Amazing experience from start to finish. Ticked all of our boxes and exceeded expectations in many regards. Only two pieces of feedback, which certainly don't make it any less of a five star review: 1. Please enforce the no sunbed reservation rule. You have plenty to go around, but people need to see towels being removed for it to work. I know it can lead to awkward conversations for staff, but it's not as if you don't have notices everywhere stating the policy. 2. Ice cream. Lovely range of desserts every evening at dinner, but an ice cream station throughout the day was missing and would have been awesome. Random deliveries of ice lollies were appreciated, however! Thank you very much - we will recommend and may well return ourselves.

We had a lovely stay at TUI BLUE Medina Gardens, Marrakech. The hotel has very nice grounds, good amenities, and a relaxing atmosphere. The staff throughout the hotel were very friendly, polite and helpful, especially in the restaurant & bars, and this really made a massive positive difference to our stay. The only thing to note is that the entertainment can be quite loud until around midnight, so it may not be ideal if you want to sleep early. I have given one less star because of a disappointing experience before our arrival. The purpose of our trip was to celebrate my partner’s birthday, and I contacted/emailed the hotel a few times in advance to ask about decorating the room. Unfortunately, despite sending follow-up emails, nothing was confirmed or arranged in our room (see pics). This was disappointing, especially as guests choose and pay for hotels to celebrate special occasions. I also found Belissaoui, Abir unhelpful in dealing with this request. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and really appreciated the lovely staff, amenities and grounds, but the lack of support with the birthday arrangement was disappointing.

We are still present at the hotel as I write this coming to the last day of our week long stay - all in all, a lovely break. Reasonably priced, great people working the hotel and naturally the blessing of Marrakech as the great city it is. Not all good however, the religious holiday appears to have caused staff numbers to be lowered sadly, evidently different standards at the start of the seven day break to it's end. Cleanliness also not meeting the standards particularly in the outdoor communal areas. That said, food lovely, weather great, plenty to do and yes, value considering what was paid. We feel our next visit to Marrakech will see us back at the Riad. Thank you to all the staff.

Avoid this hotel. The hotel is very small and you genuinely feel cramped/suffocated from the moment you arrive. The buffet is poor and the food feels recycled: the cheese had visible spots, as if it had been left out exposed to air without any protection. The chicken roll was tough and dry, as if it had been sitting out overnight. The pool is also tiny, which adds to that closed-in feeling. Compared to other options in Marrakech at a similar price point, like the Riu or Be Live, this hotel falls well short — those offer much more for the same money. The rooms are cramped, well below what you'd expect for the city's standard. The property itself is dated and poorly maintained. Management tries to make up for it with friendly staff and smiles, but that doesn't make up for the structural shortcomings. Bottom line: skip this one.

The hotel itself is nice and in a good location, and most things about the stay were fine. The staff were very nice, and the room was clean. Each morning when we left for breakfast, the room was properly cleaned and well maintained. Unfortunately, I felt really unwell during my stay. I ate only at the hotel to avoid any issues, as I trusted the food there, but I still became ill. Because of this, I lost two full days of my holiday as I was unable to leave my room. While the hotel looks good overall, the food hygiene did not appear to be great. I also noticed that some glasses and cups were dirty. When I pointed this out to staff, they did not seem to understand what the issue was. Normally I would not say anything, but after spending two days confined to my room being sick, I felt it was important to mention it. What also let the experience down was the lack of support from reception when my partner informed them that I was very unwell. There was no check-in or offer of help. Because of this experience, I would avoid staying at this hotel again.
