We came here on the 29th of August and stayed three nights. The Hotel is super clean and thanks to the guy working at the reception in the afternoon we got a beautiful Room with the best view I ever could imagine. Also the cleaning staff, always cleaned pur room perfectly. The guys at the entrance, that check who can come in to the Hotel and who not, were a bit severe. They always were checking if we are guests, even after a couple days we thought they know us. This was a bit weird. The hotel itself is totally near the 9/11 memorial and museum. The only thing it's a bit far to walk to Midtown. You def. Need the Metro or Taxi. But there's a lot to see, even in that area and its New York, there's a lot of cool corners I mean. The bathroom, especially the Tub was compare to the hotelroom a bit older somehow. The Shower head was a bit weak. Beds were comfy and saved our Jetlag. If we would get next time the nice view we had + a better shower, we would def. Book again :-) We wish the team all the best!

We had a wonderful experience at M Social. William was very helpful during checkin and made sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The service was helpful when we needed extra linens and toiletries. We learned the hotel was recently renovated and it was beautiful with a great lobby and clean modern rooms and furniture. The location near the subway and 911 memorial was fantastic. The financial district was clean with plenty of food options nearby.

I had a really pleasant stay at this hotel. My room was very spacious, clean, and comfortable. I especially loved the fresh, crisp bed linen and the clean, nice-smelling towels. Everything felt neat and well taken care of, and it was genuinely nice to come back to the room after a long day in New York. The hotel itself feels modern and well maintained. The lobby is beautiful, the common areas are stylish, and the restaurant also has a very nice atmosphere. The location is another big advantage. The subway is literally just around the corner, which makes it very easy to get around Manhattan and reach pretty much anywhere in the city. There were just a couple of small things that could be improved. The bathtub itself looked a little dated and could use an update, although the bathroom was very clean. I was also a little surprised that there were no bathrobes provided in the room. For a four-star hotel, I personally expected them to be available, although I understand this may not be standard in US hotels. A few things could be improved. A deposit was charged at check-in, and I was surprised by how high it was compared with another hotel from the same group where I stayed. The amount and the reason for such a large deposit were not clearly explained to me, so I think the hotel could be much more transparent about this at check-in. At the time of writing this review, the deposit has not yet been returned to my account, so I cannot comment on the final amount. However, at another hotel from the same group, I had an experience where coffee and tea provided in the room appeared to be treated as chargeable items. I do not know whether the same policy applies at this hotel, but if any of the coffee, tea or other items placed in the room are not complimentary, this should be made very clear to guests. There should be a visible price list next to the items, rather than guests finding out only after a charge appears on their account. I was not informed about any such charges during my stay. The hotel also has its own AI-based app where guests can ask questions and request assistance. It sounds convenient, but in my experience it didn’t work particularly well for actual requests. For example, I asked for help with the refrigerator through the app, but unfortunately no one came to assist me. I also had problems connecting to the hotel Wi-Fi throughout my entire three-day stay. Despite trying multiple times, I was never able to connect properly, which was quite strange and inconvenient. Overall, these were very minor points and didn’t really affect my stay. I had a great experience: a spacious and exceptionally clean room, comfortable bed, beautiful hotel, and very convenient location. I would stay here again

This property is currently in the finest condition ever. That renovation that was done when transitioning from Hilton to M Social certainly did provide a lift. When I stay here, I splurge and get a nice suite up on the 55th floor. WOW! The views and feeling of having a home away from home make it worth the expense.

Our stay at M Social was absolutely incredible, and Gideon and Iyonna made it especially memorable! Visiting a new city, you’re always a little unsure of what to expect, but these two showed us such kindness and warmth throughout our stay. Iyonna even offered us a map and shared suggestions for exploring the city—a thoughtful touch that we truly appreciated. We felt so welcomed and cared for. Between the beautiful views, wonderful staff, and superb drinks, M Social made our visit to New York unforgettable. Thank you, Gideon and Iyonna, for making us feel so special!
