Highly recommended! Great location and the staff were always helpful and friendly. We stayed in a kingsize deluxe room but it was quite small. However, the quality of the bathroom, bed and bedding was very good and we slept very well. The breakfast could not be faulted at all. Excellent quality and an amazing choice - could not think of anything they had forgotten. The breakfast area could get very busy and noisy but we didn't have a problem being seated.

Hotel was great. Very comfortable beds and great breakfast options. You do need to get down early to avoid queues but there are signs letting you know the best times. It's also in an optimal location being a block over from Times Square, very near a lot of Broadway shows and right on restaurant row. Staff were great - our flight home was cancelled due to the recent winter storm & reception were able to sort out an extra night pretty quickly. Some minor quibbles are that there are frequent queues for the lifts & check-in can be slow but it is a very busy hotel. Also the curtains in the room didn't block the light & street noise isn't blocked out (7th floor) so if you're a light sleeper, might be worth knowing. We would definitely stay here again.

5* Hotel for us, Everything was just perfect from the location 1 block from times square, the service and the food made a very enjoyable first visit to New York for us. Extra nice for my partner who recieved chocolates and a little card on his birthday, he was very happy. For people saying about Breakfast being a little busy yes it can be but you are informed at check in and its displayed in the lifts about the busy times and for a big hotel its to be expected, we never had an issue or wait when we went down and we went at different times, the food was always hot and replenished quickly, I found it a bonus having the option of breakfast as it started us up for the day and sometimes we didnt need lunch which saved us money. Only little niggle for me personally would have been a higher room as we were only on 3rd floor so couldn't really see much, would have been lovely to have the view. But overall perfect base to subway, and main sites and excellent service/food.

Amazing location - literally just around the corner from times square! I had emailed before we arrived to request a room higher up and responses were prompt, friendly and accomadating! When we arrived, we were indeed given a room on level 20 with an amazing view of The Edge and a complimentary bottle of fizz to celebrate our wedding anniversary which was such a lovely gesture! Also, One of the bellboys was passing us as we got out of the taxi on arrival and offered to carry our things up the road and arranged for them to be taken to our room before we even checked in! Our room was great with a very comfy bed and perfect for our stay. Breakfast was great - very busy but a great choice and just enough for a quick breakfast to set you up for a long, busy day. From speaking to others, this us quite rare for a hotel to include a breakfast so a perfect find! Bar and cafe prices were very reasonable considering it was a hotel in times square. Staff were always professional and friendly especially the door staff. Overall, I cannot recommend this hotel enough - we had a great time and would definitely stay here again. It wasnt the height of luxury - but we didnt need it to be, nor had we paid a luxury price so we were completely satisfied and felt very safe in a very busy city.

First time at this Hotel and everything was good. Location is perfect with metro station close, a block away from Times Square and all you need close by. Just one night (because we attended Ricardo Arjona concert at Madison Square Garden) and pre celebration of San Valentine’s Day. The room has a great size, comfortable and you have all you need. Mini fridge, safety box, shower, internet speed is good. Breakfast was great with a lot of varios hot and cold food. Front desk staff was kind and the staff taking care of the bags after check out were also nice. Big lobby with bar and grab to go area. It’s no cheap (New York prices) but the location and quality is well deserved. Definitely recommend this hotel if you are going to New York. The only downside was at the morning during 10:00-10:30 am that all the people is checking out elevators get congested but this hotel has 5 so moves really fast with all guest. Also the breakfast has peek hours during 09:30-10:30 am but they accommodate really fast at the tables.
