We stayed at this hotel for about a week. Overall, the hotel was good, with a great location. Some of the staff were very nice, and the animation team was excellent. The drinks were good, and the pastries were especially delicious. However, there were a few issues. The food was generally good, except for the chicken, which unfortunately still had feathers on it. The water was very salty, so we couldn’t drink it, even for coffee or tea, and some of the machines also had salty water. Our room had a problem with ants as well. On the last day of our holiday, we found out from another family we met at the hotel that they had been robbed and some of their jewellery was missing. After hearing that, I checked my purse and noticed that £20 was missing from my room. The amount was small, but the feeling that someone could steal from you is very upsetting. We reported this to reception, but the manager was not there. We were told that “there are bad people everywhere,” which in my opinion is not an acceptable response. If you plan to stay at this hotel, I strongly recommend keeping all your valuables in the safe, as the hotel does not seem to take responsibility for such incidents.

What a lovely stay! Yes the rooms are a bit dated...but...rooms have been cleaned regularly, nice large bed, fridge and safe, all available in the room. The location of this hotel is fantastic as bedrooms are facing the beach which is only a stone thow away from you. The food during our stay was outstanding, tasty with a huge variety of different hot and cold dishes. Fresh fruits every day (we stayed in January), sea food, chocolate fountain and lots and lots more. Staff is super friendly throughout the hotel. The only down side of things is that the main language is german (games,Spa, manicure shop etc), so you may feel a little excluded at times. I believe English should be the first language. The staff speaks English.

Great location, however definitely not a 4 star hoyel. The rooms are very outdated. Foor is very repetitive and not the best. We had ants in our room and a cockroach.

Great location, old but nice hotel, beautiful beach and very good food. Fantastic trip on the glass boat Odyssea, atmosphere was fantastic and program as well, and especially the best crew....!!!

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The staff were always friendly and kind, greeting us with warm smiles :) The restaurant was very good, especially the breakfast! Regarding the food, I have one suggestion: it would be great to always have hamburgers and hot dogs available for kids. They’re inexpensive dishes, and children love them! Sometimes there were items left untouched, so swapping them for more kid-friendly options could be a win. Overall, though, the restaurant was enjoyable. The location is fantastic, with charming little gardens and direct access to the beach. The service provided to guests was outstanding! I rated this hotel 4.5 instead of 5 for two main reasons: the limited kid-friendly food options and the fact that the rooms—and the entire building—could use some renovation.
