Fantastic hotel with super helpful and friendly staff! Location is ideal - on the edge of the Medina but easy access outside of it when desired. Close to everything yet very quiet. Maybe pricey by some of the other options but compared to what I pay for in Canada, very inexpensive especially for the level of quality and service. Rooftop bar was also a nice place to unwind - very quiet and surreal. Will stay again if I go back. Use the concierge service! They organized a cooking lesson and also a walk around guide for me and both were top notch!

**Location:** The best feature of the hotel is its location—right in the heart of the Medina. It truly feels like a quiet oasis away from the hustle and bustle of the old city and souks. **Facilities:** While the property is charming, it could use some TLC. Certain areas feel a little worn and dark. The rooftop pool is heated and pleasant (we used it once), but the other pools were unheated and not practical for late November. The spa and hammam were only available at an extra cost, which felt steep compared to traditional hammams outside the hotel, so we didn’t try them. **Accommodation:** We stayed in a suite located outside the main building, accessible via stairs and corridors, with a security guard always present. The suite was spacious and comfortable, though slightly tired in places—the bathroom sink drained poorly and leaked. A lovely fruit basket, Moroccan snacks, and a large bottle of water were provided daily, which was a nice touch. Noise was minimal, though we occasionally heard footsteps from the room above late at night. **Service:** This was the biggest disappointment. Staff were polite but lacked attention to detail. On arrival, we were asked to sit for a welcome drink at a table still cluttered with previous guests’ glasses. After waiting, we had to point this out. Reception often felt chaotic, with many staff but little coordination. A walking tour we booked through the hotel was delayed because staff couldn’t connect us with the guide waiting nearby. A taxi arranged by the hotel never showed up until we called, and the driver admitted no booking had been made. Overall, service felt inconsistent and inattentive. **Overall Impression:** The hotel offers a great location and a unique atmosphere, but service and maintenance need improvement to justify the high price. Perhaps standard rooms offer better value; we booked late and only suites were available. While we enjoyed our stay, we’ve experienced better hotels at lower cost with far more attentive service.

An unforgettable oasis of peace and beauty! Le Jardin de la Kouroubia is truly a hidden gem. From the moment we arrived, we were taken aback by the peaceful ambiance and breathtaking architecture—every corner of the property is a testament to traditional Moroccan design, with stunning details that create a serene and luxurious atmosphere. What truly sets this place apart is the staff. Their warmth, professionalism, and incredible attention to detail made our stay flawless from beginning to end. Whether it was the perfectly presented meals, the thoughtful room arrangements, or the quiet, genuine hospitality, every moment felt curated with care. If you're looking for tranquility, beauty, and top-tier service in Morocco, this is the place to be. We’re already dreaming of our next visit. Highly recommended!

An unforgettable stay! The staff was so hard working and attentive, anything we asked for was made possible. The ambience of the hotel was magical we felt like in the movie Aladdin and also watched it at night in the hotel. So so magical … the location was beyond perfect everything was walking distance. What they could only improve is the breakfast since there was Köfte, chicken dish or pasta/ rice served in the morning which maybe just didn’t make sense to us but maybe it’s normal. The pool the rooftop the everything was beyond perfect. They even upgraded our room from a normal room to a big suit and decorated nicely since it was our honeymoon suit. Thank you so so much for everything the stay was beyond words…

We didn't stay in the hotel, but dropped into The Skybar for a break from the area around Jamaâ El Fna. Nice staff and a good selection of drinks and complimentary snacks. A nice location to escape the hustle and bustle.
