A Wonderful Stay at Al Raha Beach Resort and Spa Our experience at Al Raha Beach Resort and Spa was truly memorable. From the moment we arrived, the staff impressed us with their attentiveness and dedication to maintaining the rooms, grounds, beach, and amenities in pristine condition. The lifeguards at both the swimming pool and sea area were exceptionally vigilant. When my wife had a minor accident and cut her foot, a lifeguard responded within a minute, promptly disinfecting the wound and applying a plaster. This first-class service, especially from Kris and the rest of the lifeguard team, gave us great peace of mind. Dining at the self-service International Buffet was a highlight. The food was consistently delicious, beautifully presented, and the staff ensured our plates were cleared and drinks delivered promptly. While some menu items were a bit repetitive, it never detracted from our overall dining experience. Special thanks to Joyce and Jefrey for their exceptional and friendly service, which made our meals even more enjoyable. One of the standout features of this resort is the abundance of sunbeds—no need to worry about the usual ‘sunbed wars’! Vishram deserves a special mention for keeping us refreshed on the beach with his attentive and polite service. Our room was extremely comfortable, and the housekeeping was outstanding. Gukan Ilaiya, our housekeeper, often surprised us with creative towel figurines on our freshly made bed, adding a delightful personal touch to our stay. Our recommendation is to stay on an ‘all inclusive’ basis, as the drinks are expensive. Overall, we loved our time at Al Raha Beach Resort and Spa and in Abu Dhabi. We look forward to returning for another wonderful stay.

The Al Raha Beach hotel is a beautiful hotel. The rooms are really spacious and comfortable. One minor point in our room I would add is that they could benefit from extra lighting as in the evening we struggled to see what we were doing! Also an extra plug socket with USBs would be useful. I think I’d recommend bringing a small extension lead would solve the problem. When it comes to Service though this was second to none. Our 2 room attendants Prasada and Krishna could not have done more. The rooms were left immaculate with beautiful touches like scattered rose petals and exquisite towel decor. This attention to detail made us feel very special and we thoroughly enjoyed every moment of our stay.

We had a wonderful stay at the Beach Rotana Abu Dhabi. The food was excellent, delicious and always freshly prepared. The rooms were consistently clean and well-maintained, which made the stay even more comfortable. The staff were exceptionally courteous and attentive throughout our stay. The service overall was outstanding. I would especially like to highlight the team working at the pool and the pool bar. They were always very friendly, professional and incredibly attentive. Excellent Stay at Beach Rotana Suites! Our stay at Beach Rotana Suites was truly exceptional! The suites are beautifully designed spacious, modern, and very comfortable, with stunning views and all the amenities you could ask for. From check-in to check-out, the reception staff were absolutely outstanding, warm, professional, and genuinely attentive, making us feel welcomed and valued throughout our stay. The location is perfect, connected to the mall and just a short walk from everything you might need. The housekeeping and room service were impeccable, and every detail was handled with care and attention. Good location, very central and within easy reach to the Corniche but also to Saadiyat (20 minutes) and to the CC/Galleria mall. Service is very nice; everyone was very professional and helpful. Aws and Yusuf were very helpful and professional; thanks. Even housekeepers are pleasant. We had 2 rooms, 1st night on the South tower; the rooms are a smaller there and the 2nd night in the North tower, floor 15. Those rooms have a great view and they are very spacious with larger bathrooms. They seemed clean though when the kids tried to use the Jacuzzi some really disgusting stuff came out (probably no one used them in a while). Breakfast and lunch buffet are good and generous (though very expensive); all restaurants in hotel are expensive btw. The swimming pool is nice (though a little too close to the buildings) and there is a decent beach/sand front. The gym is huge, more like a professional self standing gym and not a hotel gym. They have all kind of equipment and several rooms. Did not check if they have Sauna/Steam though or locker rooms. Overall very good and very nice 4 plus stars hotel.

We celebrated our birthday with an afternoon tea at Emirates Palace, I have to say after we finished this blew my mind as it’s a very different concept to what afternoon tea usually is, the big difference was that the offerings were not all served together but there are several rounds of food/deserts being served. The ambience is nice and relaxing with live music in the background, the setup and Chinaware exquisite as you would expect. The taste of what’s offered was absolutely amazing and very delicious and ample. However the service was what complimented the whole experience, Aliya and Keziah were amazing, very professional and friendly, however the star of the day was Dino, talkative, informative and very bubbly and funny 😄, he was amazing not just with us but all the tables around us too. Definitely worth trying, the whole experience for us took 2 hours and we enjoyed every single minute. 10 out 10 for everything.

The property feels more “palace” than “hotel”: expansive public spaces, elegant architecture and décor from marble to gold details help create a regal atmosphere. Furnishings and amenities are top-tier: marble bathrooms, choice of suites (sea view, garden view, etc.), and in premium categories, access to the hotel’s private EP Club with extra privileges. The hotel sits on a stunning private 1.3 km stretch of beach, with a marina, lush gardens, and easy access to Abu Dhabi’s Corniche and other landmarks.

I especially want to highlight the staff member Tarek at the entrance. He was always extremely friendly, constantly offering coffee and dates, and was just genuinely kind. Absolutely amazing – the perfect stay during the Formula 1 weekend! We booked our trip as a package directly through the Formula 1 website, including both the race tickets and the hotel – and it was absolutely worth it! Our stay at the Rixos in Abu Dhabi was incredible from start to finish. The check-in and check-out were very friendly and impressively fast, allowing us to begin our trip completely relaxed. Our room was fantastic – modern, spotless, comfortable, and equipped with everything we needed. One of the highlights was definitely the pool area. It’s large, beautifully designed, and perfect for unwinding after an intense race day. The staff throughout the hotel were extremely friendly, attentive, and always in a great mood. The location is also ideal: there’s a mall directly across the street, which was super convenient. We also want to highlight the room service: despite ordering at 1 a.m., the food arrived quickly and tasted delicious – really impressive! Another standout moment was our dinner at the Haisho restaurant on the 38th floor. The food was outstanding, the view over Abu Dhabi was breathtaking, and our waiter was incredibly kind and attentive. A truly memorable dining experience. Overall, we enjoyed four fantastic days at the Rixos and will definitely return. Highly recommended!

All in all a wonderful hotel and all inclusive experience. There were some standout members of staff who made the experience, whilst sometimes it was a little understaffed and slow. The hotel is beautiful, clean and modern in a fabulous location. Staff members of note: Beach - Rubel and Rimon, simply amazing people! Sunglasses - Benson! What a wonderful person, you need to chat to this man. Beach bar - Alin and Phone, such lovely, kind men. Antidote bar - Shayan, made us feel so welcome. Attentive and kind. Breakfast - Lin - quiet but so friendly, a lovely person. 37/38 floor - Andrew - simply the best! All round can’t explain how great this restaurant was. Best we have ever been in whilst in UAE or rest of the world

Rixos Marina Abu Dhabi exceeded our expectations. The grounds are beautifully maintained, with gorgeous views and plenty of space to relax. The food was consistently delicious, and the kids’ club is truly exceptional — extremely well-run, full of activities, and one of the best I’ve seen anywhere. Service was friendly and attentive throughout our stay. The beach is average and the water was a bit chilly at the end of November, but that didn’t take away from the overall experience. Our family recently had a fantastic stay at this resort! The rooms were incredibly spacious, which was a huge plus for us. The room service was prompt and the food was always delicious. What really stood out was the staff; they were so accommodating and went above and beyond to help with any questions or issues we had. It’s a very family and kid-friendly place, and we felt welcomed from the moment we arrived. The variety of restaurants and food choices was excellent, and we enjoyed the relaxing atmosphere throughout the resort. Plus, there’s so much to do just outside the hotel, with great shopping, museums, excursions, and even theme parks nearby. We can’t wait to come back!

My partner and I stayed for 8 nights in November for the first time. I’ll start with the positives we experienced during our stay. Firstly the location is perfect, you are equally close to Yas Island or the city and can enjoy exploring both, you’re also very close to the new cultural district which has museums to explore. The beach is stunning along with the sunsets you can view. Next the service, every staff member there is incredibly kind and helpful, from the pool to each restaurant, they can’t do enough to help. Finally the common areas are stunning, the decor is extravagant and clearly a lot of thought has been put into it. Now onto the negatives, if you are not a family this is not the hotel for you. It is a predominantly family friendly hotel with only one main pool. There is a huge kids pool with slides and a wave pool that was empty during our stay, we were told by staff that this was because alcohol is not served in these areas so the parents prefer the main pool. An easy fix would be to change this rule or something more permanent would be to build an Adults only pool. There were some areas of sun loungers that were adult only but they were not poolside and they also had children there with staff not enforcing the rule. Onto the food, we were really disappointed in the quality of food at the resort, even in the al a carte restaurants, it was fine but not in standing with the cost of the stay. The drinks on offer were generally really good, except the wine, of which there were only two option of both red and white - both of which weren’t great. The rooms themselves looked tired, I don’t think there has been any work done to maintain the standard since opening and it showed. Paint peeling and chipped, and general wear and tear on the furniture. We stayed in the fourth floor overlooking the pool in a sea view room, at multiple points during our stay there was a smell of sewage in the hallway. One evening we returned to our room and the smell was incredibly strong inside, I called reception immediately to report it, they called back after 20 minutes to offer us a new room on the ground floor, but at this point is was 11pm and we were tired. My parents were staying two doors down and had the same issue and the same solution was offered however again not appropriate at the time, after a while the smell started to dissipate so we were able to get to sleep. The following day management followed up with my mum (not me) and offered the same room again, however we had selected the sea view rooms for exactly that so it wasn’t an appropriate compensation, they also offered my parents a discount upon their next stay. I work in hospitality and this was shocking to me, you should not have to pay extra in order to solve a solution that has happened during this stay. The hotel could have easily offered a complimentary gesture such as resort credit and it would have been a welcomed, particularly given the cost of the stay. Upon checkout nothing was mentioned to me at all, no apology or acknowledgment of the issue, so I asked to speak with a Manager. I explained the problem and advised how I was really disappointed with the communication and management of the whole issue, she had no idea about it and also no idea who had been communicating with my parents, but reassured me she would fix it as they had two more days left of their stay. Unfortunately no one reached out to them at all, and upon checking out they were informed that a ‘free’ bottle of prosecco had been placed in their room - this was incorrect, so potentially was left in the wrong room - and again this is the same prosecco that is complimentary across the resort so no real effort. It was an incredibly disappointing end to a mostly positive stay at the Rixos, I would encourage some Incident resolution training for their management along with taking the above feedback on board.

We stayed at this hotel for 4 nights. The location is perfect. Soft sandy beach, beautiful calm water, paradise😍 The staff were so friendly and smiling all the time no request was too much for them. So far so good! Great location just 25 mins for the airport (no aircraft noise), great beach and the hotel covers a vast area so no feeling of being crammed in at all. This is our third a la carte restaurant during our stay and once again the food and service has been first class. Today at the Orient, great service with a smile for Ahron who looked after us. Just two days left for us in the Middle Eastern gem of a short stay!

Review of Orient Restaurant 28/11/25: Excellent food!! 10/10 every dish was amazing. The service was equally as good from all the staff, sofiya was great and so professional. We also loved the dj. The place was also very clean as were the toilets so a further thanks to the amazing cleaners.

Bab Al Qasr pool and beach drawing praise for its serene atmosphere and convenient location. The service is a standout feature and truly professional — you feel welcome from the very first moment! The facilities are well maintained with showers, changing rooms, and lifeguards on duty. Exceptional team work at the pool, especially attentive life guard mr. Darlington and all under the supervision of mr. Yunus. The huge green area in front is well maintained, the beach is nice and clean, though gets crowded at times so pick your spot earlier. At the ‘Loop’ you can chill with friends or family and enjoy in a beautiful AD sunset 🌅! The whole hotel has a pleasant atmosphere and attentive service. Highly recommend!

I stayed at Bab Al Qasr Hotel during my recent conference at the Conrad, and the location was definitely a big advantage—just a few minutes away. I tried their in-room dining and ordered a burger. The flavor was good, but the meat tasted more like meatballs, which brought back an old childhood memory I didn’t enjoy much. My only real issue was during check-in. The staff allowed other guests to pass ahead of me without explanation, then gave me the wrong room card twice, which delayed my check-in. The manager later tried to fix the situation with a complimentary dessert in the room, which I appreciated. Breakfast was very good, not excellent, but definitely enjoyable. Overall, the stay was very good but not perfect. Good location, decent food, and effort from management—but the check-in delay affected the first impression.

The view from the rooms is beautiful especially at night. You also get free access to the 360 observation deck. The breakfast was pretty insane… no matter how picky, you’re bound to find something you like. We also enjoyed watching the sunrise from the private beach.

Really nice and well organized hotel. Everything perfectly clean, accurate and in very good shape. Personnel is extremely thoughtful, friendly and I assume that they are even able to read one‘s mind 🙃 Gym is well equipped, we used it several times. Location by itself is really nice with some special sights in foot distance and everything else being reachable by taxi or public transport. The hotel also has two pools and direct beach access - with sufficient sun beds for everyone! Great stay and we love to come back!

Pros: position is beautiful, private beach is rare and gorgeous, staff there - particularly Arshad - are always ready to help and seem happy about it. Rooms are spacious and from a standard you have a majestic view over the presidential palace. Cleanliness is a major plus in here, room service is excellent. The Kamoon a lá carte restaurant is truly a 5-star and prices are not high. Cons: details are sometimes not 5-star worthy. Some examples are food variety (you don’t get crepes at breakfast and only get one at a time between pancakes and waffles, sweet brioches are always empty and most of the times you have to ask the chef for Nutella, you can’t get it by yourself. Moreover, we found a couple of broken elevator lights, staff at the reception was not very welcoming nor smiling, and overall English level is not great. The room is rather classic, some modernitazion could work well. Overall good hotel, would be a 4-star worthy without such location and beach in my opinion. Would still recommend.

The hotel is in perhaps the best location in the city, close to the Mandarin. The standard room is very large and perfectly clean. Cleaning staff works effortlessly and does a great job. Pools and the private beach are perfect. The staff, particularly Shiksha and Hajjala, are smiley and welcoming. The reception staff instead could be more empathic and their English level could be slighly better. Another special mention goes to Borhan at the grill, the meat he cooked was special. Overall, great hotel

The food was consistently excellent, and the service truly stood out. Regina, the Head of Front Desk, deserves special recognition for her warm demeanor and unwavering commitment to ensuring our stay was comfortable. She went above and beyond to meet our needs, and her efforts were greatly appreciated. Martha, who assisted her, was equally helpful and attentive. In the restaurant, Shaleh, Moosa, and Faruk were outstanding. They were incredibly hardworking, responsive to every request, and made sure we were well taken care of throughout our stay. Their professionalism and dedication did not go unnoticed. We’d also like to extend our gratitude to the chefs for the delicious meals, especially for accommodating our special requests for aloo paratha and masala dosa. Every dish was prepared with care and skill. The entire team at Horizon Restaurant is a credit to the hotel. Absolutely wonderful. The architecture inside the room was strange though. The washroom and the shower room cannot be locked from inside so there's no complete, 100% privacy. Never saw this anywhere else in the world. The housekeeping was top-notch. Thanks to Mukesh and Anjanette. Very prompt. Very professional. Aarya at front desk was awesome too. Very cooperative. Very accommodating. Very respectful. Tifany, Ikra and Rudrakshi in the breakfast room were very charming, very professional, and very welcoming. Everyone in the breakfast room was easily approachable, unlike other hotels where they avoid looking at you, lest you call them and ask for something. Overall, a great experience at the Park Hyatt Saadiyat Island. First time here, but definitely not the last time.

Excellent experience with check-in and room view, amenities and kudos to the housekeeping team (Mukesh and Anjanette) for making the stay perfect. Breakfast buffet had varied options, including made-to-order items that you can let the helpful waitstaff know to bring to your table. Something unique that I've not seen elsewhere is the option to order special pillows (image of options attached) for extra comfortable sleep. And besides luggage storage, Park Hyatt offers shower facilities in their Spa till 10pm, which is a life saver if you want to do a tour or something else before a late flight. ~ 30 mins to Abu Dhabi airport from hotel.

It was a very good experience with the hotel staff. Peter at the entrance, welcomed us with a big smile on his face. He remembered us from the last year, as well as we did him. Puja at the restaurant and some of her colleagues greeted us with overwhelmingly positive highlighting exceptional helpfulness and friendliness. Jean Paul at the beach is one of the most friendliest beach attendant we have ever seen. Our chamberservice let by Duminda made our room very clean and comfortable every day. Overall we would like to express our joy and gratitude for their proactive service and attentiveness and hope to come back as soon as possible. The hole stuff made our holiday unforgettable.

We were in Abu Dhabi for the first time and in the park Hyatt Abu Dhabi Saadiyat. In summary, we were able to experience a very nice stay and luxury in perfection. From check-in to check-out, the stay was perfect and the service was at the highest level. Again and again we were asked whether everything went to our complete satisfaction. The entire staff is very accommodating, friendly and service-oriented and you feel completely valued as a guest. Our room was stylish, elegant and spotlessly clean - room service morning and evening. Bed was also comfortable. The hotel complex itself is a green oasis. Water, palm trees and enough sunbeds everywhere. This also applies to the beach section. Yesterday, the whole atmosphere was relaxed, exclusive and luxurious. A wide selection of fresh and high-quality food is available for breakfast. This also applies to dinner in the various restaurants. We would like to express our special thanks to Mr. Sriraj and the whole team for their excellent care and service. We felt completely comfortable. As an overall impression property in Park Hyatt Abu Dhabi, luxury, style and hospitality at world-class level.

An outstanding experience! We held our baby shower there, and took one of the suites. Right from the start, from the valet, its a breeze, welcoming and well organized Staff is so well trained and managed. Their hospitality training reflects, it shows they know what they re doing. Good communication skills. They were so clear in what they could offer and not and also think solutions with the guest. It was a group of 12 guests we had come over for the baby shower, lots of stress and organizing but with the Park Hyatt staff behind you it was much easier, This was so valuable We had a butler Manish who attended and with his team they supported us through the day and evening. Well well done guys. Also shoutout to Mariana and another lady i forgot name who helped with planning the event in the room Food was terrific and well timed. Now the location and facilities are just perfect, what a beach and view The water from the showers there and in the pool seem to feel softer and cleaner than other pools.( and yes i can compare with all Saadyat Hotels,been there done that). What a terrific weekend and hosting guys, this is by far one of the best experiences and we still talk about it. Worth every penny. We recently stayed at this hotel last minute as our travel plans to another country had changed. We stayed in the resort view one bedroom suite. We had an excellent experience. The rooms were beautiful and the service was excellent. We had a half board package. The buffet restaurant (Sim Sim) had extremely high quality food. The Si Italian restaurant was also incredible and we were able to choose a 3-course meal from a very wide range of options included in our package. We also went to the Hamilton’s Gastro Pub but didn’t like this restaurant very much and the quality of food didn’t quite match the rest of the resort. Overall, I will definitely return to this hotel and would certainly recommend it.

I’ve had the pleasure of staying at Saadiyat Rotana for about five months straight due to work, and it truly feels like a comforting second home. One of the standout aspects is definitely the people. Every interaction, whether with Hom Yaovi, Brent, or Saad from the valet, is always filled with positivity. They greet you with a smile, remember details about your life, and make you feel genuinely valued. Alizon at the reception always makes sure I’m comfortable and gives me the best rooms, while the staff at the gym is so sweet. Beyond the amazing staff, the resort itself is stunning. The rooms are so beautifully designed, it doesn’t have the usual hotel room interior decor. It’s unique and the overall ambiance is unmatched. I’ve stayed at practically every hotel in Abu Dhabi, but nothing compares to the vibe at Saadiyat Rotana. The resort has a wonderful scent, and I love unwinding at the beach after work or taking strolls at night after the beautiful resort. The breakfast is another highlight, my favourite amongst all hotels in AD. It’s so diverse and delicious, even for vegetarians. my experience has been flawless, and I’m looking forward to many more stays at Saadiyat Rotana!

This hotel is amazing! The resort is fabulous, a really good 5star. The rooms are spacious and immaculately clean, the food in all the restaurants is really good, fresh ingredients, very tasty and plenty of choice. My favorite spot was the Nasma bar & restaurant. The best feature of this property is the service, all the staff are fantastic. Henry the manager is so lovely he is such a positive happy person. Lahiru in Nasma bar is just amazing, I never had to ask for anything he was so attentive and such a lovely man to chat with. Will definitely return and recommend to others.

Hotel is Wonderfully located, Saadiyat island nature beautiful place, better than any place I have been in Dubai. Staff is warm and helpful. From main entrance porter Mr Yaove was excellent. Lounge service at the 4th floor, Mr Saw was amazing serving people with passion and energy. Pastry at the main lobby was delicious, I suggest to try mini brownie and Nutella Crostini. It was an excellent time here. Definitely come back.

From the moment we arrived to the moment we left, we were treated with the utmost respect, and the hospitality truly made our visit memorable. Every staff member we encountered—front desk, doormen, room service, restaurant staff, and the wonderful Ritz Kids Club team—was incredibly polite, warm, and attentive. They greeted us with a smile, remembered little details, and made our little boy feel so special. The hotel’s cleanliness was top-class, and the location was excellent, with easy access to Abu Dhabi’s main attractions. We stayed in an executive suite, which was absolutely divine. The pool area was beautifully maintained, and the pool staff were friendly and accommodating throughout our stay. We visited during the last week of September, and it wasn’t too busy, which made the experience even more enjoyable. We will definitely be returning to this exceptional hotel—truly a palace in every sense!

We stayed as a family of four (kids aged 4 and 6) at The Ritz-Carlton Abu Dhabi, Grand Canal in October and had a lovely experience overall. We booked a deluxe room with lounge access, and there were plenty of highlights that made our stay memorable. Positives: - The hotel is very close to the airport, which was great after a long flight. - Staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming, special mention to Osumane at the front desk and Thidar at the Kids Club, who were both fantastic. The Club Lounge team were also brilliant and made us feel right at home. - The Kids Club was excellent, our children loved going every day, which gave us some time to relax. - The pool area is large, beautifully kept, and perfect for families, spacious and not too deep, ideal for young kids. - Our room view of the Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque was stunning, especially at sunset. - Food quality across the restaurants and buffet was generally very good, and the gym was probably the best I’ve seen at any hotel…spacious and equipped with top-quality machines. - The team at Li Jiang went above and beyond after a delay during our first dinner there, inviting us for complimentary drinks another evening, a very classy gesture. - The hotel wasn’t too busy during our stay, which made it all the more relaxing. Negatives: - Check-in took around 30 minutes, which felt long given the hotel wasn’t busy. - The coffee machine in our room didn’t work properly. - Food service times were consistently slow…on two of the three restaurant visits, meals took a long time to arrive (around 3 hours total each time), which was tough with kids. - The beach area is quite small, and due to nearby construction, part of it was closed off, meaning no kayaking or paddle boarding was available, which was disappointing. - The most concerning issue was a major water leak in the main buffet restaurant during breakfast, it flooded part of the dining area and clearly wasn’t just “maintenance.” The situation looked quite serious, and staff seemed very stressed. There was also maintenance work taking place outside the Club Lounge on the 7th floor, which was a bit disruptive. Despite these issues, the staff handled things professionally and acknowledged the shortfalls, which I really appreciated. There were far more positives than negatives, and we left feeling that the service and hospitality made up for the hiccups. Would I recommend it? Yes, especially for families. With a few improvements, this could easily be a five-star experience.

Memorable stay at the Ritz Carlton, Grand Canal. From the moment we arrived, the hotel staff were extremely warm and helpful, offering us dates and arabic coffee. We got a room on the 3rd floor. Room was adequately spacious, aesthetically pleasing and spotlessly clean and had all the amenities one would expect from the Ritz. The room comes with a balcony offering stunning views of the gigantic pool and beach, which along with the hotels Venetian inspired architecture is an absolute treat for the eyes, especially enjoyed evening time when the lights are fully illuminated. The breakfast next morning was plentiful, varied and delicious. Even after checkout, the hospitality of the hotel continued when we were graciously assisted with our bags and guided to our car. The only minor drawback I could think of is that the hotel is situated far from supermarkets and the city centre (almost 30 mins by car), but apart from that this hotel is a must visit when you are in Abu Dhabi. Highly recommended!

The Nation Riviera Beach Club is excellent, with a lovely beach, a kids’ pool, and a cozy kids’ club that our children loved. We stayed at the hotel for 1 week and I can confirm it was the best stay we have ever had. The staff have been amazing and gone above and beyond to make our stay one to remember. We have truly been looked after so well. The facilities this hotel offers is fantastic. There is endless food options for breakfast and dinner, being a vegetarian the chef catered for my needs. There are a few people who really made our trip special . We would like to give a shout out to Abin george who really made our stay by giving us the full st regis experience and going out of his way to organise many things for us , also his team Charlene and Taufan . We Would like to thank Viola who looked after us at breakfast and dinner . The night manager Moustafa looked after us very well from check in to anything we required. Finally woule like to thank Gabrielle who we initially spoke to when booking this holiday , she make sure our stay was perfect for us .We also dined at Catch, which is one of there on site restarant. It was truly an amazing experience and would like to thank sharu shubham salmon they made our anniversary very special by putting on a show at the restaurant also the chefs and vishnu. Hotel is great. I took a promotional upgrade to suite and it was a great deal. The staff arranged treats my child to make the experience memorable. The view from the room and balcony is amazing , overlooking the f1 race course. The breakfast was amazing spread , indian , continental,chinese etc. The options for kids are great. We also had a private beach entry , a well maintained and cozy space limited to guests only. All in all a great place to stay if you are visiting Yas island for theme parks. The hotel provides a very convenient shuttle service every 15 mins to various theme parks and malls nearby.

I stayed at the W Abu Dhabi hotel for one night with family and was very interested to see the F1 racing track that ran below and around the hotel. The check in was fast and efficient. The staff were friendly, attentive and provided a good overview of all the hotel amenities which were quite inviting and extensive. I wished my stay could have been longer. Upon being shown to my room I was pleasantly surprised to see that I had been upgraded to a suite. The room was exceptionally beautiful with the full marina view and part of the racing track which was exciting to see and hear as the cars sped across. We ate dinner at the hotel’s Brooklyn Chophouse Restaurant. The food was sumptuous. A fabulous hotel indeed that I recommend is a must to experience!

W Abu Dhabi Yas Island used to be one of our favorite hotels whenever we came to Abu Dhabi. We always made a stop here for a few days and truly enjoyed our stays in the past. Unfortunately, this time was completely different. As a Bonvoy Ambassador, I was neither recognized nor greeted accordingly upon arrival. The lady at check in was an intern and clearly overwhelmed. She had to call for assistance several times. I asked for a nice upgrade, as we always received one before. She assured me everything was fine, so we went for lunch. Later, she came by the restaurant smiling and handed us the room key, saying she had given us a great upgrade. In reality, it was exactly the same room category I had booked. Quite disappointing, but fine for one night, as the rooms are still spacious and modern. The next issue came later that night. We had taken a short nap in the afternoon, used the shower and bathroom, and left the Make Up Room light on before heading to Yas Mall. When we returned around 9 PM, nothing had been done, no evening service, no cleaning, nothing at all. At this level of hotel, that is simply unacceptable. I will mention this again during check out tomorrow, but it is unfortunate to see how much the quality has declined compared to previous years. This review is meant as constructive feedback, and I truly hope the management takes it seriously and restores the level of service that once made this property special.

The swimming pool is neat, the attached pool bar is also good waiter bikash is very helpful.. .. hygiene is maintained and safe place for kids . I had an absolutely wonderful experience at Rotana. Mr. Vinod and his entire team went above and beyond they truly anticipated every wish I had and made me feel completely at home from the very first moment. Their kindness, professionalism and attention to detail are simply exceptional. Mr.Ade cleaned my Room in a proper way and also often asked about my well-being 👍🏽 At breakfast time, Mr. John & Bikash was very attentive 🥞 The atmosphere is warm the service is genuine, and you can really feel that they care about their guests. The breakfast is outstanding nothing is left to chance. Every dish is fresh, delicious and beautifully presented A heartfelt thank you to Mr. Vinod and his amazing team I’ll definitely be back! 👍🏽

Excellent stay ..had stayed there for 20days..well behaved staffs , Special mention to the room service boys, Mr.Sujan, Polas, and pramith. They were so friendly and kept on checking on us. Also the buffet..they had different cuisines on different nights, keeping the varieties in the food menus and the restaurant staffs were friendly and happy to serve..special mention to Ms.Madhu, Mr. John, Ms.Toney, Mr.Kush, Zaki, Sanax... Overall had an amazing stay. Highly recommended.
