It's a lovely place. Staff are great and the animation team sports are fun. Not sure what others have said about a small drink collection, seemed solid to me and similar to other places. Though don't do what I did and spend the day drinking San Franciscos thinking you're a champ who can handle his drinks. it's non alcoholic 🤦🏻‍♂️ it's a sluhsi. That's on me! The food is awesome. So much choice. Perfect buffet. The room was stunning. The room service on point. Location is a little more out in the sticks but it's exactly what I wanted. An escape in luxury. Found that here. Many thanks. Great job owners, managers and who ever made such a lush place possible

This hotel looks nothing like the artistic videos online. On first glance the hotel appears quite modern but it’s not. The reception staff we found to be quite rude when asked about the room air conditioning or the room Key cards that wipe themselves when put next to your phone in your pocket! The food was really good and the service in the food hall was second to none which made the holiday. The local beach is lovely but the promenade looks like a battlefield as parts of the promenade have been washed away so lots of barriers and yellow tape around. The spa was very nice however same as the hotel very old and worn, quite expensive for 90 mins at £25.

Arrived here yesterday evening. First the positive points. Food and drink seem fine so far, nice salads and fruit. Room quite good, bed very firm but OK. Lovely seafront location and beach without the crowds. I do have some negative points however. Firstly, on arrival checking in, I gave name and passport. However staff wanted printed copy of booking also, although I booked package. I said I do not have printer, showed email confirmation which was somewhat reluctantly accepted eventually. Pillows very hard like concrete but this was quickly resolved with new one. One last thing, even in a quiet resort there is still music thumping out late at night which can be heard in rooms, would appreciate a more peaceful atmosphere.

We stayed here for 5 nights as part of a package holiday. Overall the place has everything you need given that it’s all inclusive. The pool area is nice although you need to be quick in the morning to reserve a lounger before they’re gone. The food is a bit of a hit and miss. There’s plenty of variety and you’ll certainly find something to eat but a lot of it was terribly overcooked, especially pasta and lasagna and often not seasoned enough. The chefs have yet to discover salt and spices. One evening they offered sushi which was completely inedible. Occasionally there was a dish or two which was genuinely good but that was more the exception. The drinks included in the all inclusive package were quite limited. Basic cocktails like Aperol Spritz cost extra. For lunch and dinner you only get beer, wine and a small selection of soft drinks. Coffee tasted more like dirty water. Further, the food at the buffet isn’t labelled so it’s all a bit of a guessing game which is fun if you have allergies or intolerances. The hotel is super isolated although right by a beach. I’d definitely recommend getting a car to explore nearby towns which are much more lively. The beach is nice but there are no loungers. The hotel could really make this beach more appealing to visitors. The nicest staff were the ones clearing the plates during meals. They were super attentive and the aqua fitness guy was really fun. Reception staff wasn’t overly friendly and slightly condescending at times with limited English skills. They had me run through the hotel for 15 min to get new beach towels and stared at me in annoyance when I didn’t have 1€ to “pay” for a new beach towel. Unfortunately I don’t carry spare change in a foreign currency around with me, especially since this wasn’t explained to me upon check in and I had never encountered such a nonsense policy in 20+ years of travelling across the world. Since it was a short holiday, I’m not looking back in regret but wouldn’t recommend it either.

Cons: Food: We stayed for 7 days with all-inclusive. First night (2/8) was terrible because we arrived late—the buffet was basically empty, cold, and bad. It got better the next days, but Also A/C is not working properly, in whole hotel there is warm as hell. In the rooms there is weird feeling of dampness BIG warning: we got raw chicken a few times! Also, a lot of the food was really bland and needed salt/seasoning. Drinks: The all-inclusive drink selection was a letdown. In a 4-star hotel, you really shouldn't have to pay extra for normal drinks on top of what you already paid. Beach & Area: The beach right by the hotel is pretty ugly, full of rocks and trash, and the hotel doesn't clean it. Definitely rent a car and go somewhere else. Also, the neighborhood feels a bit sketchy with a ruined, abandoned hotel right next door. Rooms: We had room 140 and the maintenance was pretty bad. The shower was broken and leaked water into the bedroom, and the tub wasn't cleaned properly. They literally just painted over the mold instead of fixing it. Plus, the beds are on wheels (feels like a hospital bed lol) and you only get one small pillow unless you ask reception for more. Mosquitoes: Tons of mosquitoes in the room. Local shops don't really sell good repellents, so definitely bring your own from home. Car rental tip: Avis has a desk here, but it's way more expensive than Cicar. If you have to use Avis, book ASAP because they only have a few cars. Pros: Staff: Super friendly and always tried to help us out. Pools: Really nice, clean, and good water temp. Location: Supermarket (Spar) is super close. It's a small village vibes, mostly local people on vacation. Overall: It wasn't a complete nightmare, but this is definitely NOT a 4-star hotel.
