Mohamad, the bar supervisor, truly made our experience exceptional. From the moment we arrived, he was incredibly welcoming, helpful, and attentive. He took the time to give us a full tour, explaining everything with confidence and deep knowledge. What really stood out was his passion for his work it was clear he genuinely cares about what he does and about the guests he interacts with. His professionalism and warm attitude made a lasting impression, and it was an absolute pleasure meeting him. Highly recommended!

The Oberoi Marrakech is one of the most impressive hotels I've ever stayed in. The property is breathtaking, with magnificent architecture, beautifully landscaped grounds, and a sense of tranquillity from the moment you arrive. The spacious villas and rooms are luxurious, private, and finished to an exceptionally high standard. Service was flawless throughout our stay, with every member of staff going above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The restaurants served excellent food, and the overall attention to detail was remarkable. Although it's located a little outside the city, the peaceful setting more than makes up for it. If you're looking for a truly luxurious and relaxing experience in Marrakech, The Oberoi is hard to beat.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had an absolutely fantastic stay at Riad Nouhal in Marrakech and couldn’t recommend it highly enough! The location is perfect, with easy access to all the major attractions, souks, and restaurants, making it an ideal base for exploring the city. The plunge pool was a real bonus and the perfect place to cool off and relax after a day sightseeing in the Marrakech heat. A special mention goes to Hassan, who truly made our stay exceptional. He was incredibly welcoming, friendly, and always on hand to help with anything we needed. His warm hospitality and excellent service made us feel right at home and really added to our overall experience. If you’re looking for a beautiful, well-located riad with outstanding hospitality, Riad Nouhal is the perfect choice. I've never written a review before I've checked out, but The Oberoi Marrakech has been such an extraordinary experience that I couldn't wait. We've stayed at many luxury hotels around the world, and this is genuinely one of the best. The level of service is unlike anything we've experienced. Every single member of the staff is a 15 out of 10. No detail goes unnoticed, every request is handled immediately, and the kindness, warmth, and genuine care from everyone we've met has made this trip unforgettable. Out of curiosity, my husband and I visited several other five-star hotels in Marrakech while we were here. It only reinforced what we already felt, The Oberoi surpasses them all and is much better value. The property itself is breathtaking. The grounds are impeccably maintained, the landscaping is stunning, and everywhere you look feels peaceful and serene. We had a private villa with our own pool, complete privacy, and some of the best sleep we've had in years because it's so incredibly quiet. Before coming, I read reviews saying the hotel's location was a bit far but I couldn't disagree more. It's only about 25–30 minutes away, and that distance is exactly what makes this place so special. After spending time exploring the city, returning to The Oberoi feels like arriving at a peaceful oasis. The food has also been exceptional, every meal has been beautifully prepared and consistently delicious. The breakfast was fantastic as well! A special thank you to Rachid, whose leadership is clearly reflected throughout the entire property. The culture of excellence and genuine hospitality is evident in every interaction. We haven't even checked out yet, and we're already talking about when we'll come back! If you're looking for the finest luxury hotel in Marrakech, this is it.

Our stay at the Oberoi Marrakech was amazing! It is an oasis of tranquility away from the excitement of the medina and souks. The hotel is absolutely stunning and so are the gardens surrounding it. The service was great. The general manager, Rohan, was extremely gracious and ensures he is attending to all guests. We would definitely return!
