My stay at Pestana CR7 Times Square exceeded expectations in nearly every way. From the moment I arrived, it was clear that the hotel places a strong emphasis on guest experience, comfort, and professionalism. The staff consistently demonstrated a high level of hospitality, making me feel welcome and valued throughout my entire stay. One of the aspects that stood out the most was the exceptional service. Every interaction with the front desk team was pleasant, efficient, and genuinely helpful. Whether I had questions about the city, needed assistance with directions, or requested recommendations for nearby attractions and restaurants, the staff always responded with enthusiasm and professionalism. Minus a hiccup on the first night, the team banded together to ensure that after a room upgrade, everything else was satisfactory. The location is great and about just less than 10 mins walk to Times Square. Staff are attentive, genuinely and friendly when you get to know them. I had the pleasure of chatting with many such as Emiliana from the front desk and Carla from housekeeping. The rooms are spacious, well thought out and comfortable. Cleanliness is to a good standard and I would definitely return to stay here.

Great hotel with ever-polite and ever-helpful staff. I stayed two nights - first night was in the tiniest room ever with no desk so I had to do a zoom call with my laptop on the bed and me perched on the tiny foot stall. I mentioned it in my check-in review and the next day I was upgraded to a deluxe room with much more space and a desk! The bed was comfortable and everything very clean. Not sure all the USB sockets in both rooms were working properly, though. The front-desk staff - especially Camilla and Ralph - were absolutely brilliant. And the hotel was handy for everything I wanted to see and a 15 minute walk to the Javitts Centre. I’d definitely use this hotel again.

The customer service was really incredible. My husband and I really vibed with Emily. She was so kind and accommodating to our schedule. Might even name my first born after her. 10/10 would room here again. The hotel also felt very safe.

I recently had the most amazing stay at Pestana CR7 Times Square. While the entire staff was wonderful—Rachel truly went above and beyond. Her kind words and exceptional customer service ensured all my accommodation needs were met, and she was helpful in every way. The rooms were remarkably spacious for NYC. And the shower? Best water pressure and temperature I’ve ever experienced. Lastly, the location is unbeatable—just a short walk to Times Square. This stay has made it onto my list of favorites, and I will definitely be returning!
