Couldn’t recommend this hotel enough. From staff to facilities everything was just so lovely. The grounds are amazing allowing for such a relaxing day in the sun. Gym was incredible, buffet area was amazing with its themed nights provided variety each night. (If you are vegetarian definitely discuss this with staff at the beginning of your stay as they will be able to cater for you specifically) Plenty of option for drinks as there were several bars serving delicious cocktails. The Tui blue app made it so easy to see what the daily programme was and for us to book activities such as fitness classes, tea making classes and dance classes. The whole hotel including rooms were very clean and equipped with anything you may need. Every single staff member from maids to Tui hotel reps were polite and extremely helpful. Not to mention the incredible entertainment team providing hilarious and unique evening entertainment. One tip would be to bring your own currency and get it changed in the hotel.( they give you the best rate with no transaction fees) we used atms in town and they charged a small fee. 100% would recommend and will definitely be returning for some relaxation and somewhere I know I can trust my experience will be good.

We are still present at the hotel as I write this coming to the last day of our week long stay - all in all, a lovely break. Reasonably priced, great people working the hotel and naturally the blessing of Marrakech as the great city it is. Not all good however, the religious holiday appears to have caused staff numbers to be lowered sadly, evidently different standards at the start of the seven day break to it's end. Cleanliness also not meeting the standards particularly in the outdoor communal areas. That said, food lovely, weather great, plenty to do and yes, value considering what was paid. We feel our next visit to Marrakech will see us back at the Riad. Thank you to all the staff.

The hotel itself is nice and in a good location, and most things about the stay were fine. The staff were very nice, and the room was clean. Each morning when we left for breakfast, the room was properly cleaned and well maintained. Unfortunately, I felt really unwell during my stay. I ate only at the hotel to avoid any issues, as I trusted the food there, but I still became ill. Because of this, I lost two full days of my holiday as I was unable to leave my room. While the hotel looks good overall, the food hygiene did not appear to be great. I also noticed that some glasses and cups were dirty. When I pointed this out to staff, they did not seem to understand what the issue was. Normally I would not say anything, but after spending two days confined to my room being sick, I felt it was important to mention it. What also let the experience down was the lack of support from reception when my partner informed them that I was very unwell. There was no check-in or offer of help. Because of this experience, I would avoid staying at this hotel again.

We stayed for 4 nights at TUI Blue Medina Gardens on an all-inclusive basis, and without a doubt, it’s the best hotel we’ve ever stayed at. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The hotel itself is beautiful, the gardens are stunning and immaculately kept, and the atmosphere is incredibly relaxing. What truly sets this place apart, though, is the staff. Every single member of the team goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome, valued, and genuinely cared for. A special mention has to go to Hajar, who made us the most amazing cocktails throughout our stay. When I arrived with a cold, she even made me her own “Barber version” of English Lemsip - and honestly, combined with some rest, I felt so much better afterwards. That level of care and thoughtfulness really says everything about this hotel. Even the security staff deserve recognition - they would always greet us warmly as we passed through the gates, which made such a difference and added to the welcoming atmosphere. The food is another highlight. The variety is excellent, with so many options to choose from, and everything we tried was delicious. It also caters really well for vegetarians, which can sometimes be a challenge elsewhere. The location is spot on - with the souks and parks all within easy walking distance, making it perfect for exploring without needing transport. Nothing is ever too much trouble here. The service, the setting, and the overall experience are simply outstanding. If I could pick this hotel up and take it with me to every country I visit, I absolutely would. I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough.

The best things by far, are the amazing staff (so friendly and attentive) and the location. Just a short walk from the nearest Souk. The food was really mediocre in my opinion. Buffet is full of cheap carb dishes, and the quality of the meat is poor and not a great selection. The a la carte restaurant food was really not good (lamb tagine was pure bone and grease, with no accompaniments). Drinks were okay. Would have been nice to have better/more included beer and wine options. Entertainment was as expected. A couple of the local acts were good.
