High room which was nice for the street noise and I heard next to nothing up there. Room was good and clean but a pretty standard hotel experience. Only cable no streaming services. One area that I think the hotel could improve on is the shared spaces especially the lobby and elevator area. It seemed very dark in both of those spaces and there was a good amount of wear and tear. It is the first impression that guests have coming in so a little paint/new lighting would go a long way.

More detailed review on trip advisor Rooms: comfortable, quiet, bathrobes included, and a glass of champagne upon check-in. Amenities included, fridge, closet, plenty of towels Service: lovely staff. Juls, Jay, Michael, all were helpful and lovely. Very accommodating and regularly checked in to make sure I'm comfortable. There's room service if you're feeling lazy. I would skip the expensive breakfast and walk the 2 min to Liberty bagels. Location: 7 min walk to Penn Station. 10ish min walk to Javits Convention Center. The hotel felt safe and secure. I had no problems as a solo traveler

Stayed there from 7/2-7/5 and it has been my best hotel experience. The room was great and the bathroom extraordinary, compared to The New Yorker hotel around the corner. The staff was nice and overall a great choice for those who are looking for something in the city. I will be back.

We arrived late on a Monday night and we were checked in by Agaibi. He ws extremely kind and gave us (my adult daughter and I) a corner handicap accessible room on the 9th floor. The room was one of the largest NYC hotel rooms I have had, and not at all what you expect for NYC. The room was nice and very quite. This area is in the garmet district and this street is not noisy at night. The hotel was just 2 blocks from the subway station so it was easy to get places. We felt very safe at this location and actually all of the city. We did happy hour at the hotel bar one evening and enjoyed some discounted appetizers which were tasty and filled the spot. There are drug stores and 7-11s near by if you want to pick something quick up. Every night when we came back to the hotel we were greated warmly by the doorman and the staff, it felt like we were coming home! ousekeeping came every day and straightened our room. When we checked out Sunday motrning we had Agaibi again to send us off on our travels home. This was an excellent stay and I highly recommend this hotel.
