Lovely family holiday with 2 kids aged 5 and 8. We stayed in interconnecting garden rooms which were spacious and the patio onto the garden loungers was a nice touch. It was very peaceful, no issues with noise from other guests or entertainment. The food and drinks were good and there was something to keep everyone happy. We didn't see any of the entertainment as it only started at 9pm which was too late for the kids. The staff were friendly and helpful. You can just about park a rental car there, the car park was very full but we were lucky enough to get a space each day. The only real negative point was the guests 'reserving' sun loungers by the pool and then not using them. The hotel doesn't not police this at all, so we frequently had no place to sit while the kids were in the pool. Half the loungers were empty all the time. This needs to be better managed. Also only 1 of the pools is heated. The unheated one was too cold (and was basically empty all the time), so if they heated it there would be twice the capacity and more useful loungers. But overall a lovely stay.

Nice view and a beautiful beach. The rest leaves much to be desired. We were given a room that we had to change after just one night because the ceiling had suffered water damage and a large chunk had fallen off. Renovations were ongoing throughout our stay, causing discomfort (unpleasant odors, dust, and debris). No packed lunches were available for all-inclusive guests going on longer excursions (there was a misunderstanding at reception: one staff member claimed they were offered, while another said they weren't). Overall, the food was varied and reasonably good, though there was a limited selection of meats (no beef). Communication with the Corendon representative was poor; the lack of in-person meetings made it difficult to do things like book excursions or discuss the details of the trips and the stay itself. Service quality was very low. We feel the price is too high given the quality of service and the hotel standard provided. Thank you

The hotel itself is well presented, with clean and spacious rooms. It’s located next to a stunning beach. However, our experience was significantly affected by how a serious issue was handled. On our third night, my wife became acutely unwell with repeated vomiting throughout the night, consistent with suspected food poisoning. She has never experienced this before, and the illness resulted in us losing at least a full day of what was a short and expensive holiday. We raised this with guest relations the following day. Although they kindly offered to call a doctor, they were quick to dismiss any possibility of the food being involved, stating that no other cases had been reported and suggesting alternative causes. There was no apparent interest in investigating what had been eaten or acknowledging the impact on our stay. We understand that it’s not always possible to identify the exact cause of an illness, but we were disappointed by how quickly our concerns were brushed aside rather than taken seriously. On an all-inclusive holiday, food safety is a key part of what guests are paying for, and we expected a more considered and empathetic response. Overall, the hotel has many positives, but this experience — and particularly how it was handled — left us feeling let down. For this reason, we would not stay again nor would we recommend this hotel.

We had a fantastic time! The animation team was fun and engaging, keeping everyone entertained all day. The food was delicious with plenty of variety. Friendly staff and a great atmosphere made our stay truly enjoyable. Highly recommend!
