Had the most relaxing couple massage at the Sofitel Spa!! Thank you Khadija and Hiba for your warm hospitality and care 😊 They were so kind and made the experience extra special, was really amazing. The facilities are very nice with such a calm atmosphere. We also enjoyed a moment in the indoor pool afterwards with some tea. After a full day of walking around Marrakech, it was the perfect reset we needed. can really recommended it!!

Overall a great stay at the Sofitel Hotel in Marrakech. The location is very convenient to all the sites and 15 minutes from the airport. We arrived at the hotel early around 12pm, our room wasn’t ready which is fine but they gave us a courtesy room to use in the meantime which was great, this was the same case when we checked out as our flight was at 9pm. Service is good but is lacking a little as it can take some time when you order things like ice or at the restaurants. Not all staff speak great English so make sure they fully understand what you need. The rooms themselves are clean, modern and maintained appropriately, cleaning takes place on a daily basis which is expected from a 5* resort. I recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Marrakech. Thanks to these 2 bell boys who were very helpful and efficient in taking our luggage and getting a taxi.

Spa Review: From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed by Ahlen, who was professional, attentive, and genuinely focused on creating a relaxing experience rather than rushing guests through treatments. The facilities were spotless and thoughtfully maintained, with every detail contributing to a sense of tranquility. My treatment was excellent—one of the most relaxing spa experiences I’ve had in a long time. Wissal and Ikram were wonderful, and I left feeling refreshed and completely relaxed. What stood out most was the overall sense of hospitality. The team made me feel comfortable from start to finish, and the entire experience felt luxurious without being pretentious.

A very nice hotel, With experienced staff always smiling, always asking if I needed anything they make you feel Home away from home. Many staff around but one person who caught my eye was this young lady named nassera at the Palais darkum, very professional, charming, respectful and always ready to serve you, also ayoub and Ousama and the bar staff Saber and Kamal.

She provided an outstanding level of service and ensured that everything ran smoothly throughout the event. Her dedication and professionalism truly made a difference and contributed greatly to our positive experience. I would highly recommend this hotel and would be delighted to stay here again in the future.
