visited the Sofitel and was genuinely impressed by the cocktails. Each drink was beautifully presented and perfectly balanced, with creative flavors that really stood out.. A big thanks to bar crew, Ismail, Raouia,Hind and Nezha for their exceptional service and talent. they made the experience unforgettable with professionalism and warm hospitality. If you’re looking for top-tier cocktails in a refined atmosphere, this is the perfect spot. Highly recommended!

Nice stay. The room was spacious but there were little problem with our shower drain but quickly fixed. Love the pool, all the ambiance and staff were very welcoming. Concierge and reception team were kind. Yahya waiter by the pool were smiley and very attentive. Sending big thanks again to the both ladies at the kids club for taking such a good care of the two boys. They had a great time!

A hammam experience was on the list for this trip and one of the days was a little bit more cloudy so we booked into the hammam experience at the spa. The experience with Asma, she’s honestly so considerate and kind. This was my first experience with hammam and I wasn’t quite sure what to expect but she’s so talented and skilled with her hands and knowledge. She’s so sweet and kind and I felt very comfortable very quickly. There was a ten min steam before the black soap which was then rinsed off and then I was scrubbed. SCRUBBED. Not in a painful way but things came off my body that have probably been there since 2008. I originally thought not much would come off because I use shower gloves daily but Asma turned me into a newborn baby. The mask left my skin nourished and supple while I felt renewed after walking so much the last few days. I would happily come again and again but I actually want to see even more dead skin come off. Definitely has to be done. Definitely doing it again!

This lovely hotel exceeded my expectations in many ways but let itself down with its administrative procedures. I booked a three-night suite at around £1500 for November 2025 directly with Sofitel. Upon arrival, my booking card was charged for the full amount. I was then asked for my physical Amex card, which I didn’t have. No problem, I had other cards so I paid the full amount again using one of them. The reception staff promised twice that the first payment would be refunded in two or three days from my arrival. When I checked back home (after allowing a further 10 days to process), there was no refund. I complained to Amex and they eventually refunded the first payment. However, I’m still slightly out of pocket because the refund was less than the amount I paid with the second card. This whole ordeal was a huge hassle and I had to sort it out myself at my own expense. Sofitel didn’t offer an apology.

An elegant and well maintained property. The atmosphere is calm, the lines are clean, and the pool area provides a clear break from the city. Staff is courteous and professional. The stay met our expectations, comfort, quiet, and a sense of moroccan prestige: refined and welcoming. I got a traditional white shirt from the hotel boutique, aligned with the place’s character.
