Spa Review: From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed by Ahlen, who was professional, attentive, and genuinely focused on creating a relaxing experience rather than rushing guests through treatments. The facilities were spotless and thoughtfully maintained, with every detail contributing to a sense of tranquility. My treatment was excellent—one of the most relaxing spa experiences I’ve had in a long time. Wissal and Ikram were wonderful, and I left feeling refreshed and completely relaxed. What stood out most was the overall sense of hospitality. The team made me feel comfortable from start to finish, and the entire experience felt luxurious without being pretentious.

Hotel is very nice, large outdoor pool area with three outside pool. Staff is welcoming and friendly. Spa facilities are great, special thanks to Bahija for relaxing massage. Only downside is loud music coming from Nobu rooftop which makes it difficult to to sleep at night specially with the toddler. Rooms could have better soundproofing.

Ms Raouia manager poolside is the most amazing hospital staff. We were also helped by Mohammed who is extremely efficient and helpful. Further Mr Hisham helped to organise our events and the spa team including lady Guest service manager at spa reception and a Aasma and Ekram were truly amazing

Nice hotel well located in a nice area. Service is impeccable and the rooms are spacious. Breakfast is outstanding with Moroccan, Lebanese specialties. There are many restaurants in the hotel where food is fresh good and healthy and you can enjoy live music at dinner. The SPA is wonderful and ASMA attended me with great kindness, professionalism and efficiency providing me a truly traditional moroccan hamam. Will definitely come back !
