I stayed at Moxy for a work trip and had a very good overall experience. In the mornings they offer a grab and go breakfast, so don’t expect a traditional breakfast buffet. They also provide a food and beverage credit that can be used at the café next door, which is great and very convenient. The rooms are small but very comfortable, and the staff is super friendly. My boyfriend joined me on this trip and worked from the hotel in the mornings. They do have a nice workspace area, but it’s also where many guests sit to have breakfast, so it can get quite noisy. The music is also quite loud, which makes it difficult to take meetings without background noise. Aside from that, we had a very pleasant stay overall.

Overall, I had a really good stay. I loved the rooftop bar and spent a lot of time up there the hotel has a nice bar with a cool restaurant area. The room was small but thats nyc. The rooftop is a nice with views, and parking is an extra $60 in the garage next door. There was no breakfast included, even though the app made me pay more for it, so I’ll know better next time. The location is great though, walking distance to Times Square. All in all, it was a nice stay and I’d definitely come back.

I looked at a bunch of hotels in the area. I looked at a lot of reviews. I was looking at places like Sheraton down the street, the one thing I read was that the rooms here are smaller but the cleanliness is much higher! Coming as one person the room size doesn’t matter because it’s built in a way that’s convenient. The staff is very friendly and it has a great atmosphere!! I would recommend staying here if you’re visiting nyc alone or as a couple!! with kids maybe not, but it’s not targeted for that anyways. Very very clean, which is huge for me! Staff is amazing

Absolutely loved my stay at Moxy NYC Times Square. The vibe is on point—fun, energetic, and very NYC without trying too hard. Check-in was smooth and the staff were awesome from the moment I walked in. Honestly, the entire team was welcoming, helpful, and genuinely kind throughout the stay. The room was great—yes, it’s a tight space, but that’s part of the Moxy experience, and it’s done really well. Smart layout, comfortable, and everything you actually need without the fluff. Perfect spot if you want a great atmosphere, friendly people, and a stylish place to crash in the heart of the city. Would 100% stay here again.

Overall had a great stay! Wish I looked at the rooms before I booked but since I was alone it was fine. They have grab and go little packaged food in the mornings which was nice. The food and beverage credit could be used at the cafe next door which is nice. It was enough for pastry and coffee for 1. Wish instead of that they’d just lower the destination fee.
