Abida
From the moment I arrived in Marrakech, The Oberoi and its incredible team made me feel completely cared for. Despite my flight being cancelled in Casablanca and having to take the train, the hotel seamlessly adjusted my pickup location without any hassle. The staff’s warmth and attentiveness throughout my stay were extraordinary—especially the way they took extra care of my mother, anticipating our needs almost as if they could read minds. Each morning began with a breathtaking breakfast overlooking the estate, which truly felt like a slice of heaven. From the concierge who expertly guided me through local attractions and arranged memorable events, to the spa that offered pure relaxation, every detail was handled with perfection. Even the entry staff and security guards greeted us with respect and genuine hospitality. The Oberoi Marrakech is not just a hotel—it’s an experience of unmatched service and serenity, and I cannot wait to return.

Our stay at The Oberoi, Marrakech was exceptional. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to cater to our every whim — warm, attentive, and genuinely kind. The hotel made my daughter’s birthday truly magical — they decorated our room beautifully and even baked her a special cake. It was such a thoughtful touch. Breakfast was a daily highlight: an incredible spread of fresh produce, delicious baked goods, and so many choices that it was impossible to try everything. We also loved the gym classes, which were well run with great variety — a lovely way to start the day. The private pools are another standout feature, offering privacy and relaxation, especially ideal for families with young children. The hotel’s resident donkeys were an unexpected delight — we visited them every morning after breakfast, and it quickly became my daughter’s favourite part of the day. Beyond that, the facilities are outstanding, from the beautifully maintained tennis courts to the padel court and fitness facilities, everything is designed to the highest standard. In every respect, The Oberoi Marrakech exceeded our expectations. It’s rare to find a hotel that combines luxury, warmth, and genuine hospitality so effortlessly. We can’t wait to return.

A Truly Unforgettable Stay at The Oberoi, Marrakech From the very moment of arrival, our experience at The Oberoi, Marrakech, was exceptional. We were immediately pleased by the genuine warmth and Moroccan hospitality. Every corner of the resort is a testament to the region's rich architectural heritage, seamlessly blending traditional Moroccan artistry with modern luxury. The resort's grounds are simply breathtaking. The expansive gardens and tranquil water bodies create a palpable sense of peace, making the entire property feel like a private oasis just minutes from the bustle of Marrakesh. We reserved a Deluxe Villa and were thoroughly impressed. It was incredibly spacious and featured its own private, stunning garden and pool—perfect for relaxation. The only minor note we had was that the furniture, while elegant, felt as though it required a slight upgrade to match the villa's overall magnificence. The service, however, was flawless and truly stood out. Room service was fast and efficient. Being able to contact the concierge instantly through WhatsApp was a game-changer; they were consistently fast, responsive, and incredibly helpful. This was best demonstrated when they managed to secure a spot for us at a very busy, popular restaurant in the city. Beyond concierge assistance, the hotel offers excellent practical amenities, including a great private car transportation service and even an ATM on-site, ensuring we had everything needed for a seamless stay. They prioritize guest comfort, offering many amenities tailored to provide a great rest. Without a doubt, staying at The Oberoi was the best part of our trip to Marrakesh, and I wholeheartedly recommend this resort. A massive thank you to the entire team for their dedication and service, and especially to Mr. Mamdouh for his outstanding leadership. Our experience was five-star, and we look forward to returning.

This is the first review I’ve ever written, and The Oberoi, Marrakech didn’t even ask for one, I just felt compelled because the amount of effort they put into making this place PERFECT truly amazed me. From the moment we arrived, we felt EXTRA EXTRA welcomed and completely at ease, with staff constantly going out of their way to make us happy, even though the hotel doesn’t encourage individual tipping, everyone was still genuinely eager to help. They offered more than once a day to clean our room. The architectural design is stunning, blending luxury with traditional Moroccan elegance in the most beautiful way, the outdoor spaces were beautiful and spacious to walk around, and the view of the mountains from the restaurant was absolutely epic. We enjoyed incredible meals made with freshly harvested ingredients, left with full stomachs and full hearts, and even agreed that their indoor pool is the best we’ve ever experienced. The warmth of the team showed right until the end as they waved us off until our car was out of sight, and Insaf was an amazing guide of the hotel who made everything even more special. Truly the best hotel in Morocco!!!we couldn’t have asked for a more perfect stay. .

The Oberoi Marrakesh lives up to the Oberoi promise and then some. The service is outstanding, the property is magnificent with its over 3,000 olive trees and its impeccably appointed rooms. We stayed in a room with a pool. Didn’t really use the room pool as the main pool was the perfect area to relax and enjoy great service from the pool restaurant. Evening dining options are limited to a high end Indian restaurant with mostly spicy options and a second restaurant offering a selection of different nationality foods. The spa and its staff are a treat. Don’t miss out on the traditional hammam experience or their relaxing massages. The therapists are all wonderful and highly qualified. The entire staff of the property are wonderful, it began with excellent reservations support from Halima to a warm welcome by Mamdouh, the manager who is as kind as he is professional. Samir and his colleagues at the Concierge were most helpful in booking restaurants and city tours. Mohamad with his endearing smile and excellent manners kindly whisked us around in his electric car given the distances within the property. This is a great place to spend a few relaxing days in Marrakesh but be mindful of the distance from the city center and the additional costs for moving around.
