Loved the hotel, loved my room, I had a junior suite sea view , only downside to room was that the room above had their balcony overlooking mine , so couldn’t chill on mine without them having full view of me . Pools right by rooms . One pool has bar open from 10.30 am the other hasn’t got no bar Location isn’t the best as nothing around to walk. Dead end on each side really. I wanted chill location but also be able to go for walks , this wasn’t ideal for walking. Restaurant area was good , had similar stuff for roughly 3 days then changed it up on my last 2 days. I always found something to eat tho Spa I didn’t find wow, I was lucky enough to have a free entry as I wouldn’t like to pay for what was there . Lovely n quiet vibes throughout hotel

I don’t normally find all-inclusives disappointing but this was unfortunately not what we expected at all. Upon arriving, we had no air-con, and so immediately went to inform reception, who told us a technician would be down shortly to check what was going on. This technician never came. Not the end of the world, but we had to try and sleep in 24° heat overnight on one of the hottest days of the year so far. We also requested 2 extra pillows at the same time, which we also never got. The place is made to look expensive but in the cheapest way possible - flickering lights, 2 single beds pushed together, stripped and cracked walls. We also had to ask what was included in the “all-inclusive” package, as this was never explained in the booking process or upon arrival. Only an incredibly small amount of drinks were available in the all-inclusive package. We ordered some from the bar by reception on our first night and immediately regretted it as soon as I saw my cocktail come out of a touchscreen cocktail dispenser?! It was awful, as was my partners beer, which was the only one available. And what’s worse, we sat and watched others pay for their drinks and get a professionally made drink that was fresh and actually looked presentable. This was incredibly disappointing and just felt like a complete waste of money. Nonetheless, the food was wonderful and there was a selection of different items each day, so we definitely made sure to make the most of that. The drinks however were incredibly watered down, in particular the wines and the fruit juices. The staff were also very friendly and polite, however it does feel as though they give locals and Spanish-speaking guests more attention. Overall wouldn’t return, just really not worth the price you pay. If you were to come, ensure you rent a car as there is nothing to do in the area, apart from the hotel being in front of the black sand beach.

I am giving my stay 5 stars overall, however, it needs to be done with a big BUT for the start. If you get one of the rooms directly neighboring the reception (I believe it’s around the 201-207 range), make sure you get your room changed. For the first three nights, we stayed in 202 and could barely use the room when the hotel club was open as it was under it. It fortunately closed at midnight, but then people would pass around the room from 6am, so we just didn’t get good sleep - honestly, these rooms should not exist and there should be other facilities in that place. The hotel was full, though, so we could only get it changed after 3 nights (and the first change was to a room where AC didn’t work, so we had to change again, but this was solved quickly). In here, I’d like to highlight the work of Nuria and Naomi, who finally helped us get a good room and made the second part of our stay much more enjoyable! Overall, I’d recommend you choose a sea view room over a junior suite as we did. With that out of the way, pretty much everything else was great. The room besides the initial noise issue was spacious and meticulously cleaned by Ramona, absolutely no complaints on that side (though again - I believe there is more light in the sea view rooms and would choose it next time). The food surprised me - of course, it’s an all inclusive buffet, so you can’t expect fine dining, but compared to other all inclusive experiences, I did see focus on quality over quantity, where perhaps the selection was not as huge, but it was sufficient and there were always varied choices and different themes every day (and they actually had original meals, not just the same with different spices as other hotels do). Only strange choice for me was the afternoon snack - there were only burgers, hot dogs and toasted sandwiches, where I feel like a selection of bread and cold cuts would be more suitable and wouldn’t require a chef to constantly prepare more food. In terms of drinks, the selection is very standard. A few sodas, acceptable beer and wine, the cocktails are a low point, though, as they are made automatically by a machine and feel like they are 90% sugar, so if you’re big on cocktails, this may be an issue for you. The overall facilities are also good, I liked the gym and there’s enough loungers that we didn’t struggle to find space. There are no loungers on the beach, but that seems to be standard for Fuerteventura. One very pleasant surprise for us was the animation program - there is something happening all day and we tried a variety of activities, from yoga, pilates and aqua gym through archery and bingo to the evening performances or quiz in the club. Shout out to Weronika and Tim for excellent facilitation and keeping us busy all vacation! When it comes to the surroundings, there truly isn’t much, but there’s a good supermarket and a few souvenir stores, as well as a restaurant or two if you want to switch things up. The promenade at the beach is kept clean and excellent for a little morning jog. We also found it easy to take a small hike to La Lajita nearby and the views were stunning, so you can still explore around. I think the location is excellent if your expectation is right, which is for more of a chill vacation rather than a lively city. All in all, I believe that the hotel hits a great price/performance ratio and I would gladly come back. The only issue was the initial room, but it was eventually resolved, though I would repeat that I believe those rooms should not be offered or should be offered with a disclaimer and a discount.

Great calm, relaxing no kids hotel. Amazing food! A lot of 🍤 seafood. Very clean and delicious sangria. Just the beach is not very nice but the water is cold anyways :) Heated pool, not enough sunbeds I would say for summer, but we visited in winter and it was fine.

The hotel is really nice! I loved our room! It was well cleaned and not too old. The food was great! Every evening there was a theme (italian night, Spanish Night, Canarian, etc) The animation was great! Manuel, Tim and Wictoria are really so so sweet. The pool safeguard too (Gaetano). I suggest the hotel!
