We are currently staying at the Grand Palladium Colonial Resort & Spa in Riviera Maya, and the experience has been outstanding. From the beautiful grounds to the incredible food, every part of our vacation has exceeded expectations. The restaurants have been consistently excellent, with a great variety of options and high-quality meals throughout our stay. Whether it was breakfast, lunch, or dinner, we always found something delicious and well prepared. What has truly made this trip special, however, is the hospitality. Every employee has been warm, welcoming, and eager to help. We would especially like to recognize Jacqueline and Alejandro, who provided exceptional service and made us feel genuinely valued as guests. Their friendliness, professionalism, and attention to detail are a perfect example of the level of service we’ve experienced throughout the resort. As a family, we’ve traveled to many resorts, and this has been one of our favorite experiences. The combination of excellent food, beautiful facilities, and world-class hospitality has made this a memorable vacation. Thank you to Jacqueline and Alejandro and the entire Grand Palladium team for making our stay so enjoyable. We are leaving extremely satisfied and are already looking forward to returning in the future. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a relaxing, family-friendly vacation in Riviera Maya.

I went here in April 2025 for a wedding and couldn't be happier to have stayed at this hotel! I only spent four days there but they offered so much included with the all inclusive package. I enjoyed fitness class both in and out of the pool, a dance night with local djs and tons of pools near the beach to relax. On hotel grounds they coatis, iguanas, Mexican agoutia and local cat that loves attention. Unfortunately, due to weather I was unable to do any scuba diving or other water activities. I would love to come back again to experience more that cancun has to offer. It's a perfect place to stay with your family or couples vacation. Truly an amazing experience!

Our family would like to give a special recommendation for the top notch service and Michelin-star worthy food at La Adelita Mexican restaurant at the Colonial. Our waiter Juan was extremely hospitable and professional and made fresh guacamole (best we’ve tasted!) right in front of us. Our chef even came out to see how we enjoyed the food, which we could sincerely say was amazing, from mouth watering tacos to fun and delicious desserts: a creme brulee type delicacy in mini cast iron pans, doughnut like pastries served in a fun bicycle like display, and a delicious light soursop sorbet over cinnamon bread! Everything was done elegantly and excellently and above all we felt the warmth, camaraderie and hospitality from all who served us this evening. Muchas gracias!

Me and my partner had a wonderful experience at El Dorado. The service was outstanding from start to finish. Everyone was so polite, helpful, and genuinely welcoming. They were also incredibly accommodating to our dietary needs, which we really appreciated and made the whole experience even more enjoyable. A special thank you to our waiter, Jose Ake, who was absolutely amazing. He was attentive, friendly, and made sure everything was perfect for us throughout the meal. The food was delicious and looked as good as it tasted. We would definitely recommend this restaurant and look forward to coming back again.

Writing a review for La Adelita restaurant and it was the last dinner we had before we had to leave and it was our favorite and the best dinner we’ve had! The food was amazing but our server Juan was the best one we’ve had throughout all of our meals this whole week he was quick, attentive and friendly! He made this experience a 5/5 can’t recommend him and this restaurant enough.
