⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Absolutely outstanding – probably the best hotel I’ve ever stayed in
Atrium Platinum in Rhodes is quite simply exceptional. And having travelled reasonably well, that’s saying something. The standout highlights were the food, drinks, and service, but there were so many other touches that made this stay special.
The rooms were spacious, immaculate, beautifully finished, with a lovely view, excellent quality throughout, and a minibar that was restocked daily as part of the all-inclusive. Ordering drinks via the app was incredibly convenient and worked brilliantly.
The all-inclusive represents excellent value once you experience the food quality — this is a hotel that truly takes dining seriously.

The spa on site was excellent, and the location is ideal — right by the sea, an easy promenade walk into a nearby small town, and a very enjoyable longer walk (around 45 minutes) into Rhodes Town itself.
A small downside: the pool was very cold, though this may be intentional due to the intense summer heat (we stayed in October 2025).
Finally, the staff truly elevate this hotel. Special thanks to Julien, Christos, Savvas, and the wonderful room cleaning team — warm, professional, and genuinely lovely people.

one of the most beautiful, amazing, and cleanest hotels I’ve ever stayed at in my life. The hotel is beautiful and extremely clean! The staff were absolutely wonderful in every way — from their hospitality and the warm welcome to the way they spoke to us as guests, always with a smile. They were extremely generous and kind. The rooms were always kept spotless, and the dining area always had delicious meals. The whole place is incredibly well-maintained — you never see any dust or food on the floor.
The pool is very large, and there’s always a place to sit near it. If you want to order food or drinks by the pool, the service is fast and efficient. The location is excellent, with a stunning sea view both in the morning and at night.
If you're looking for a relaxing and peaceful getaway in Rhodes, I highly, highly recommend this hotel!

This is a nice clean hotel with friendly, helpful staff.
The location is nice, with plenty of nice restaurants within walking distance. It's also an easy 50 min walk to the old town along a coastal path.
We went bed and breakfast and I'd recommend that as the quality of the nearby restaurants was good, with reasonable prices. Breakfast was nice in the hotel. The only negative would be that they seemed a little short on staff at times as you weren't getting coffee without having to ask.
We visited in October and some of the loungers at the pool struggle to get the sun all day, but there were no issues getting loungers.
The beach is nearby but didnt have a dedicated hotel area like some places.
Overall, perfectly fine hotel.

Amazing "Kosher-Friendly" Experience – Highly Recommended!
We stayed at the Mitsis Selection Alila this past May, and it was truly a perfect vacation from start to finish. If you are looking for a hotel that genuinely cares about its guests' specific needs, look no further.
Outstanding Service & Kosher Accommodations
What stood out the most was how incredibly "Kosher Friendly" they were. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to assist us with every request.
A special mention must go to the Food & Beverage Manager From our very first day, she made sure we had everything we needed and lacked for nothing. She even went as far as giving us her personal phone number to ensure we could reach out if we had any questions or specific requirements. Her kindness and dedication made a world of difference to our stay.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Mitsis Alila as a family with two kids! From the moment we arrived, everything was perfect. The hotel is stunning, spotless, and full of great activities that kept both adults and children happy.
The kids loved the pools, the slide, and the entertainment, while we enjoyed the relaxing atmosphere and fantastic food choices. There is something delicious for everyone, and the variety is truly impressive.
What really made our holiday special was the staff. Every single member of the team was friendly, caring, and always ready to help. They treated our children with so much kindness, which meant a lot to us.

My wife and I stayed at the Mitsis Alila hotel for 6 days last week for a relaxing vacation by ourselves.
The hotel surpassed our expectations.
The Alila is a luxurious 5 star all inclusive hotel. There are so many options for food. In addition to the main dining room there are a number of unique restaurants. Greek , Asiatic, Italian, Brunch, Wok, Tex Mex, Pita ,Food truck on the beach etc. The food was very tasty and there were an abundance of different possibilities to try. A favourite is the Creperie which offered amazing desserts throughout most of the day. The different bars throughout the hotel also offered top notch brand name alcoholic drinks.
The service from all the staff is outstanding and responded quickly and positively to any request.
We had booked a room with a view of the beach, but upon arriving received an upgrade to a room with a private swimming pool.
The room was well designed but did show some signs of ageing.
There also was a shortage of USB and USB-C outlets in the room which really should be rectified .
The public pools were great including a heated adult only one.
All the public areas, the lobby, the sun decks, the grounds and the hallways were continously being cleaned.
In summary the Alila is probably the best hotel in the whole of Rhodes
We are definitely going to return next year.

The last week of September 2025 we spent here, and it was an excellent experience! First of all, the staff were all friendly and helpful, with some being such a joy to be around that I was just hoping to see them again. Any time there was a question or a problem, it was solved quickly and proactively. You get your money's worth and then some, I'd say.
I'm glad we went for the room with a sea view because we caught the sun rising up from the sea every morning. And it was nice not having people pass by all the time, but for families with kids it might be good to have the additional grassy space on the "garden" level.
The beach is very close, it probably took us 5 minutes or less to get from the room to the beach. I was very happy about the pools having salt water as well. It would be nice if the pools were open a little longer in the evening, there were definitely times we would have loved a swim before dinner, but the pool was already closed for cleaning.
Food at the general buffet was nothing to write home about although you can definitely find some good stuff if you have an eye for it ;) (and delicious wine and beer) There are also a la carte restaurants and snack bars, I'd say it's impossible to go hungry for even a minute, the bigger challenge is to manage to try everything available. There is no shortage of cocktails either.
For those who don't feel like renting a car or booking tours - there is not that much to see walking-distance from the hotel, just a bunch of souvenir shops. But it's very easy to get to Lindos, there is a bus stop just outside the hotel. You can also take a bus to Rodos, that ride is significantly longer though. Still, the bus is comfortable and you can get a full day in the city if you don't need to sleep in too much. Speedboat to/from Rodos? It can become a dumpy ride, proceed with caution :D
We really enjoyed our stay and would gladly come back again (...if the world weren't so big, with so many other places to see).

My husband and I just left and were very pleased with our stay. I am giving the resort 4 stars instead of 5 because, as many others have said, some things need to be updated. Regardless, it was a lovely vacation!
Pros: All inclusive means ALL INCLUSIVE! My husband and I ate at the A la carte restaurants on 4 occasions, drank plenty of cocktails and coffee drinks (the iced frappe and Freddo Cappuccinos are amazing!), had plenty of snacks, used the mini bar…and we didn’t have any additional charges. The drinks at the main bar are truly delicious and the beach bar had quick service and decent drinks! Speaking of service, the staff was incredibly friendly. The staff at the bars, restaurants, and front desk were extremely helpful and would remember you from past encounters. For what we paid, this resort had amazing value!
Cons: As previously stated, some things need to be updated such as the rooms and beach chairs. The room was comfortable, but the walls were a bit thin and we had to carry a physical key with us. Not a big deal, but something to note.
Overall, we had a great time and would recommend!

I have been in this hotel for the few times, last vacation was 12/9 - 22/9. The rooms are older but nice and clean. The food is amazing. The hotel has amazing staff, my kids loved it because they were so kind to us. Special thanks to Dorjan in the main restaurant who was very polite and hardworking. The beach bar made the best cocktails and the staff were amazing and smiling, even though it was hot and they had a lot of guests. Our kids still remember them, especially Thomas and Sakhs and the others. The pizza on the beach is luxurious and the staff is amazing (George and his colleague). Thank you to Athina Daramara who is always very helpful. In conclusion, I want to say that the hotel needs renovation in some places (beach loungers, umbrellas and pool area), which is already planned, but the staff, beach, sea and food will make up for everything. The only possible negative I see is the distance from the airport. I love this place and will come back again.

Lovely resort and we had a great holiday. I would say the hotel is more of 4* and would benefit from some updating but generally a good hotel.
Pros: lovely staff, some great entertainment with magic show/superheroes/comedy shows. Amazing pizza and crepe places.
Cons: kids playground would benefit from a few more equipments, heated indoor pool would be great, food in the restaurants could do with more flavour.

Mitsis Rodos Maris on Rhodes is simply wonderful. The hotel may be a little older, but the warmth and kindness of the people make it truly special.
We first came here in July 2023 when we had to be evacuated because of the fires. Everyone took amazing care of us and treated us like family. That touched us deeply, so we came back again in October and have been returning ever since.
Special thanks to Despina, Ela and Babis at the Gelateria, Maria at the Kafeneo and Elizabeth at the Main Bar. You all make this place unforgettable.
The food is always delicious, the themed restaurants are great and the Greek Restaurant brunch is our highlight. There are always free sunbeds by the pool and beach, even if they could be a bit more comfortable.
We love this place and the people who make it so special. It truly feels like coming home every time we return. 💙

I have just returned from 4 nights at this lovely hotel. Stayed as part of a trip to celebrate my friend's 50th birthday. This being our first trip away (without partners/kids) to celebrate I really wanted it to be a trip to remember. I had contacted customer services to see if they could help to make it special and got an immediate response from Christian. He was professional and very helpful (with all of my questions) and as such, when we arrived my friend had a birthday cake waiting in the room, along with some other nice little touches. The front desk staff made us feel very welcome on our arrival. All of the staff at the hotel were friendly, polite and very helpful. We only ate breakfast at the hotel but there was a great variety of food catering to all. The orange juice was delicious!
There is a supermarket just across the road which was very handy. We also ate dinner one night at the Ostria restaurant which was a short walk away. The staff there gave us a buggy ride back to the hotel! Travel to Lindos and Rhodes was super easy using the local buses and taxis.
I would definitely recommend this hotel and would look into staying again.

The best of the best! My wife and I have been fortunate enough to stay at several really nice hotels over the years and Atrium Palace stands out above the rest. We went for our honeymoon based on a recommendation from my wife's parents and took our toddler daughter with us. Every element during our stay was impressive and impeccable from the moment we arrived to the very end. The hotel itself is beautiful, the attention to detail that has gone into the scenery, amenities and layout is exceptional and the service and staff were extraordinary.
The attentiveness of the staff, from the people welcoming new guests, extremely helpful receptionists, welcoming managers and caring team of caterers at meal times are second to none.
The food was plentiful with a huge array of delicious dishes and drinks, all of the finest quality. The pools, of which there are several, are immaculate and inviting -they vary in depth and accessibility so there's one for all ages, which made it easy for us to encourage our 2.5 year old daughter to forget her fears and learn to swim - we couldn't keep her out of the water by day four. The beach is pebbled rather than sand, was beautiful and well maintained with crystal clear waters that our daughter also enjoyed come the end of our trip.
Extra special mentions and thanks to Mariana who served us and surrounding Villa guests exceptionally for breakfast each morning, and Lucas the beach hut extraordinaire who seemed to have any item you could ever need at the beach - both of them went the extra mile to make the experience extra special and memorable for both me and my wife, but especially our daughter. For this we are truly so grateful.
A truly unforgettable trip that made us never want to leave. A taste of pure luxury at a reasonable price, extremely good value, worthy of a 6 star rating if I could. The location is also fantastic being very close to Lindos and several other lovely beaches, and within short walking distance to other tavernas for those who like variety.

We went here for our honeymoon and absolutely loved it! Everything was immaculate and the staff were so friendly! We alternated between days at the pool, where there were always beds available, and day trips out which we booked through the concierge service. The bar and evening entertainment were always well worth going to, and we'd like to thank Maria, Beatrice and Antonis at the bar in particular for their very kind hospitality! We ate at the hotel restaurants each night - our favourites were Asterias and Zheng, where again we'd like to thank Stratos all the lovely staff there in particular. 100% recommend and I'm sure we'll be back soon!

We are a family of four and stayed at the Atrium Palace for one week in August 2025, booking two sea-view rooms. The hotel is beautifully situated above an excellent pebble beach.
The facilities were impeccably clean, and our rooms were spacious and well-equipped with all expected amenities. The standout feature of our stay was the hotel staff. Despite the hotel being fully booked, they remained consistently friendly and efficient, often going above and beyond to accommodate our requests.
The food was delicious, and the entertainment was of high quality. We highly recommend the Premium All-Inclusive option, which gave us the flexibility to dine at various restaurants and even at other hotels within the same dining arrangement.
We wholeheartedly recommend this hotel. A special thank you to Savvas, the PR Manager, and to all the staff—from the beach team to the reception—for making our stay so enjoyable.

Amazing hotel right in front of the beach. Our room was a sea view.
Food was good with great choice in the buffet but it was hard to book the other restaurants for the included experiences since they were often fully book several days in advance.
This is great for families. Has great facilities for kids and entertainment all day and night.
The staff is super friendly and kind and it does have a great selection of cocktails done with quality drinks that we enjoyed every evening ( included in the all inclusive experience)
Its a 15 min drive to town if you want to check the city and the b each area is lovely.
We will be coming back next season for sure.

We stayed 11 days at Helea Beach Lifestyle Resort and had such a great time! The resort is beautiful, very clean and has plenty of pools as well as a private beach. Everything feels stylish and relaxing.
The all-inclusive food and drinks were really good! So much variety that we never got bored. Some days stood out more than others, but it was always tasty. The à la carte restaurants were also worth a visit, and we loved the free cocktails, especially inside at the bar.
A special shout-out to Katarina from the restaurant. She welcomed us with a big smile every day and gave us wonderful tips about the island. She made our holiday feel extra special.
We would definitely recommend this resort and can easily see ourselves coming back in the future!

Good distance from the airport (15 minutes by taxi), plenty of space poolside and on the private beach. Food was brilliant, lots of variety and opportunity to try Greek dishes at the buffet and at the 4 on-site restaurants. Staff around mealtimes are not always the most attentive but always friendly and happy to help. Rooms were spacious and beautifully modern, with 2 TVs in our suite and the ability to cast to them. Also brilliant WiFi connectivity throughout the resort. Even on the beach 😄

We arrived a day late because we missed our flight, but when we arrived the next day we were told we had been upgraded to the adults only sister hotel, we were told the room would be the same as we booked, but it wasn’t. We had a look at a few different rooms but they were not the same… we did eventually get the room we booked (junior suit with a swim up pool and sea view) not sure why we weren’t placed there from the start as the exact same room next door was empty. We did appreciate this but could have done without the hassle.
The room was amazing and so was the view, a lot more private. The decor was very modern and chic, The room was well equipped with dressing gowns, slippers, shampoo, conditioner and a complimentary bag! We got room service which was incredible and the mini bar/room service was included in the all inclusive package, the staff were amazing and we can’t fault them, attentive at all times and very professional.
The food in the adults only was great and was so relaxing and calm.
The pool areas were clean but the water was a bit cold for the time of year we expected it but for a five star hotel you would think like it to be heated.
The beach was lovely and beach bars also had amazing service.
We ate at the steak restaurant and the food quality was impressive, service was outstanding, we loved it so much we went back the second night, the greek wine we had been recommended was exceptional can’t complain about any of that, top notch! Would have liked to of been able to book the a la carte restaurants on arrival. Big thank you to Elisavet, Georgia, Vener and Joann for being so lovely, it made our evenings so special and we will remember those evenings forever.
We tried a lot of cocktails at the pool bar which was amazing because the staff came over and took your order for lovely bar snacks/lunch too.
We would have liked the sauna, steam room and indoor pool to be included in the price as its five star. The gym was quiet and had a lot of new equipment with showers and towels included.
Overall we had a lovely holiday and would recommend to anyone.

We chose Mitsis Rodos Village expecting a 5-star experience consistent with the Mitsis brand. While the hotel itself is visually attractive and well located, the service and overall experience fell significantly below expectations.
From the outset, us being Mitsis Storytellers Members and Mentor Tier, communication was poor, with multiple pre-arrival emails unanswered. On arrival, the check-in process lacked basic guidance, and the room we were first given was not properly cleaned, with maintenance issues that required a room change. Unfortunately, similar cleanliness problems were present in the second room, along with a leaking shower that made the bathroom unsafe.
The main restaurant offered very limited variety, with food often repetitive, overly salty, and greasy. Coffee machines were frequently empty or not working, and drink availability across bars was inconsistent, with basic items repeatedly unavailable. These were daily issues, not isolated incidents.
Service levels were also disappointing. Ordered a complimentary Anniversary Package offered and even that was like they didn’t want to do it. Nothing like the “promo” couples post on instagram or other socials. Some staff appeared frustrated when asked for basic replenishments, and at certain outlets, particularly the beach pizza station, service was slow and at times rude, affecting multiple guests, not just ourselves.
We raised concerns during our stay and followed up extensively afterwards. While management acknowledged shortcomings, the only resolution offered was future discounts tied to returning to the same hotel, rather than compensation for the stay already paid for. This handling of the complaint further diminished our confidence.
This hotel may look the part, but based on our experience, it does not currently deliver the service, consistency, or attention to detail expected of a 5-star resort or the Mitsis name. Future guests may wish to manage expectations carefully.
If you choose to stay at Mitsis Rodos Village, manage expectations carefully. The hotel looks impressive, but service consistency is an issue. Do not assume that emails sent before arrival will be acknowledged — follow up repeatedly and confirm everything in person.
Check your room thoroughly on arrival, including cleanliness, plumbing, and electrical sockets, and report any issues immediately. Be prepared that a room change may not resolve underlying cleanliness or maintenance problems.
If food variety and quality are important to you, note that the main restaurant options can be repetitive, and drink availability across bars is inconsistent. If certain items matter to you (fresh juice, specific spirits, coffee), expect regular shortages.
Allow extra time at beach food outlets during peak hours, and be prepared for slower service and limited engagement from staff.
Most importantly, if you experience issues, raise them early and persistently — but also be aware that resolution during the stay may be limited, and post-stay compensation is unlikely to be offered beyond future discounts.

The hotel has its own stretch of beach which lovely, but please be aware, this hotel is up a mountain, well very large hill!!!
They do provide a buggy to take you and bring you back, if you have any walking difficulties, this hotel is not for you. Once your at the beach, there as bars pizza places ect, all free in your all inclusive package, as well as sun beds n parosolls, nice and comfortable.

Food isn't warm enough, I appreciate it's all/inc but sometimes we were first in at breakfast, and was only luke warm.
Negatives. Location, very high up, but brilliant scenery, sea, mountain ect.
It's a 6km walk to nearest town, lovely walk along past the beach, but there is a bus service, bus stops at hotel, it's 2 euro, 12 in a taxi.
There are no pubs exept in the town, which by the way is lovely, fantastic picturesque resurants.
Would I personally stop here again no, as we went as a couple, but if you have children or I was bring my grandchild then it's a definite yes. I think I've been fair an honest in this review..
And to repeat myself, the staff are brilliant.

Had the most amazing 10 days here the hotel is so cozy, beautiful and peaceful our room was so lovely! The food was so nice something for everyone we especially loved the burger, Italian and Pan Asian à la carte restaurants they were incredible!! But what really made this hotel special was the staff, they were fantastic!! The entertainment was so well organised something different every night and the activities during the day were so much fun!! They honestly were brilliant!! But a special shoutout to Jay who worked at the night bar and Nelson who work at the Amphitheater bar they both where so attentive always remembered our orders and always had a smile on their faces they are a true credit to this hotel and made our holiday so memorable, so a big thank you to them and all the staff for remaining so friendly and bring so kind thought out our stay

Just back from a lovely holiday here with my fiance and have had a great experience with the hotel, food and staff! ☺️ we booked a superior room with garden view and private pool. we were dubious booking this due to the mixed reviews we’d seen but actually had nothing to worry about.
Food - we were booked into an al a carte every night and they were all equally great! I am vegetarian and the a la cartes all catered really well for me, however I will say the buffet wasn’t great for vegetarians. I did expect more for that, especially the breakfast but I just avoided the buffet the whole holiday and made use of the gyros restaurant (amazing and super friendly staff!) and the crepe bar. With all the other options, there wasn’t really a need for me to go near the buffet.
Drinks were great the whole time. Top tip - staff at the bar left of the buffet are super friendly and make the best drinks!
Staff - most of the staff were really friendly and had time to chat if you chatted to them ☺️ we had such a great experience with yeta on the day bar and the woman who cleaned our room every day was also super friendly!
Hotel - hotel in general was very clean, easy to find our way around and just over all a great experience.
Bonus - my lovely fiance booked us into private dining on our last night as a surprise for me 🥰 he did this using the concierge service, where he spoke with Adela who was really helpful in organising everything. Our private waiter Yiannis was exceptional, a great laugh and had great chat. The food was absolutely incredible, 6 courses of amazing food and we had the opportunity to chat to the a la carte chef after, where he asked about our overall experience and I’d fed back about the vegetarian options at the buffet. He said they are looking to improve this next year ☺️

We were at this hotel in September, a few weeks ago. The environment of hotel was very cozy, I liked the little streets and the palm trees. The room was immaculate, we loved the private pool and the sea view from room. The meals was very good, it can be found every type of meal (vegetarian, fishes, etc.), the booking of restaurant not easy in the app, you have to check free table constantly. In the main restaurant was always free table.
From the staff of hotel everybody was very friendly, I would highlight Melissa from reception and Edi, who filled our minibar every day, and of course the staff of bars.
I and my friends felt very good in this hotel, but sometimes small children were also late night in the bars which were disturbing (this is not the hotel's mistake, I think this is the parents' mistake).
The hotel is approx. 1 hour from the Airport, but the transfer was great from hotel. The guests can book the tours and any programs in app and at the reception. The beach a few mins from entrance of hotel, where you can find sun beds. :)
I recommend this hotel, because of the great environment and the services. :)

We had a brilliant week here. The hotel is comfortable and pristine clean. The food choice is excellent every day and great care is taken over allergies by the chefs. This is greatly appreciated. If you like the beach it is minutes away, there are sun beds on the grass and by the pool. The staff really fo make a huge effort to be attentive.

Where to start…. Rooms have been recently updated and are modern, spotless and feel large with the mirrors. We was lucky enough to get updated to a sea room view aswell which was big enough for 3 persons. Beds cleaned daily and up to high standards.comes with robes and slippers… the usual.
The all inclusive food was ok. The Al-e-Carte food on the over hand was absolutely amazing, 10/10 delicious and good portion sizes. Chose to eat hear each day instead and no additional cost, just had to plan it in. Mexican brunch was definitely my favourite and 5 start rated.
Good facilities for the evenings and drinks were ok.
All the members of staff from the reception, to the bar staff, to the house cleaners and managers were so friendly and welcoming. Wanted to mention a special praise to the A-le-carte manager who was absolutely amazing squeezing us in at times. Service was phenomenal.
The hotel is up to date and modern in almost every area.
This was our first Mitsis and it definitely will not be our last, will definitely stay here again.

We recently stayed at Mayia Exclusive Resort and were absolutely impressed. The property is stunning, aesthetically beautiful, spotless, and immaculately maintained. Even though we visited at the end of the season, the resort still offered an excellent selection of drinks, including premium options, which was a pleasant surprise.
The street food area was particularly good, offering plenty of variety and great quality. There was something for everyone; a lovely coffee shop, “Healthy Bites” for lighter options, delicious crêpes, ice cream, patisserie treats, and a burger/taco/gyro bar that became one of our favourites.
For lunch, we found the buffet to be quite repetitive, so we opted for the à la carte restaurants instead and thoroughly enjoyed every meal there. The dinner buffet, however, was gorgeous and varied nightly with different themes, making it something to look forward to each evening.
Housekeeping did a fantastic job; I worried reading other reviews but our room was cleaned daily, and the minibar was always restocked with drinks, Haribo, crisps, and cheese crackers, which was a lovely touch.
The only downside was on our last day when I had a Crohn’s flare-up. We asked to keep our room a little longer past check-out so I could have access to my own bathroom, but the resort requested €200 to extend the stay until 7 p.m. Given it was the end of the season and the hotel wasn’t full, we felt that charge was a bit steep.
Overall, though, Mayia Exclusive Resort is a beautiful and luxurious place to relax, with great food, fantastic facilities, and exceptional cleanliness. We would happily return.

We visited for our honeymoon in July and had the most amazing time. Special shoutout to Tsambikos, Bledi and Dimitrios who were all so welcoming and friendly. Tsambikos went above and beyond as I lost my phone and sunglasses in a taxi one night and he retrieved them for me. Bledi is the kindest also and I’d happily visit again just to see the team!
The resort is spotless and just feels like paradise. The main restaurant could be better. I’d recommend booking in the restaurants every night as they were great. I really loved the snack bar near the pool and cakes from the bakery. The white party was great fun too! I’d say the only thing I’d love for them to add is music by all poolside areas but apart from that, we had an amazing honeymoon! Thank you to all at Mayia! 🥰

The hotel is absolutely stunning on arrival, huge, stylish and beautifully designed.
We stayed in a standard room which was lovely. The free beach bag was a nice touch, the Molton Brown toiletries were great and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The view from our room was breathtaking.
What really makes this hotel special is the staff. Every single person we met greeted us with genuine warmth and smiles. Special shoutouts to Daria in the buffet restaurant (had us laughing every day and offered fantastic service), Alexandra in Al Dente (the smiliest person you’ll ever meet), Richard at the pool bar (an absolute diamond, so friendly and attentive) and Altzen, our pool waiter (this man never stops your glass will never be empty!)
The restaurants offer great variety, with plenty of healthy options and a really nice street food section. The gym is one of the best I’ve seen at a holiday hotel, modern, spacious and very well equipped.
It’s a perfect destination for a relaxing break. If I had to give a little constructive feedback, I’d say a few extra touches could elevate the experience even more — things like a pillow or fragrance menu in the room. Also the entertainment was a bit limited and I think the gym classes would be even better if held outdoors.
There are also a couple of friendly hotel cats wandering around — if you’re an animal lover, bring a few treats or some dry food (we didn’t notice a feeding station, but the cats looked healthy and well so hopefully someone in the hotel sorts them

An absolutely incredible adults only hotel which is most deserving of it's luxury 5-star status. Even before the holiday, the staff were super helpful in assisting with queries via email. From arrival to departure, every member of staff I interacted with was polite, friendly and welcoming.
The hotel has great restaurants for lunch and dinner (the latter you book via their app). The Italian restaurant was my favourite but the majority had good veggie/vegan options (Wasabi needs more veggie/vegan main course options though). The entertainment programme has something for everyone, both during the day and in the evening. Spa treatments are very expensive but you can access the sauna, steam room and jacuzzi for free.
The pools were chilly in October so the beach was a warmer option. Great pool bars and service at both.
Location is remote so perfect for a relaxing indulgent escape but plenty of excursions can be booked easily via the concierge.
Overall an amazing holiday, so much so that I'm considering booking again for next year!

It's only day 3 but the staff are impressive. They go out of their way to help in any way they can. Gym is one of the best I've seen in a hotel. The food is amazing and if you are a vegan (I'm not) there is an outstanding amount of choice for food. I ate some. Sorry. It was delicious though. Rooms are beautiful, drinks are plentiful and weather is divine.

Big shout to IANIS RESTAURANT MANAGER very professional and knowledgeable, and Ianis jnr,you are amazing people and you really made us feel welcomed,please do train the rest of the staff about customer service,everyoane except the FOOD &BEVERAGES department, people at the bar were also very nice.
Food was very good ,well cooked and whatever you needed all you had to do is ask.

When we checked in at the front desk ,I have asked what we need to know ,time for restaurant bars,swimming pool ,booking for the meal.Italian or Greek
We were told that we can to come a day before and we will be ok,not the case ,they said that they are overbooked and we can't book for the Italian or Greek restaurant ,the lady showed me a piece of paper saying that you need to book it straight away like 1st or2nd day of your staying.I showed her the paper that I was given at check in ,and 2 completely different papers.
Eventually IANIS managed to squeeze us in for the Greek restaurant, by the way the food was outstanding.
Bed sheets and pillow cases dirty at check in, I went to reception and showed them pictures of everything, bathtub was ful of hair...that was sticking out from the drainage....it was very uncomfortable...to say the least to find these on the day you check in.
The bed sheets they were meant to be changed every 2 days ....we checked in Wednesday and on Sunday I went down to reception and asked them....they told me that they will send someone......
The beach is nothing like advertised...you will see for yourself.
This was the worst place we stayed in Greece.

This hotel is definitely not a 4 or 5 stars hotel in my opinion. I would give it 3 stars only because of outstanding staff, good and beverages.
The beach was very dissapointing, not clean, no white sand, lots of seaweed everywhere.
There are some rusty diggers and vehicles almost by the beach.
Very basic old rooms and bathrooms (we were very disappointed for the $ we paid).
Animators spoke in French instead of English. Kids club was never opened and when l looked through tye window inside it didn't have any appeal. There were never any pool lounge available at the pool, and also There was no one There to ask for one.
One of the pool had a very loud and innapropriate music for generał public.
The private pool near the rooms had dirty water.
The only good thing anout this hotel was staff, all the cleaning people, servers, cooks, bartenders.
In addition to advantages, food and beverages were very very good😊😊

It was AWFUL — a truly terrible experience that I would never recommend to anyone. From the beginning, the hotel was very dirty, and we even overheard other customers talking about a mouse infection. That alone was disturbing, but unfortunately, it was just the start.
The staff were generally quite rude, but the worst part was the behavior of the manager. He was not only arrogant but also made us feel extremely uncomfortable and insecure. As we were leaving, he commented on “seeing us around the hotel” and essentially admitted to watching and tracking our movements, including whether we went to the bar or not. This was highly inappropriate and made us feel judged, stalked, and unsafe. Ironically, he criticised us for being at the bar, even though he was the one serving us drinks we hadn’t even ordered.
We also had a very unpleasant situation with personal belongings. We accidentally left a pair of shoes in the room, which then disappeared. Instead of helping, the staff accused us of losing them while out drinking — despite the fact we had only gone out once during the entire stay (none of anyone’s business anyway). They used this as another excuse to suggest they had been tracking us and watching our movements, which was both intrusive and insulting.
When we tried to discuss this, the manager raised his voice at us, acted in a patronising and arrogant way, and even judged us for how we looked and the fact that we had drinks on some nights — which is quite normal considering it was an all inclusive, bar was full every night but somehow it just looked like only us were there for him. This kind of behaviour is completely unacceptable for someone in hospitality. The manager’s conduct alone is reason enough to avoid this hotel, and frankly, he should be removed from his position for treating guests this way.
Cleanliness as mentioned was also a serious issue. Other customers arrived during our stay, took one look at their rooms, and refused to stay, leaving immediately. In our case, the sink and bathroom were not cleaned for five days despite four of us staying in the same room. They didn’t make the beds on the last day, saying, “You’re checking out tomorrow, so you don’t need us to make them.” Even when we asked, they only gave us towels, nothing more.
Basic amenities were handled carelessly. For example, they only refilled two bottles of water a day for four people, and it took five separate complaints before they corrected it. We asked multiple times for extra robes (as they only provided two for four guests), but they never brought them.
The only positive was a kind gentleman at the bar named Costas, who was polite, smiley, and genuinely professional. Apart from him, and a few younger staff who were decent, the overall service was appalling. Even taxi drivers asked us why we were staying there, telling us the hotel has a poor reputation — which, after this stay, we fully understand.
Overall, it was an awful experience, not worth the money or the time. The rude staff, filthy conditions, missing belongings, and above all, the arrogant and unprofessional behaviour of the manager made this one of the worst hotel stays I’ve ever had. AVOID completely!!!

I had a wonderful vacation at this hotel last year. I have to thank the staff! The restaurant manager and the bar manager, Barbarossa, were very friendly, and it was hard to say goodbye to them. I remember this vacation as one of the best! The food was delicious, the sea was only about 20 meters from my room, and the pool activities provided great entertainment. There are shops and a car rental service on the hotel grounds. The property is very large and well-maintained. I highly recommend it!

I stayed at All Senses Nautica Blue and it was honestly a bad experience from start to finish. I booked a garden view bungalow through EasyJet Holidays because I wanted a quiet stay. When we arrived, the manager said we’d been “upgraded” to a pool view room. It wasn’t an upgrade at all. It was right next to the activity pool with loud music and shouting all day.
The room was poorly maintained. Two single beds pushed together that kept moving apart, air conditioning that didn’t work, mould on the bathroom ceiling, stains on the door, dirty hairdryer and phone, ants inside the room. Just generally unclean and tired looking.
We complained right away and asked to move somewhere quieter. The manager told us to come back the next morning, so we had to stay in that noisy room the first night. The next day the only other option was another pool view or paying extra for a private pool room - where had my original booking for a garden view room gone?? We ended up paying an extra €720 because we couldn’t stand the noise.
The second room was a bit better but still had problems. The sink leaked, the toilet light didn’t work and was never fixed, and there was still mould and limescale in the bathroom. Housekeeping barely cleaned — they changed towels and mopped, but the sheets were never changed once.
Every night there was loud entertainment right next to the bungalows until about midnight. It was all in French and seemed to cater only to French guests. When I mentioned it to reception, they just shrugged and said “they went a bit overboard.”
Guest services and the transfer desks were often empty, some staff were rude or unhelpful, the food was bland and repetitive, and check-out was rushed with no acknowledgement or thank you. The all-inclusive bar had a very limited selection, and even basic items like bottled water were not included. Definitely not what I’d call 5-star.
The whole place felt run down and badly managed. I wouldn’t stay here again and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Many areas are truly beautiful — especially the ground floor, the café, and the 11th floor, which all have a great atmosphere. We chose the all-inclusive option and were very happy with the quality and variety of both the food and drinks.
The location was excellent too — less than a 30-minute bus ride from the airport, about 20 minutes to Rhodes Town, right by the beach, and within walking distance of plenty of shops.
Most importantly, the staff were exceptional. Everyone was friendly, professional, and so warm toward our baby. Special thanks to the lovely girl at the café and the entire restaurant team for making our stay even more enjoyable.
Just two tiny things to mention: the saunas could have been a little hotter (though the steam rooms were great), and the body lotion was placed under the shower, meaning you had to step into the bathtub each time you wanted to use it.

The Hotel was fantastic. Lovely facilities, friendly and helpful staff who all spoke very good English. They really looked after us, upgrading our room (which was amazing) and leaving us complimentary wine, champagne, a fruit basket and a gift bag of local products. The location felt perfect with quick easy access to both the airport and the old town. Being situated so close to the beach was great, with only a short walk to a watersports hire centre. Food was good every night and the decor of the whole hotel was very tasteful. The courtyard area near main reception had a "wow" factor that made it feel like we were part of an old ruin, very relaxing place to sit. Our only feedback on what would have made our stay better was that the pool was too cold for October temperatures and that the spa, though nicely decorated, was incredibly overpriced for what was actually on offer there. Charging for the privilege of using the "adults only" section felt like a bit of a con. There wasn't a lot to use in terms of the facility and the massages didn't live up to the price. As with the main hotel the staff were always professional and friendly.

We had the most wonderful experience staying in the suites, and I can’t say enough about the incredible team at reception. Lia, Daria, and Chrissie were absolutely exceptional ... truly the “angels of Charlie” of this hotel.
From the moment I arrived, they made everything seamless. Any question, any request, no matter how small or big they solved it with efficiency, kindness, and a smile. Their professionalism and warmth set the tone for the entire stay, making me feel genuinely cared for.
The room itself was stunning... spacious, elegant, and perfectly prepared. Every detail was thought of, and it felt more like a luxury home than a hotel suite.

From the moment we arrived at the Amus Hotel & Spa in Rhodes, we were made to feel so welcome. Every single member of staff was friendly, attentive, and genuinely went out of their way to make our stay special ... nothing was ever too much trouble.
Our room was spacious, immaculately clean, and very well equipped, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The views from our room were simply breathtaking ... the kind you never get tired of waking up to.
The hotel’s facilities are excellent, with a great choice of bars and restaurants onsite. Each one offered a brilliant experience with delicious food, a lovely atmosphere, and staff who were always professional and eager to please. It really felt like we were looked after at every turn.
The spa, which is onsite but run by an external company, is also well worth a visit. The facilities themselves are amazing and add an extra touch of luxury to the stay. The treatments were very enjoyable, though it’s worth noting there is a little pressure selling from the spa team. That said, it didn’t take away from the overall quality of the experience.
All in all, the Amus Hotel & Spa exceeded our expectations in every way. If you’re looking for a relaxing, high-quality, and friendly place to stay in Rhodes, I can’t recommend it highly enough. We can’t wait to return.

We had a lovely stay at this hotel, the receptionist was so lovely I'm so sad I cannot remember her name (blonde with glasses around 4-8 October) she was so fantastic, so professional, the pools were lovely, the rooms were clean (actually very clean!!) and spacious, area was lovely, only 15mins bus to Rhodes centre, 1hr walk to centre if you want to get your steps in and you can take lots of photos on the way! There were lots of seats but the pool side but we were off peak, we will be back here!!

We had a great short stay at Blue Bay in October.
We booked a family room which had a view of the waterpark and balcony to relax on in the evening. The room was comfortable but dates and the bathroom could have bee cleaner.
WiFi was hit and miss.
Every member of staff were friendly and polite.
The food options were varied however did get repetitive after a few nights. We ate at the Italian restaurant which was delicious. Would have liked some more options for gluten free and vegetarian in the buffet.
The drinks were OK, cocktails could have been tastie, but they were definitely not weak! And the beachside pizza was so tasty.
Recommend getting the bus into the old town for €8 per person return and exploring.
Overall an enjoyable stay with some small tweaks it would be perfect.

I stayed at Blue Bay Resort in Rhodes for 7 days with my partner. The staff were absolutely lovely – very friendly and helpful throughout our stay.
I had paid for an upgraded room as a surprise for my partner, but unfortunately the room we were initially given was not what I had expected. I was disappointed and heartbroken at first. I’m never one to complain, but I’m so glad I plucked up the courage to speak up – within an hour our room was changed without any fuss, which I really appreciated.
The food in the main buffet restaurant was quite basic. It was enjoyable at first, but by the third day we were getting a little tired of it. On the bright side, the snack bar was amazing and became a bit of a lifesaver! The all-inclusive drinks were also fantastic and good value.
We dined at the Greek restaurant on site and we were over the moon with the whole experience! Staff were amazing and the food was fantastic! We definitely recommend dining there
The shower room definitely leaves a lot to be desired – not the most pleasant to look at – but it did the job for a quick wash.
A big plus for us was the coach/bus trip option from the resort, which was perfect and saved us a lot of money on taxis.
Overall, Blue Bay Resort has some really good points – especially the staff, snacks and drinks – but there’s room for improvement on the food variety and bathroom facilities.

This hotel really positively surprised me. This was the first time I’d done an all inclusive so I was skeptical, however, I really can’t fault the hotel and I had a great week here.
The rooms were basic and a little dated, but they were clean and spacious and made up every day.
The pool facilities were fantastic - all very clean, showers and toilets were nearby. There is a larger, deeper pool, a shallower pool and then a small children’s room. Ample sun beds at both the pool and on the beach - which you can walk straight on to.
The food was the only thing which let the stay down - it wasn’t bad by any means but just not great. However that said, there was a wide variety of options. This isn’t an expensive resort though, so I understand it isn’t going to be luxury dining.
The only actual negative was our on-site restaurant meal. We chose Muses and unfortunately, it was pretty dreadful. Would not recommend- the food was more or less the exact same as at the buffet but somehow worse!
The entertainment was pretty good too, and varied most nights.
Location was great too - easy busy into Rhodes Old Town and plenty of parking (we rented a car).
Overall, very good holiday and would definitely return to this hotel.

We been there 1 week in the end of October. (The end of the season in Greece and all Greek Islands). We wnat only to say huge huge massive thank you for all people who worked there, in this very nice hotel with a lots of pools round everywhere. That's why i chose that hotel, because of the swimming pools, aqua park and the sea.
The moment whey they greats us in the main holl from the beginning, porter who helped to bring all our heavy suitcases to the room in farest block using his little car. The receptionists: Rafaela, Sofía, and another stuff in the Reception. They been so polite, lovely, very helpful and always with the smiles and good vibe round them. Happy to help to all guests with any questions or requires. Another huge thank you for beautiful Elenia - manager in Italian, Asian and Greek Restaurants, and all dining areas. She really done amazing job to help all guests been happy with the food. The variety of the fresh bread been amazing. So tasty and so fresh. We loved it so much. Every day they put different flavours and variations of the food. Also during breakfast, lunch and dinner was always available chips (it was only one food which ate my younger daughter). Some of the days you can get even sushi 🍣 ♥️. The chicken soup been very tasty too.
The cliners been everywhere to make sure the flour and the windows is shine and bright.
In the end of the holiday we been moved to another room, where another porter helped to us with all our stuff. Sorry i forgot his name. He been very friendly and helpful. Thank you very much gentleman. Also big thank you for all house keepers, who keeps our room fresh nice and clean every day with clean towels and fresh bottle of water. Thank you.

We finished our stay at the resort only a few days ago with my bestie, and honestly, it’s hard to decide where to start. Saying it was “beyond expectations” is not enough!
From the moment we walked in, even though it was the middle of the night, the service was excellent. The front desk team was always happy to help with anything and answered all our questions with a smile. Our room was spacious, spotless, and cleaned daily with fresh bottled water provided. We had a small issue with a blocked sink, and it was resolved almost immediately.
The spa team was outstanding- always welcoming and smiley. Denise gave me an exceptional massage. Kathy was fantastic at advising us on trips, recommending the most suitable options for us. At the restaurants, both the food and service were absolutely outstanding - so much choice and such warm hospitality everywhere.
A big thank you to Andonis, who was always ready to help and even arranged a meeting for us with the lovely general manager, George. Also, huge thanks to Oleg and Andres at the beach bar for their great service and friendliness. The entertainment by the pool and in the evenings was amazing and added so much fun to our stay.
The beautiful private beach, the enormous amount of delicious food, the facilities, and above all the people made this resort truly special. I’ve already recommended it to my team members in London 👌🏼

Definitely not 5 star.... 3 at maximum. Rooms and outside areas of the hotel are extremely run down. Some places it would only take a coat of paint to make the world of difference! Sharp and broken tiles in the swimming pools, Beach toilets broken and water leaking down the paths.... I'm only hoping it was from the taps and not the toilets :). Very limited all inclusive selection (only 1 type of local lager). The all inclusive bar now stops serving at 11pm and after this you can only get drinks upstairs in the paid bar. Paid €6 for a warm bottle of Mythos and when I politely asked for a cold one he said all the fridges were set to 8 degrees... Cleaning staff were very nice and friendly and some of the bar staff actually made eye contact. The entertainment staff were excellent and always smiled and had a chat with us.
We did actually complain about our room to reception but they couldnt care less, said we can move but would have to pay. We had already paid €4000 euros so thought this was an absolute joke.
2nd time we have syed in this hotel but we definitely won't be back.

Linda’s Royal is a decent hotel. Needs a little upkeep. Buffet food is good you will not be disappointed. Resort is a short distance from Lindos town. Local bus and taxi available. Night entertainment ok, better than most I would say. The health spa is the best part. Treatments are very good and the staff are really nice. Local boat trips available, we used captain Visalis which was really good. Stopped off in Hiraki for lunch which was good. Lots of eating places. Not much to do outside of the hotel. Lindos town is best for that.

Hotel was absolutely stunning. All the staff were lovely including the entertainers. The food was delicious and had a huge variety, the drinks were also very nice. Booking the themed restaurants was easy and the service was brilliant. We had the room with the pool which was lovely and peaceful. There was always plenty of sun-beds so no need to reserve them early in the morning. Not a bad word to say about our stay

They call themselves a five-star hotel — I wouldn’t even give them three on a generous day. We’d booked rooms next to our relatives, but upon arrival, the receptionist announced — ever so cheerfully — that they were three floors up. When we asked why, she mumbled something about the room being taken, despite our booking saying otherwise. Then she just stood there, silent as a church mouse, as if that would somehow make it all go away.
Soundproofing? Don’t make me laugh. You can hear every sneeze, cough, and argument from down the corridor. Cleanliness clearly isn’t high on their list either — it looks like the housekeeping staff packed up and went on holiday months ago.
And the dining hall… well, calling it a “buffet” is a stretch. Unless you fancy living on bacon and what I can only describe as scrambled eggs that had clearly given up on life, you’d be better off nipping to the nearest café.
All in all, it’s less “luxury getaway” and more “cheap weekend gone wrong.” Avoid unless you enjoy disappointment served lukewarm.

Just come back after 2 weeks, the rooms are very basic, And if your English you will be put in a room which you didn’t pay for, Ever English person we spoke to, this happened to 90% of them, Which it happened to us, the next morning the room had a massive puddle from the air conditioning, Went to reception and asked for the room we paid for, The response was they did not have any available, until I asked to speak to the manager, what a Suprise they found one in 2 minutes.if anyone is taking kids I wouldn’t bother they do not cater for children food wise, lack of entertainment for children too, The rooms do not get cleaned properly, there was dust all over, The restaurant manager needs to learn how to smile and be a-bit more welcoming to the customers. the restaurant staff are very quick on moving your plates, even before you have finished swallowing your food, All the staff behind the bars where lovely, Mickey on the entertainment team, made time to talk to people, however the 2 girls look miserable. Themed nights, I wouldn’t even bother, may as well eat in the restaurant, over all experience wasn’t what I expected when you pay a good amount for a 5 star hotel, no kettles on hot drink supplies in the rooms. Needs a massive refurb, cracked and missing tiles everywhere. Would not go back to this hotel. Best thing about the hotel was the view.

Recently returned and this hotel is not a 5*
The rooms are basically just what you would expect of any room in a hotel of 3* and above, with the exception of the balcony that had two sun loungers and a low table, in addition to two chairs and a table.
The grounds and pool areas look beautiful and are very well kept but, there is music playing by the pool all day, which is louder than just background music. Plus if you sit near the Greek restaurant there is music coming from there also, so two lots of competing music and not very relaxing at all.
Additionally there was Aqua Gym every morning with even louder music and the staff blowing whistles!! Great!!
We went to the pebbly beach which was much more peaceful, but to get there you need to cross a busy road.
The food was really good, plenty of choice, hot and cold, lots of dessert options and when a dish was empty it got replaced straight away.
However long queues to get into the restaurant sometimes and there were often plenty of tables free. This was mainly due to the fact that only a couple of staff were showing guests to tables, whilst some staff were setting and clearing tables and a few drinks waiters were sorting out drinks orders for guests.
Most drink waiters were good but one messed about joking around with guests and after initially ordering your drinks with him and another member of staff had bought it to your table; it could take a while before he would be back to open the bottle of wine or whatever you’d ordered. For some unknown reason, the member of staff that brought it to your table couldn’t open it?!! We were half way through our meal before he came back one evening. If I’d had a cork screw I’d have opened it myself!!
Better organisation of front of house could sort this out!
Overall we enjoyed our stay but won’t be back, as it’s definitely not worth 5* prices. We’ve stayed in, as good, if not better 3&4* hotels in the past.

We had an amazing stay at the Olympic Palace Hotel in Rhodes! The staff were so friendly, helpful, and genuinely made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The location is perfect — just a short walk to the beach, Old Town, and lots of lovely restaurants and bars.
Our room was spotless and comfortable with great air conditioning and a nice balcony view. Breakfast was fresh every morning with plenty of choice and good coffee to start the day. The pool area was clean and never too crowded — perfect for relaxing after exploring the island.
Overall, fantastic value for money and a great base to enjoy Rhodes. We’ll definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the island!

They called security as i kicked off wanting my stuff back to be told im not allowed back in so had to get changed in the carpark and my 5 year old boy as he was wet as been in the pool and i had to piss in the hedge as wasnt allowed in .
In a nut shell look for a better hotel looks good in the pictures but was the Worst hoilday resort we ever been to so will never be back to this hotel or reccomend it

The low review is only based by the fact that the hotel is classified as a 5*, and the price paid was indeed for a 5*, but it is probably something in between a 3 or (a low) 4.
Unfortunately I felt ripped off. While the whole place from the outside looks good, it cannot be said the same for the interior and for the rooms (at least the one I was staying in). Beautiful view, but it was (like many areas of the hotel) still in the 70s or 80s. Dark brown colours, old furnitures (they still have a DVD player in the room!), a running toilet made not a first good impression. To that, the fact that in the room there are almost no amenities (simply the usual soaps/gels, a shower cap and one little box of extra little things) or anything worth a 5*, made the experience not worth the price. And even asking the people at the reception was not a high quality experience: I had to ask 3 times if I could get a dental set (which was not in the room) and only after 3 times it magically appeared (the first attempt was followed by a simple and direct "NO"). As well as having to ask to get the hand soap, since they have mistakenly put the shower/hair gel instead of it (I got the soap quickly but it was not replaced with the wrong gel).
Some of the external areas are indeed beautiful and better maintained as the interior (not always overly clean though), but the pool experience was again not a 5* hotel worth one. While there are boards around the 3 pools about the rules to follow, no one is following them and no one from the hotel is taking any action (people screaming, playing with balls everywhere, each of them with an air mattress or floaty), it seems it was more a public pool than one of a 5* hotel. So if you are looking for a place with quiet, peace and relax, this is totally the wrong place. And on top of that, no one is checking who is entering the pool area from the outside (there is no gate or check-in facility), so not sure how safe it can it be.
I knew it was a family friendly hotel, but never before, in similar hotels, I had an experience like this one.
Food was luckily good, especially the greek specialties, but the main buffet restaurant was again showing its age, and poor cleanliness as well, as in the wooden blinders full of dust.
Again, my disappointment is mainly due to have paid and being in a 5*hotel, believing it would have been similar to other places I have been before around Europe, but probably management has taken the decision that their main guests should be tour-operator sent and low spending guests, who little care if what they get is truly of quality. Unfortunately I will not take in consideration to come back here, neither I would suggest anyone with the idea to spend a little bit more to throw away their money.

Definitely not a 5 star hotel. Room wasn’t ready on arrival which is fine but a 5 star hotel should greet you with a free drink. No Concierge service which wasn’t ideal with us pushing cases and a pram and left to find our room.
This hotel is not baby friendly even though it’s advertised as being so. Pool is on the 1st floor so you have to get the lift to the pool or carry pram up lots of stairs. Exiting the hotel you either carry the pram down stairs or walk in to the road.
Main restaurant has quite high tables but low baby chairs with no tray so the table was above our babies head. Also have to queue to be seated which makes zero sense when it’s a buffet?
Hotel was clean. The cleaners in this hotel were hard working and very polite.
We had an 11 month old baby with us so it would have been great to have more English channels other than news channels.
Beach was peaceful but you have to cross a busy road to get there.
I was also made to feel like a thief by the pool barman, I ordered 2 drinks on my first day and he asked for my room number. 234 he came back with a receipt for room 250 so I said no my room is 234 and he shouted at me saying I said 250 and said a sly remark to his colleague which made me feel uncomfortable going back to the bar.
Overall this hotel is a 3 star hotel with a 5 star ego.

Overall, we had a lovely vacation — the location is beautiful, the pool area is fantastic, the animation team is great fun, and the pool staff are truly wonderful.
That said, there are a few areas where the hotel could definitely improve, especially considering its high ranking and 5-star status.
Food:
Unfortunately, the food did not meet our expectations for a 5-star hotel. My wife is vegan, and before our arrival we called to confirm that vegan options would be available. We were assured that the chef and restaurant manager would provide suitable alternatives. In practice, however, there were almost no vegan options, and despite several conversations and promises to help (we stayed for 8 days), nothing was really done.
When we mentioned this at reception, the response was: “You chose the wrong hotel according to your expectations.” I don’t believe vegan food should be considered a special or high expectation in 2025 — especially at a 5-star property.
Additionally, a few dishes were labeled as “vegan” even though they contained cheese or eggs. When we pointed this out, the manager simply said, “Oh, weird,” and walked away without fixing it. This could be dangerous for guests with allergies, not just frustrating for vegans.
Rooms:
The swim-up rooms were quite old, not very clean, and clearly in need of better maintenance. When we moved to one of the newer rooms, it was much smaller but felt cleaner and more welcoming.
In summary, we really enjoyed the pool and the nearby beach, and we made the best of our time because we wanted to focus on having fun. But we do hope the hotel management takes these comments seriously — with some improvements, this place could truly live up to its potential.

We have spent in this hotel 2 weeks and I can say that it does not deserve 5 stars at all.
Pros:
- Excellent staff who did their best to resolve all issues (changed our rooms, resolved some issues with inconsistency of our order in TUI), great barmen (best regards to Mika and George), every single person is smiling and very helpful. We really appreciate that!
- Good quality of the food
- Family friendly
- Beautiful lagoon, sea is always wam and calm
- Location of the hotel is good: plenty of shops/restaurants nearby, also manageable to get to Rodos/Lindos quite quickly either by bus or car
- Car rent: you can get a car in the hotel on affordable price
Cons:
- Our family had 2 rooms: swim up and with sea view. The quality of the rooms is so different that it is even not comparable. Swim up rooms is super old, with bad quality of cleaning (one week of two), dark corridor, water in the pool is very cold. While sea-view is completely opposite - brand new and good service. I don't understand why we pay similar money but got different level of the service
- Beach: to this hotel belong only 10 pair of sunbeds, so you need to get up really early to pick yours, also beach is very dirty
- Main restaurant is so noisy that you barely can hear each other. The only option is seat down outside where could be quite hot

The hotel itself is very nice great for families and friends who want to have a summer vacation. The service was excellent; all of the staff members were very nice and polite, and any service needed came quickly and efficiently. The room was very nice with no issues. The bed was very comfortable and clean, and I had a great sleep. There’s a TV and everything I needed. I liked the room a lot.
The location is beautiful there is a beach right next to the hotel, as well as many small shops, bars, and restaurants, which are great for going out at night. However, it is a 25–30 minute drive to the city itself, so a shopping day will need to be planned ahead.
The games were not free, which was a shame. For example, the billiard table costs money, and you don’t get any free balls or equipment needed for the sports.
The food was really bad. First of all, the kitchen wasn’t that big, so you never got that many options. On top of that, the food itself didn’t taste good. There were several times when we needed to go to a restaurant after dinner because we didn’t eat anything it was just too bad. There was barely any protein for the kids, and a lot of the food repeated itself.
Although there was a free bar with great drinks at the pool bar and ice cream for the kids, in conclusion, the hotel itself was great, but the food and paid sports games were not what we expected, and they left a bad impression on me personally.

My husband and I spent 7 nights at Leonardo Kolymbia Resort for our belated wedding anniversary, and it couldn’t have been better!
From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with sparkling wine and warm smiles, and even found a complimentary bottle in our room – such a thoughtful touch. The hotel is spotless, stylish, and has a really welcoming atmosphere. Our deluxe garden view room was modern, comfortable, and housekeeping kept everything immaculate.
The food was honestly the best we’ve ever had in a hotel – amazing variety, quality, and hygiene. The pool area was always clean with plenty of loungers and a great vibe.
What stood out most was the staff and management. Management clearly do all they can to ensure guests feel valued, and the whole team are professional, friendly, and go above and beyond. Sakis at the bar was fantastic, always attentive and accommodating my husband’s gluten-free needs. The lifeguard Maurizo, and entertainment team Remmie and Andy, kept the atmosphere fun, while the kitchen staff worked tirelessly behind the scenes.
The location is ideal too, with a lovely beach just a short walk away.
We had such a wonderful time that we’ve already booked to return next year. A huge thank you to everyone at Kolymbia for making our holiday so special!

I stayed at the Sheraton during the first week of October, and the weather was absolutely amazing. The sea view was stunning! I highly recommend upgrading to a sea view room if you can!
I also want to highlight the excellent service at the hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. I especially want to thanks Anna, who was super helpful and patient in explaining all the facilities and recommending great places to visit in Rhodes. She was also the one who replied to my emails before my arrival, which made planning my trip so much easier.
Overall, my stay was perfect. It was my first time visiting Greece, and I’m so grateful to the entire team for making it such a wonderful experience! :)

My boyfriend and I stayed at the Sheraton Rhodes resort back in July 2025 and it was such an amazing experience. The staff were so nice and helpful and they had upgraded our room to a beautiful ocean view which was stunning. The food was incredible, the service was so great and I loved how easy it was to access the beach without crossing the busy road to get to it and instead you cross an underground bridge. I highly recommend this resort.

We stayed 6 days at this hotel (2 rooms on half board for 4 people including a baby), and we left very disappointed.
• Request ignored: one week before arrival, I emailed asking for two adjoining rooms to make things easier with a baby. At check-in, despite reminding them and waiting for 30 minutes, only one room was given immediately. The second one was not ready, even though a vacant room was being cleaned right next to ours. In the end, the second room we were given was on the opposite side, and we had to insist until the following day to finally get two rooms next to each other.
• Lack of safety: my father slipped in the shower due to a very slippery floor and cut his head. Even after we reported it, no anti-slip mat was offered.
• No management presence: during 6 days, we repeatedly asked to meet a reception manager, but not once did anyone show up.
• Lack of cooperation: at check-out, I requested a written confirmation that I had occupied one of the rooms alone (despite the booking being for two people), in order to get a refund from my travel agency. The reception refused, only offering to confirm it by phone if the agency called, which was useless since the agency required a written statement.
Overall, our stay was marked by a serious lack of professionalism, organization, and customer care by the front desk staff.

Great stay at Sheraton Rhodes. Very nice room and excellent breakfast. The staff were very friendly, especially the room maids. The hotel was generally very accommodating to needs and requests. The only areas for improvement from our perspective would be to have complimentary bottles of water in rooms and also complementary soft drinks or water at the dinner buffet. All-in-all it was a lovely place to stay, and we would definitely suggest booking a sea-view room, if possible.

The service was outstanding: Georgia at customer service was incredibly friendly and helpful, and Dimitris at the Castellania restaurant made every breakfast and dinner special with his friendliness and attentiveness. The food had good variety and changing dinner menus, though the quality could be improved.
I booked a spa package — the facilities are outdated compared to other 5-star Sheraton hotels, but Mariana delivered excellent massages and facial. The pool and beach areas are beautiful, the hotel is clean and well maintained, and our room was spacious, spotless, and comfortable with great room service.
The entertainment was lively but sometimes overwhelming, with overlapping music from the restaurant, bar, and even nearby hotels, which reduced relaxation.
The location is excellent, with public transport right outside for easy trips to Rhodes Town and Lindos, and shops and kiosks close by.
Overall, not on the same level as other Sheraton 5-star resorts, but a very enjoyable holiday.

We had the most amazing experience at this hotel. The staff were approachable, helpful and friendly. The rooms were clean and serviced frequently. We chose to get an elite room and loved the extras you got (a bottle of wine in the fridge at the start of your stay, chocolates on our pillows and a great view of the sea, to name a few!) There was also an elite lounge with free snacks and drinks which was always quite quiet and chilled. The views over the pool (which changes colour with lights in the evening) or over the sea are absolutely beautiful. We found that while there were people about and certain areas for sunbathing filled quicker than others (especially under the trees!) we never struggled to find a spot by the sea or pool and the hotel had quite a chilled atmosphere. Plenty of places to eat (slightly pricey but good quality) and the breakfast included was delicious and varied. We also really enjoyed the entertainment in the evenings! So many things to love about this hotel and would highly recommend to others.

This is our second visit to The Elysium, and we weren't disappointed again! Besides the excellent food, facilities & proximity to the lovely beach, this hotel has to be recommended for it's customer support & service. All the staff are so helpful in the well organised dining areas, thank you to all the staff ( and especially Mannolis & Michael) in the bars and grounds. Nothing is too much trouble. The room was well serviced daily, and was always clean. Special mention again to Elton, the beach Supervisor, who is magnificent. This hotel has brilliant disabled access in all areas, and noticeably on the beach, where Elton & his team go out of their way to ensure anyone with mobility issues are fully supported, even using a new motorised beach chair to help those in wheelchairs, access the shale beach to the beautiful, clear blue sea. It makes for a wonderful, carefree, relaxing stay.
Highly recommend this hotel if you want a complete "chill out" holiday, in extremely clean, & beautiful surroundings, with brilliantly friendly staff. Can't wait to return next year!

Just perfect. It was so lovely to be the last hotel in a long row of other hotels - this meant we had great access to Rocky bits of sea which are perfect for snorkelling. The food and cocktails were OUTSTANDING. I highly recommend getting a room in the ‘elite’ part of the hotel for a special rooftop breakfast, wine on arrival, olive oil to take home, and a ‘elite only’ reception lounge where there are all inclusive drinks and snacks. Everything in the rooms worked perfectly, and the staff were all kind and accommodating. The pool is clean and large. Family friendly, but not overrun with screaming children.

Up front, service is good. Staff always friendly and helpful when you could find them. Resort fully booked even though shoulder season. Also breakfast wasn’t terrible
The bad: Room in serious need of maintenance. Shower scale up, only want worked. Water went all over floor. Bed the usual twins pushed together, but because no grip on the feet, slid apart during the night until resting in the Grand Canyon
Queue for breakfast absolute madhouse at 0900 during the only time we went for three days. Parking a confusing drama of where the car was left by valet. If not using valet, limited parking available.
The pool area is nice, but really only for families with children
Bottom line, if looking for accommodation in the area, boutique hotel much better value if only a couple

Extremely Disappointing Stay – Would Not Recommend
Unfortunately, our experience at this hotel was far from enjoyable. From the moment we arrived, the service and facilities failed to meet even basic expectations. This is not a 5* hotel!
The food was a major letdown – served cold, with grey chicken and rubbery boiled eggs. It was both unappetising and concerning from a hygiene perspective. To make matters worse, I became violently ill during the trip, suffering from vomiting and diarrhoea. When I informed the front desk, the staff showed no concern or support – I was simply told, “I don’t know, sorry.”
The front desk staff were consistently unhelpful and distracted, often on their phones and unwilling to assist. We had booked a shuttle to the zoo using a QR code displayed at the hotel. However, no one informed us there would be an extra fee to enter the zoo’s farm area. When we sought help after waiting an hour for the shuttle, the staff told us to wait another 15 minutes and that they’d call. Instead, they handed us the phone with no explanation. In total, we waited nearly two hours, and the return shuttle was also 30 minutes late.
Our room was another disappointment. We booked a double room but were given two twin beds that would separate during the night, making it impossible to sleep comfortably. On top of that, cleaning staff entered the room without knocking or checking if the “Do Not Disturb” sign was out – one even walked in while I was getting changed, which was incredibly uncomfortable and inappropriate.
On top of that, the pool was freezing. The beds were equally uncomfortable – they would slam up against your back just from sitting down, making it impossible to rest properly.
Overall, the staff were rude, untrained, and seemed uninterested in helping guests. This was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had, and I would not recommend staying here to anyone.
The only good thing was the entertainment staff - they were lovely.

Unfortunately, not a 5-star hotel... Reasons:
Cocktails/Drinks: Most of the cocktails are not freshly prepared - they come from pre-made mixes in plastic gray bottles! They taste nothing like real cocktails. Completely unacceptable for a 5-star hotel!
Food: The food is generally good and there's plenty of it, but it's very repetitive. Almost no seafood (!), and after a few days it becomes really boring.
Room cleaning: Very strange situation - there are buttons in the room to indicate if you're inside, sleeping, or want cleaning, but it seems they are ignored. The cleaning staff just knock and enter after three seconds, regardless of the sign.
Toilets in public areas: For such a large hotel, there are very few toilets! They're small, usually overcrowded, and have glass doors - you can literally see people's inside! Some locks don't work, some are broken. Very unpleasant and absolutely no privacy.
Bathroom in the room: Also with a glass door that doesn't close properly, so again, no privacy. The shower is open, so water splashes everywhere when you shower.
Beach Towels: Almost every time we tried to get a towel, we were told that there were no more available and to “please come back in one hour.” When we came back an hour later, we got the same answer.
Sunbeds: Unfortunately, the condition of many sunbeds is very poor.

Lovely hotel, staff friendly, food delicious and lots of choices. Pool is huge and lots of sun loungers, very close to the beach, perfect for a sunrise / sunset swim. Room comfortable and clean. Found the weather in October just a pleasant heat. Would definitely come back!

The hotel was nice. Great food and decent service. Our only complaint was the spa. It was quite dirty and smell of mold. There were plenty of people working there but they just weren't doing their job and keeping the spa clean. They were much more interested in recruiting people for massage. The Hamam and Steam room were often not working and there was mold in the Hamam. I have attached screenshots. This is not something you should expect from a resort like this. They must do better!

Staff friendly , but not good at giving information. Instead you download the app and hope for the best. We had a room with a pool and at best was a 3 star. The hotel itself was lovely, but the rooms didn’t match up, especially the bathroom. The shower was very small and dated , so had to use the shower that was in the bath. Water shuts down at a certain time of the day , which nobody informs you about, but they were clean. We could smell sewage where our room was, which was very unpleasant. You have to buy drinks for your room as extra if you want them , which should be included in a 5 star hotel. The food wasn’t up to much , same things every day, but breakfast was the best. Beach bar food was the same thing everyday too. The toilets in the hotel itself were lovely and the pools were nice. Not much on offer regarding excursions, seems to be just trips to Lindos or Rhodes . Rhodes was lovely , but wouldn’t bother with Lindos as not much there . Overall , a nice hotel and we enjoyed our holiday, but it’s not a 5 star hotel in my opinion. Our 5 star stay in Turkey last year was much better and soft drinks mini bar was included!

This was our first time in Rhodes, and our stay at Lindos Imperial has been absolutely amazing. I emailed the hotel in advance to let them know it was my son’s birthday, and they went above and beyond to make it special. The room was beautifully decorated (at a small cost), and my son was thrilled. They even surprised us with a complimentary birthday cake, a bottle of champagne, and wine — such a thoughtful gesture.
The customer service throughout our stay has been excellent.
Andreas at the reception checked us in and looked after our needs through out our stay . He was very welcoming , great smile and made our holiday a dream. Great service Andreas !!
The staff are polite, friendly, and very attentive. Special thanks to Emanuel the barman, who knew my regular drink by heart after just a few days — impressive!
When it comes to food, the à la carte restaurants definitely stood out for their quality and flavour, although the kids preferred the main buffet restaurant with its wide variety of choices.
The entertainment has been fantastic — from the water slides and live music to the beautiful beach and kids’ activities, there was always something for everyone to enjoy.
Overall, we had a wonderful family holiday and would happily return to Lindos Imperial. Highly recommended for families looking for a mix of relaxation and fun!

This place is a paradise for so many reasons and has so much to offer.
All the basic things are covered and done so well. Rooms modern, clean and relaxing. Food both from buffet and restaurants are superb and caters for all.
What makes this place special is all the extra’s! The astronomy class was a real highlight for me Stratos was fun and full of knowledge about space and his telescope was amazing (I got to see saturn)!
The evening entertainment is really fun and family friendly, we don’t have kids but we really found it fun as adults too!
The nearby beach we took an excursion snorkeling around rhodes it was amazing (core memory unlock).
The staff here are not only professional and care for you but they also have fantastic humour which made the place really fun!
Also if you come across a ginger tabby cat we named marmalade, he is so friendly and lovely, he loves chicken and bum scratches! (He usually hangs round the Crepes place at night)

We’ve just returned from a wonderful week at Casa Cook. This is one of the best hotels we’ve ever stayed at. The hotel itself is truly beautiful and relaxing but it’s the team and service that make it so special. Nothing is too much trouble and they go above and beyond to make your holiday everything it should be. The food is also fantastic. Everything cooked to perfection and the standard is the same whether you’re ordering from room service or one of the two restaurants. The rooms are also lovely and clean, with service daily. If you get chance, the spa is also lovely with the hot stone massage by Kimberley a real treat. We also want to mention the service we received from Ioannis. He served us at breakfast and dinner and he was so warm and friendly. Always remembering what we liked and made our trip such a pleasure. Thank you to all the team at Casa Cook for a wonderful holiday. We look forward to returning again next year.

The most perfect idyllic hotel we have ever stayed at. A location with a stunning backdrop of mountains with peace and tranquility in abundance. Time really just seems to stand still. Breakfast is served by the edge of the main pool and it is excellent. It has an amazing variety and is such a high standard and incredibly the chefs change the menu daily to a great extent. The quality of the staff and their standard of politeness and friendliness is just so heartwarming and genuine. The beach is 10 minutes away we went on trips to Rhodes town and Lindos by bus which I really recommend….. both were wonderful day adventures. We never ever return to the same destination but such was the standard and magical ambiance that we really are considering returning in the future…

We stayed during the last week of opening at the end of October which meant that it was quiet and relaxed. The location is beautiful by the mountains and a short walk to a pretty little beach. The room was pretty average but I loved the pool outside the door. The Olive Bar just outside was friendly and welcoming with a well stocked food selection and drinks ranging from coffee to cocktails. The staff were all great, apart from the maid who locked us out of our room at 11 even though we'd arranged for a late checkout, but that was easily solved. As other people have said, the breakfasts were fantastic with everything you could wish for and great quality too. We had a really lovely time. Take a travel kettle and sort out your own in room refreshments as unfortunately there aren't any.

We had a great time overall – the hotel is lovely, with a beautiful view and excellent facilities. Breakfast was rich, varied, and very enjoyable.
However, there were some downsides. There was no coffee or tea station in the room, and unfortunately, our room had a noticeable mold smell and quite a few ants. When we shared this feedback with the front desk upon leaving, it seemed they were not interested in addressing it or improving for the future.
Additionally, the jacuzzi and heated pool came at an extra charge and were not available during our stay, which was disappointing.

We had a wonderful time here, the rooms and surroundings are stunning and all the food served was of such a high standard. The Vegan menu was great for when the dinner options were meat.
We also loved our private yoga sessions with Valeria, she was so lovely and tailored the yoga to our needs, would recommend!
We had an issue where we'd booked a yoga package which reception told us we hadn't booked, so we missed a couple of days of the classes we'd paid for. They were apologetic but we didn't get any refund.

Nice hotel by the sea. Nice staff at the reception who checked me in quickly and smoothly. Nice room with a view of the sea. However, the sofa in the room collapsed when I lay on it. One pillow was too small for the sofa. It is not fitting for such a nice hotel to have a sofa that breaks. Luckily I didn't hurt myself.
The barbecue buffet was large and tasty, the breakfast was also wonderful.

A warm welcome from all - highly recommended
We greatly enjoyed our time at Kresten Royal Euphoria Hotel. Going all inclusive helped us to relax and know that there were very few additional costs to our booking fee.
Jet2 staff greeted us at Stansted and in Rhodes, and our shuttle bus was immediately available, and dropped us at our hotel within 30 minutes.
Accommodation was very pleasant in a low rise block of just two storeys, and we had a lovely view of the sea. Shout out to Donna on the cleaning staff, who was very jolly and friendly.
Food was excellent - such a variety in the main restaurant (buffet style) and the a la carte restaurants were very good - make sure you book via the hotel app early in your stay as these get booked up quickly. You may not be able to get in for the first 3 or 4 days. We enjoyed the welcome from Giota, Argiro, Stergia, Sara and Tea.
The bar staff were charming and very helpful. We particularly enjoyed the warmth of Petros and Fotini.
And finally a shout out to Susanna on reception, who gained a refund for us from a local taxi firm who shockingly over-charged us. She secured an unexpected full refund for us.
All in all this was a great holiday and I heartily recommend Jet2 and this hotel to you.

We stayed three nights as a group of seven people (3 rooms, all-inclusive) and everything was perfect! The hotel is spotless, the staff is attentive and friendly, and there is always something delicious to eat. We especially enjoyed the main dining hall with its rich variety, as well as the poolside restaurant with plenty of food, drinks, and cocktails. The grounds are large and beautiful, with easy access to a lovely beach. Everything exceeded our expectations – we will definitely be happy to return!

Good hotel , in my opinion it's not a 5 star more a 4 star. Most of the staff are really great very helpful and nothing is a problem. The hotel is about 15mins out of rhodes old town , hotel shuttle bus is euros return well worth it . Swimming pools are salt water and cold . Our room was ok bath had a crack in it and generally needed a bit of a update. Not alot else around the hotel worth walking too.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff are extremely helpful and attentive, and the whole place is elegantly designed and very well maintained. There are plenty of loungers by both the pool and on the beach, which makes relaxing very convenient. The toiletries are of high quality, a real plus.
Dining is impressive: three à la carte restaurants, delicious food in the main restaurant, tasty ice‐cream at the parlor, and Italian snacks in the bakery. The rooms are spacious, the elevators fast, and the spa facilities top notch. One of the best things: the hotel staff make sure no one reserves loungers in the early morning—any towels or items placed to reserve spots before 10 AM are removed. That’s a big plus for fairness.
It’s also very helpful that prices in the hotel shop are comparable to those in town—not inflated—which adds to the good experience.
Every evening by the sea there's a live
performance (soft, gentle music), and then at the pool different entertainers or bands perform each night—nice variety.
If there’s one thing that could be improved: it would be more pleasant to dine in the main restaurant if the music were calmer—something like the gentle music you hear in the elevators. The upbeat, beachy music is fun, but it’s a bit distracting during meals.
Overall, a highly successful stay. Highly recommended!

It's a nice hotel, the staff are amazing and very kind and polite. Extremely helpful and accommodating. The place is clean and the food is good. The pool area is large and really lovely and the property is located on a stone beach, not far from the main shopping strip. However, the cocktails at the hotel are quite disappointing. Very cheap and made entirely with syrups, no fresh ingredients at all. One type of beer, no flavoured vodka's. The rooms also need a bit of love. Our door has a lot of nicks in it and the walls are cracking. It's a solid 4* but not a 5.

I spent my 30th birthday at Lindos Villge Spa and Resort on my own as a little retreat. I was nervous about my first ever holiday being alone and how I was going to be treated. But I can categorically say, I was treated like a princess from the second I arrived up until I was collected to go home.
The food was incredible and fresh and beautiful, everything was sparkling clean and crisp like a palace.
Even though the family hotel is next door there was absolutely no noise pollution at all. It sits perfectly on a hill and has the most incredible view of the sea. There is a million steps to go to the pool but I honestly did not care, because the views from everywhere you stood were serene and perfect. And there are slopes alongside to accommodate those who can’t do stairs.
The spa treatment was incredible too I felt like a new woman. At no point did I ever feel unsafe as a solo female traveller, everyone was professional and helpful.
Hand on heart, the best holiday I’ve ever had and I will be booking for my birthday again next year too. Cannot wait to come back and see more of Lindos.

Easyjet describe this hotel as 5 star and 6 restaurants, which is why we booked..
It feels more like a 2/3 star and does not have the advertised 6 restaurants. It has ONE restaurant available to half board and one that is available to upgrade to at extra cost. Our room was so bad we had to move room
5 star prices for 2-3 star accommodation and service..
Also of note. This was the most upgraded room possible via Easyjet.
- Not Five Star
- They even charge for Water at your Half board evening meal!
- Food lacking, lacklustre, slow and the staff just follow you about. Creepy and weird
- Advertised as 6 restaurants. In reality you have one! The pool bar is extra and there is one more a La carte. Also extra and empty so this is a one restaurant and one snack bar hotel but the snack bar is extra
- We had to change rooms. First room was disgusting
- Second room. No water. No coffee. No ability to even plug in the coffee machine.
- They then wanted 2 Euro for coffee pod. We had no tea or coffee making facility in the three awful nights we were there.
- TV not usable. Placed on the vanity unit. Wifi does not work with the TV reliably and nor does mirroring.
- You have to ask for tables to be made up at breakfast.
- No USB or even sockets in the bedroom so unable to have phones near beds. Some might say a good thing. I agreed but give us a choice. This is a Five Star hotel after all.
Only decent things are sunrise, Lindos and checking out!

This hotel has a beautiful location and the service from staff is impeccable. They try their best to cater for allergies as well. The evening entertainment is great live music and the grounds are lovely. The rooms are tired and in need of a bit of TLC. It is a taxi drive into lindos town and there can be a bit of a wait for the taxi but you can wait in reception. We enjoyed our stay here and would recommend it but would not agree with the 5* rating for the rooms. The staff are what make the holiday, from the reception staff to the pool bar and the bar staff everyone was lovely! The spa was also very nice and a lovely treatment.

This hotel was quite disappointing and not at all what the photos looked like. It is much closer to a 3 star hotel, think Travelodge, Greece edition. We booked the double deluxe panoramic sea view and I would not consider it ‘panoramic” unless you went to the furthest corner of the deck and hung yourself half over the edge.
There was a handful of things that contributed to my low review:
- If you’re a larger person, good luck going to the washroom. The toilet is almost under the sink, your legs sit under it while you use it.
- The shower doesn’t drain so you’re standing in water all the time and it overflows onto the bathroom floor.
- The soap bottles in the shower are worn off, so you don’t know what they are.
- The bathroom REEKS of urine. Not sure why, and not sure I want to know why. Seems like it backs up through the toilet or something each time you flush. Smells like a truck stop outhouse.
- There is not a single hook to hang your wet towel in the bathroom or the room.
- If you’re over 5’7” good luck showering because the shower head is freakishly short.
- There is no where to put the toilet paper so it sits on the counter that barley has enough room in itself so it gets wet every time you wash your hands.
- You get 2 caffeinated coffee pods and if you want more for the rest of your stay you have to pay 2 € per pod.
- Rooms are just outdated in general and could really benefit from a renovation.
- They need to re-silicone the shower because it’s dirty and old.
- They have music every single night until quite late (10:30-11) and you hear everything despite the door being closed so if you are hoping to catch some sleep, don’t count on it until late.
The pros:
- the breakfast buffet is quite good, big selection and generally tasty.
- The staff are lovely and very friendly.

The room I had was in a perfect spot, pool not too far away. I wasn’t at the top, beautiful view. Breakfast was really good, had a bit of everything to choose from. Front desk, Theodoro was cordial, and took me to my room and explained everything. Room service was very good and the housekeeping and cleaners were kind and cleaned the room very well. I would come back, there are some really good restaurants not too far away from there.

Our stay at the hotel was amazing!
We had a room with a private pool – perfect for a refreshing dip in the morning, then some time at the main pool during the day, and later we relaxed at the beach until the evening. So nice that the beach is just a short walk from the hotel!
The food was delicious, the service excellent – big compliments to the staff!
The spa massage was super relaxing too.
The biggest highlight for us was the Astronomy Night with Stratos. You should check it!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Gennadi Resort! From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredible – always smiling, friendly, and happy to help with anything we needed. Every request we made was met with a positive attitude and handled quickly and professionally.
The resort itself is stunning, with several beautiful outdoor pool areas under the open sky, each with its own unique charm. The service around the pool was outstanding – drinks and food were delivered straight to our sunbeds, making it easy to just relax and enjoy every moment.
The spa is fantastic, with a heated indoor pool that’s perfect even on cooler days. It added a special touch of luxury and comfort to our stay.
A special thank you to Fanni at the reception, who welcomed us warmly and assisted us throughout our visit. She was always kind, attentive, and went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed.

We had a fantastic holiday at Gennadi Grand resort. It truly is a 5 star resort. We hadn't been to Rhodes for quite some time and I did a lot of research before deciding on this beautiful resort. Yes,we knew it was quite a way from the airport but we had a private transfer included which took less than an hour. If you want to travel around it would be best to hire a car, however there is a bus stop right outside the hotel and there was the lovely little village of Gennadi about 15 minutes walk from the hotel. Lindos was about 20 minutes or so in a taxi.
We stayed ultra all inclusive and the food was excellent quality as were the variety of drinks both alcoholic and non alcoholic. Our room was a Seaview suite as our adult daughter was with us. Plenty of room for 3. We opted not to have a private pool as we enjoyed going to the pool and also the beach.
I would highly recommend this hotel and will definitely return. I also have to mention the great staff that work here. Always pleasant and willing to help. Thank you to everyone for making this a great holiday for us.

My stay at the Lindos Grand Hotel was overall fantastic. The property is modern, stylish and offers breathtaking sea views – especially at breakfast, simply amazing.
Breakfast itself was delicious with a great variety, and the service was excellent as well. Another highlight was the pool service – having drinks and snacks delivered directly to the sunbed made the holiday even more relaxing. The lovely ladies at the reception were always open to any questions, and a big thank you for the bottle of sparkling wine we received the day before departure – such a thoughtful gesture!
A few small improvement points: the bathroom bin bag could not be closed properly, and the balcony door was difficult to open and close, with a pillar also standing a bit in the way. In addition, the infinity pool and indoor pool close rather early in the evening – that’s why for our next stay we definitely plan to book a room with a private pool.
All in all, a hotel I can highly recommend. We will definitely come back!

Staff were consistently friendly and attentive, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. A special mention must go to the Guest Relation Manager Mrs Pavlou Katerina, who truly elevated our stay. Warm, professional, and genuinely attentive, she went above and beyond to ensure every detail was perfect. From the personalized welcome to checking in on us throughout our holiday, her kindness and dedication made us feel not just like guests, but truly valued. This level of care is rare, and it left a lasting impression, a true credit to the hotel.
Our room was spacious, very clean, and well-equipped, with comfortable beds and a stunning sea view. Some rooms even have private pools, which looked amazing. Housekeeping was reliable, and small details were much appreciated.
The infinity pool is a highlight, with beautiful views. The location is ideal, set in Vlycha Bay, just a short drive or taxi ride from Lindos village. It strikes the perfect balance between tranquility and accessibility close enough to explore, yet far enough to enjoy peaceful relaxation. The beach is mainly pebble, so water shoes can be helpful. The sea is very clear and calm, great for swimming.

We were a group of 10 people staying at the Lindos Imperial in Rhodes for a week on a family vacation. We expected a luxurious and pampering 5-star experience, especially considering the high price we paid. Unfortunately, we were very disappointed with both the food and the service throughout our stay.
The only bright spot was Andreas from the reception, who was exceptionally kind and helpful. He recommended on restaurants and dishes In the hotel , took care of our towel issues, and was there for us during the entire holiday. His professionalism and warm attitude truly stood out.
Overall, however, the experience did not meet our expectations for a 5-star resort.

Lindos Grand is ideally located a 10min bus journey from Lindos town and a 1 hour boat journey from Rhodes town. The hotel is an adult only hotel with a laid back vibe. Food in any one of the restaurants is PLENTIFUL. If you’re not a big eater, share a main course, honestly.
If you don’t want to eat in the hotel every night then there are a couple of restaurants within walking distance and are pretty good.
One of the best hotels that I’ve had the good fortune to stay at. Try the swimming pool rooms they are brilliant. The infinity pool is great if you can get a sun bed. 🌟

What an amazing hotel!
The staff were amazing and super friendly.
Myself and my family stayed here for a week in september for one of out birthdays, they came over to us during breakfast with a beautiful chocolate cake and sang happy birthday. The following day by the pool, the bar staff brought us another cake and they came over singing and dancing happy birthday in greek. What an amazing experience.
We had two suites which were both immaculate!
The pool was stunning and the life guard was also super friendly!
I would recommend this hotel to everyone and i would go back in a heartbeat.

My husband and I spent three nights at Rodos Park after extensive travels through Türkiye and Greece. Lovely boutique hotel located just outside the medieval city which was perfect. (We did not want to inside the medieval city and after doing a walking tour were happy with our decision.) Our room was comfortable, well-appointed with thoughtful touches. Guest service from reception to housekeeping to lounge and dining was excellent! The entire team is warm, welcoming and helpful all around. I highly recommend this hotel.

Boutique hotel in the best location in Rhodes Town. Just five minute walk from Gate d'Amboise to the old town and 10 minutes the other way, up the hill, gets you to the viewpoint for stunning sunsets, and access to the archeological park. This is a quality hotel, deserving of its five star rating and the staff are the happiest, friendliest group of hotel employees we have ever met. Food excellent, facilities excellent. An oasis of luxury hidden away just on the edge of the main attractions.

An absolute stunner! We loved staying at Rodos Park. Our suite was gorgeous, well-decorated and spacious. The staff were extremely helpful and knowledgeable of the area. They arranged a car rental for us directly at the hotel, taxis when we needed them and even a breakfast basket before our early morning flight. The pool area is excellent, so is the rooftop bar. Breakfast is fresh and delicious!

It's very tastefully decorated. The staff is very friendly and genuine; they're helpful and friendly at all times, which was fantastic for us. The bedrooms are superb, and the view of an ancient ruin completes the experience. Breakfast is also meticulously prepared, and the staff ensured that every day. The location is perfect; you're right in the old town of Rhodes, and the beach is just a few minutes' walk away. We spent a day riding a motorbike to explore the island, a tip from one of the staff. The wellness area was also excellent! In terms of value for money, you get your money's worth here. Definitely recommended.

This hotel is a total joke! I am writing this to warn future guests about the shocking behavior of the management here. After my stay, I had a very simple question about a minor charge on my bill.
Instead of answering it, the manager accused me of trying to get out of paying for things I supposedly consumed from the minibar! I have never been so insulted in my life. They called me a liar and a difficult guest just for asking a question. It feels like they are running a scam and then attacking anyone who notices. Avoid this place if you don't want to be falsely accused and treated like a criminal.
We had high hopes for this restaurant based on the menu descriptions. My partner's steak, ordered medium-rare, arrived well-done and was as tough as leather. To top it off, the service was slow and inattentive. For a bill that high, we expected fresh, well-prepared food, not what tasted like a failed attempt at fine dining. We won't be returning.
Avoid this place if you want to be treated with respect

We were really happy with our week at this hotel! It was quiet, clean, and the service was excellent😍 The bed in the room was unbelievably good! And we also really appreciated the pool we received as an upgrade. Housekeeping was excellent every single day as well. The hotel’s beach is clean and peaceful, the pool area is beautiful, and even though the hotel is located in a calm area, there are restaurants and a good supermarket within walking distance. We did have a rental car, but it was also nice to walk to lunch sometimes.
A small downside was that we couldn’t get even an extra hour for late check-out but luckily shower room was provided, thank you for that! Also, the hotel asked for reviews on Google/Tripadvisor perhaps a bit too often..😄 I mean first verbally, then with letters in the room, notes during check-in/out, and even by email after the trip. We’re happy to give a great hotel five stars review but it doesn’t need to be pressured.
Thank you very much for a wonderful week, and we’d be happy to return to this same hotel!

A stunning hotel with an amazing pool facing a private beach.
From the moment we arrived, the wonderful staff gave us a warm welcome and excellent service.
The breakfast was rich and delicious, and the dinner was one of the best we’ve ever had – every evening a changing 4-course gourmet meal.
We celebrated our 20th wedding anniversary, and they kept spoiling us with a bottle of wine, a cake, and the highlight – an upgrade to a room with a pool.
There’s no doubt we’ll be coming back here.

A true gem on Rhodes – boutique in the best sense of the word.
Boutique 5 is a modern, elegant retreat with only a few rooms, creating a wonderfully private and relaxed atmosphere. The staff is genuinely warm and attentive, the room service flawless, and the cuisine exceptional.
Dinner is served on a beautiful terrace with sweeping sea views – the kitchen delights with creative, high-level dishes that clearly aim to impress (and succeed).
All rooms are spacious and come with either a generous terrace or private pool – and best of all: every single one has an uninterrupted, full sea view. No “side sea view” tricks like in many big hotels – here, everything is exactly as promised.
Direct bookings even come with a few thoughtful extras.
This is exactly the kind of place we love – and will return to.

This is a stunning hotel. Me and my wife stayed here for 10 nights and it was bliss. A great location because it's peaceful and quiet with its own beach and the views from the pool and bar area are amazing.
The staff were wonderful, friendly and very hard-working. Nothing was too much trouble and they made our stay very comfortable. We felt very zen after leaving.
There are also many lovely restuarants nearby if you're not eating in the hotel. Some items are a little pricey but overall it was a wonderful experience.

Nice, clean hotel. Right next to the beach, staff were very accommodating and lots of friendky cats. However the hotel does not meet 5*
Some electrical sockets were loose and needed work.
TV wasnt working. Overall room looked like unfinished work.
There is no ATM at the resort, but 5mins away within other shops nearby so location was good.
Few options for food in the buffet area if all inclusive is chosen.
Bar staff were friendly and attentive.
Tgere are other restaurants, but need booking in advance. Had some good entertainment.
The Rhodes island is beautiful with lots of history and sight seeing!
Old Town Rodes, Lindos and the Butterfly Valley were amazing.

Wonderful hotel! We had a fantastic week here, absolutely nothing to fault. Rooms were basic (we booked a basic one) but comfortable and cleaned to a high standard. Staff were so friendly and helpful.
Poolside etc is great, never had any trouble getting a lounger, 2 pools and the sea to choose from, drinks delivered to you, snack bar open all day.
Buffet restaurant was really good, I found the variety decent each night, always something new to try, one of the better buffets I’ve been to.
The Greek al a carte was incredible, went there for our last night - you order your main in advance and then the rest is a tasting menu with half a dozen courses, each was delicious.
Good location, Ixia itself I didn’t think much of, but you’re so close to Rhodes town. Cheap bus can be booked from the hotel into the town, and the onsite car hire with galaxy with so convenient.

Overall, I’d say a 7 out of 10. Firstly, my usual gripe on 5-star ratings. There is no official yardstick so can only compare with others rated as 5-star. This just isn't - maybe a 4 at best?.
Room construction / layout / materials quality not 5-star. Pools / reception area close though, very nice.
All inclusive : Food not great and repetitive, drinks quality below average and the usual watered-down variants. Restaurant felt like a school dinner hall after the first couple of nights and having to wait for an outside table quickly became boring.
Nightly entertainment variable (and on weekly repeat loop…)
Managed to get a sunbed at anytime (unusual and a plus) but pools were cold (sea was warmer).
Beach small but nice view, rocky though so couldn’t just walk into sea bare-footed.
Staff generally OK – reception / reception bar and cleaners all good, others a bit perfunctory.
Our 2nd try at all-inclusive and probably our last, the lack of choice, quality of food / drink; lack of individuality and feeling of being tied into the facility not really worth the perceived value for money.
We did meet / hear several groups who were on their multiple return to this hotel so for some it clearly hits the mark.

We spent 2 weeks at Iaxian Grand Hotel recently. We had an inland facing room which was nice and spacious but was lacking in storage. Hotel was very clean and tidy. The main restaurant was very repetitive, same type of meals and not always hot. All the hotel staff were very helpful, friendly and polite. There were two barman who need a mention, they are Petros who worked the day shift and in the evening the head barman and his team. They were always helpful and friendly. They worked constantly to keep the wait to a minimum. The Hotel was situated a short walk from a few bars and the main strip. If you go out of the hotel and turn right, then left there is Phillips bar on the right where you will find a very warm welcome, they do meals and sell English canned beers. The hotel has a coach/mini bus service into Rhodes Town which you book via the app on the reception desk. It cost €8 return, this is well organised both ends and drops you near the harbour. The Hotel grounds and swimming pool area are well kept, pleasant and on a pebble beach. There are plenty of sun loungers and umbrellas. Entertainment is outside around the pool, they had a varying range of acts each night. We had a lovely relaxing holiday.

My partner and I stayed here for a week in October and had a really lovely time. We're both vegan and I'm lactose intolerant, so we knew there might not always be options for us to eat every night — but I have to say, the staff were amazingly helpful with this. I want to particularly mention and thank Chefs Giota and Angel, who came to speak to us personally every day to make sure there were vegan/dairy-free options available. And if there weren't any, they offered to prepare three-course meals for us, which were all absolutely incredible. A truly remarkable level of care and service for their guests.

Not bad, but there are downsides that left a bad experience .
I chose this hotel based on reviews on Google Maps. For the first time, the reviews really let me down because this hotel was a disappointment. We stayed with my family at the beginning of September.
The only positives I can mention are the friendly staff – the reception and main restaurant staff were great. And of course, the sea itself saved our vacation.
As for the negatives – the cleanliness, or rather, the lack of it. I’m not a very picky person and usually overlook many things, but here it was complete chaos 😒. Dirty towels, the room was not cleaned (they only made the bed), and even the beach was dirty – I was shocked. The beach was not cleaned (only glasses were removed), and the amount of trash can be seen in the video.
The evening entertainment was the biggest disappointment. It was extremely boring. The mini disco for kids lasted only about 30 minutes and not every day. For adults, it felt like something for people aged 60+. Honestly, in 7 nights there was only one evening where we could actually dance a little and enjoy the atmosphere.
The food was also mediocre. I didn’t even feel like going to breakfast because it was the same every day with very little to choose from. This is definitely not 5-star quality – even my experience in 4-star hotels was much better.

Staff were so lovely and accommodating. If you are planning to do a trip at the old town in Rhodes do it. The hotel booked a taxi for you and stopped right outside the castle and costed us €15 for a 20 minute drive from the hotel.
Food at the hotel were so good, the Italian restaurant was just beautiful, my 10 year old enjoyed it.
The pool was very cold and salty and thats the only thing we complained about🤣
Worth the money and so much to do at the hotel for the kids and adult, you won't get bored. The entertainment at night was just brilliant, every night was different and they were amazing, no faults ro give.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Eden roc hotel. We Would highly recommend for families. The staff were incredible, especially the ladies at the kids club. Our little boy loved them.
The food was amazing, they have 8 restaurants on site and we were really impressed with the food quality and choice of the buffet.
The entertainment through the day at the beach and on a night was also fantastic.
We would encourage any families looking at this hotel to give it a go as we had an amazing time.

A Wonderful Stay at Eden Roc Hotel, Rhodes
We had a fantastic time at Eden Roc Hotel and would happily return!
From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with a glass of fizz – a lovely touch. Our original room wasn’t quite right, but the reception team were helpful and moved us to a much more suitable one a few days in. No stress – we were just happy to be there.
The food was outstanding – fresh, flavourful, and varied every day. A special mention to the omelette/egg station – I don’t like my eggs sunny side up, and the lovely egg chef was more than happy to cook them on both sides for me every single morning. Always smiling, and such a great way to start the day.
Drinks were just as impressive – Christina at the main bar was amazing, always keeping the drinks flowing with a big smile. Such a lovely girl and a real credit to the team.
The hotel itself is spotless, with a luxurious scent in the lobby that makes a lasting impression. The beach restaurant staff were so friendly and accommodating, even in the 33-degree heat – always cheerful and helpful.
The animation team truly made our stay even more special. Ingmar, in particular, was an absolute star – so full of life, energy, and warmth. He’s not just entertaining; he’s a genuinely lovely person who made everyone feel welcome. Kiki and Sebastiano also brought great vibes, and their signature “woooows” are still stuck in my head!
There are three great pools to enjoy, and the sea is literally a few steps behind the hotel – perfect for a morning swim. The hotel is also very family-friendly, with something for all ages.
But for me, the highlights were the amazing food, the cocktails, the people – and the stunning sunrise views

have just returned from a 5 night stay at the Atrium Prestige in Rhodes with family.
This resort is thoroughly deserving of the five stars in every category, providing us with an enjoyable, relaxing holiday, with memories that will last a lifetime.
My first impression when upon arrival the resort lobby at check in was how spotless the venue was, how professional and welcoming the reception staff were, and of course, the stunning sea view as you looked out the doors. (Reception located on third floor).
Our room was spacious, and had everything we could have wanted and more, including a private pool, which all of us, especially my two daughters loved! Again the private pool and garden had stunning sea views.
All the services the hotel had to offer from restaurants, bars, pool and spa area were first class. However, for me, what made this resort stand out from the rest was how personable ano accommodating all the staff were towards us.
The private beach is clean, and well looked after, which we visited every day. Again, the staff who brought drinks to your lounger were professional as ever.
I would not hesitate for a minute to recommend this resort to anyone. An absolutely fantastic trip was had by all! Thank you so much.

Wow! Where do I start? From the moment you arrive in the lobby of the Atrium Prestige Hotel you will be blown away by the quality of the property, the friendliness and professionalism of the staff as well as the promise of an unforgettable break that awaits you. The welcome drinks while you sort out check-in formalities are a sign of what’s to come and the golf-cart ride to your room is a lovely way to get settled into the hotel properly.
On to the rest of the property: It’s incredible! I was staying in a Platinum Beach Room with a gorgeous sea view and as someone who stays in a lot of hotels I was thoroughly impressed with my room. They were kept immaculately clean throughout my stay and the little details that are dotted throughout each room really made it feel really special.
Food and drink at every different restaurant and bar were incredible with superb service throughout. The quality of ingredients was second to none and the culinary talent on display was incredible. I particularly rate the food and service at the Thalassa Mediterranean Restaurant, as that provided me with some really special dishes.
The service from every staff member was excellent and this really made the holiday feel very special. Every interaction we had with a waiter or bar-staff was incredibly friendly and warm yet thoroughly professional – the team here is truly excellent.
Finally, the premium all-inclusive was definitely the way to go. It made for an exceptionally carefree way to enjoy the incredible food and drink that the hotel had to offer and even for the handful of things that weren’t included (E.G. champagne, etc…) the discounted prices that I received made it an easy decision to decide to treat myself.
In short: don’t hesitate to book a holiday to the Atrium Prestige. Feel your cares melt away as you order an incredible beach-side cocktail and then drift off to sleep dreaming about booking the same holiday again next year – I know that’s what I did.

We have just returned from a weeks break at the end of the season (October) and I cannot praise this resort enough. It is spaced over a large area, and was full while we were there, yet the hotel was always so tranquil. We were met by the management team on arrival and the 5 star treatment did not end right until the end of our holiday. We were made to feel like we were the only guests and thoroughly enjoyed our week. The rooms are all very well appointed, the restaurants all had a different and varied menu. The service from all staff was top notch. We felt it was extremely good value for money compared like for like at other similar resorts. The position on the island is more remote than other Rhodes resorts and is quite windy on the beach. If you didn't want the beach, there are several pools which were more sheltered. There is a children's activity programme, which appeared well suited to younger children. The spa was amazing, the gym well appointed. All in all, a 5 star, tranquil, relaxing week.

💯This was truly one of the best resorts I’ve ever stayed at. Everything about the Atrium Prestige felt luxurious, from the beautiful architecture and peaceful surroundings to the care and warmth of the staff. Everyone went out of their way to make our stay as wonderful as possible, and you could really feel that they love what they do.
Being a bit of a tech nerd, I was also so impressed by how modern and seamless everything was! You can order food and drinks directly through an app, whether you’re by the pool, at the beach, or relaxing in your room and even reserve tables in one of the five (!!) restaurants. I’m usually a bit of a picky eater, but there was truly something for everyone here, and every meal was delicious.
The beach was another highlight, absolutely stunning! It varies from sand to smooth pebbles, and the water was so crystal clear I was honestly shocked (and this is coming from someone living in Switzerland!). Beach access is super easy too, just a short walk from the hotel.
We also had a bespoke Greek massage, which was such a unique and relaxing experience, very different from others I’ve had and definitely worth trying.
For anyone who likes to explore, I’d recommend renting a car (you can easily arrange this through the hotel).
All in all, a 10/10 experience across the board. Beautiful place, amazing people, and so many lovely memories to take home. I’d recommend it to absolutely everyone!

We spent an incredible last week of September at the Atrium Hotel.
+ A delightful beach with plenty of sunbeds and a wonderful sea to swim in
+. Great food and a wide choice of à la carte restaurants
+ Very friendly staff
+. Everything was very clean (although it depended on the cleaning lady – our linen wasn’t changed for three days despite the signs and tips)
- The adults-only area on the beach is a great idea, but unfortunately neither guests nor staff respected it. The sign should definitely be placed in a more visible spot.
- There was no coffee machine at breakfast, so you had to wait until a waitress came to ask if you wanted one.
