A dream location on a beautiful island in Thailand. The rooms are comfortable, the facilities are excellent, and the entire property is peaceful, well-maintained, and professionally managed.
That said, something is missing to elevate this resort from very good to truly exceptional. It lacks the extra touch—the memorable "wow factor" that distinguishes the world's finest luxury resorts. Everything is pleasant and of high quality, but there is little that feels genuinely unique or unforgettable.
One aspect I personally found frustrating is the pricing transparency. This is clearly a premium resort, and there is nothing wrong with charging premium prices. However, instead of advertising rates and then adding a 10% service charge plus VAT, I would prefer the resort to be more upfront about the true cost. Luxury should feel effortless, and unexpected additions to the bill detract from that experience.
In the world of resorts it's definitely 5-Star, in the world of 5-Star resorts it's more 4-Star.

Amazing stay - staff were attentive & nothing was too much trouble for them. Breakfast buffet was amazing & facilities were great. Villa room was beautiful & turndown service was a great touch. 10/10 recommend Pimalai!
Only suggestion - The jetty transfer with the walk on the bridge was rocky, and someone did fall in the water with their belongings so I would suggest warning guests about risks so they can keep their valuables safe during transfer!

Picked up from Krabi Airport. Airport transfers seamless both ways.
Checked in with Poon. Again every pleasant and quick. Rooms were very clean and well equipped. Good sleep quality. Mattress and pillows were good. Views from rooms 126 and 128 were fantastic... overlooking the Andaman sea. Breakfast was good. Though if staying more than 5 days gets a bit monotonous, need more variety. Lai at the restaurant was very helpful every morning. The gym was well equipped. Bicycle trainers and treadmills were all working. A separate room for aerial yoga.
All the staff we encountered were polite, smiling and courteous. Always obliging to help.
Grounds lush and well kept.
Rak Talay restaurant was not up to the mark. I think when it comes to Asian cuisine, one should stay loyal to the asian culture. Modifying the dishes to western palates does not do justice to the rich Thai food.
Did not dare try other restaurants because we came for Thai food. Went to Same2 but different next door, Ala Carte by Auntie Nang down the road and drove out for some Thai meals. Came to relax and do nothing. And that is what we did. Rented a car to move around the island.
Overall, a fantastic place to spend 5 nights. Truly enjoyed and well rested!!!

Luxury resort, worth every penny. Private beach, 2 infinity pools, both are 5 stars. 3 restaurants, an amazing spa, trips planned all the time that is if you really want to leave, this was my last stop in Thailand and I never leave unless it’s raining and I go and visit Elephants. Truly a beautiful place you won’t want to leave.

Unforgettable Beachfront Luxury – Pimalai Resort & Spa
We booked directly through the hotel’s website and were delighted to receive an upgrade to a stunning Beachfront Villa with private access to the sand — truly a dream setting.
Breakfast was outstanding, easily the best I’ve had at any beach resort in Thailand so far, with a wide selection and impeccable quality. The staff are exceptionally attentive and professional, making every moment feel effortless and special.
Everything here feels perfectly in place. The only minor drawback was the upper pool, which can get a bit dirty due to the large tree nearby. Still, this hardly detracts from the overall experience.
We will definitely return for another holiday — Pimalai sets the standard for how a luxury resort should be run. Keep up the great work!

We thoroughly enjoyed our 5 night stay at Kata Palm. The staff were very nice and polite, the room was good and we enjoyed the proximity to the beach. Breakfast was great. Pool and massage was very nice. Evening restaurant was good and again staff were nice.
A few points - in the restaurant at lunchtime, two of the waitresses working together could not speak any English - ok, fine, but it's a hotel that almost exclusively caters to intentional tourists. The management should not let this happen as it was very confusing trying to order. Train them, yes, but have some supporting staff on at the same time to help then learn (it's not their fault).
The "Western" dishes in lunchtime restaurant were a bit overpriced (Nuggets and chips for one!)
We did see one cockroach in the bathroom but the room service man sprayed the drains promptly and fortunately no return, but we were a little surprised (the bathroom has two drains which it no doubt came from).
Our room was right at the back of the hotel, which was an easy 5 minute walk to the breakfast area/front of hotel. Maybe we paid for that but it would be good to make that clear to guests. It felt like a very long way.
We would still go back and enjoyed it but hope they can improve on some points.

Overall, this hotel has some good qualities. The pool area is nice and there are several fun pools to enjoy, which was definitely a highlight of our stay.
Unfortunately, the rooms and the food were not up to the standard we expected. I became sick during our stay, and while I can’t say for certain what caused it, the day I got sick I had eaten a piece of melon at breakfast that tasted unpleasant and later had a drink from the pool bar. Given the other hygiene concerns we noticed, it left me feeling uneasy.
The biggest issue with the room was the bathroom. It had a very strong sewage smell throughout our stay. We tried pouring water into the drains, but it didn’t solve the problem, and the overall air quality in the room still felt unpleasant.
Another concern was hygiene at the pool bar. We noticed the staff rinsing the drink-making equipment with tap water and using it immediately afterward without drying it first, which meant tap water ended up in the drinks.
The breakfast was simply not good. The only thing that consistently felt safe to eat was the omelette, as it was freshly cooked right in front of us. Several people in our group, myself included, felt that some of the fruit tasted off. The melon had a strange taste, and some of the vegetables were soft and didn’t seem fresh. After I became sick, I no longer felt comfortable eating at the hotel and chose to eat elsewhere for the rest of my stay.
The staff were always friendly and polite, which we really appreciated. However, housekeeping was quite inconsistent. Some days we would receive only one towel instead of two, other days items weren’t replaced at all, and the room service varied a lot from day to day.
Overall, while the pools and friendly staff made for some enjoyable moments, the issues with cleanliness, food quality, and room maintenance mean I wouldn’t choose to stay here again, and I would advise not to stay here until they fix these things.

Do not book this hotel! Dirty rooms, suspected food poisoning and they denied our Trip.com booking.
Avoid this hotel at all costs. This was the worst hotel experience our family has ever had.
We booked 3 rooms for 7 nights through Agoda 6 months in advance because we were travelling as a family during the extremely busy Songkran Festival in April.
When we arrived in the afternoon, the receptionist told us they couldn’t find our booking. They showed us a paper claiming they no longer accepted Trip.com or Agoda bookings. This made no sense because, while standing at reception, we checked Agoda and the hotel was still actively selling rooms for the same dates. The explanation simply didn’t match what we could see ourselves.
The reception staff were incredibly rude, dismissive and completely unwilling to help. We even spoke to the owner by phone, but received no assistance whatsoever. Instead of honouring our reservation, they tried to get us to book the same rooms directly with the hotel at a much higher price.
With Songkran being the busiest time of the year, almost every hotel nearby was fully booked. We were left with no real choice. After hours of stress and uncertainty, we ended up booking the same hotel through Booking.com, again at a significantly higher price, just so our family would have somewhere to stay.
Unfortunately, the problems didn’t end there. The rooms were dirty, smelled strongly of mould and the bed sheets had visible stains. Breakfast was also very disappointing. Although breakfast was included, staff refused to provide fruits. After eating there, several members of our family became ill with what we believe was food poisoning, be careful!
After reading other reviews, it appears that other guests have experienced very similar issues with Agoda bookings, which is deeply concerning.
This entire experience was incredibly stressful, frustrating and completely unacceptable. Poor customer service, poor cleanliness and an apparent refusal to honour bookings made through Trip.com.
I would never stay here again!!
Save yourself the stress and disappointment. If you don’t want your holiday ruined, avoid this hotel and book somewhere else.

Hotel is situated in the busy rural area, however the greenery around the pool enhances the experience.
It is though a budget friendly hotel, with lots of restaurants around and a close spot to visit Big budha.
The bed was quite hard and the rooms are very dark. I wouldn't recommend the hotel or the area to enjoy the "holiday vibes".
After the rain, noone cleaned the floors in the restaurant, where we had the breakfast.
Kata beach nearby is very busy, unable to swim at this season, July/August, however its perfect for surfing.

Extremely disappointing and unacceptable customer service
We had a confirmed reservation through Agoda and arrived at the hotel expecting to check in as planned. Unfortunately, the hotel was unable to accommodate our confirmed reservation.
The staff member told us that the hotel was no longer working with Agoda and simply told us to contact Agoda ourselves to request a refund. We were also told that the hotel still had rooms available, but we would have to make a new reservation directly with the hotel at a higher price than the rate we had already paid through Agoda.
What made the situation even more upsetting was the attitude of the staff, particularly staff the more who came to speak with us. Instead of showing understanding or making a genuine effort to help, his manner was dismissive, condescending and unhelpful, which made us feel as though the situation was entirely our responsibility to resolve.
I asked a simple and reasonable question: If the hotel was no longer working with Agoda, why was the hotel still listed and accepting reservations on Agoda? Instead of receiving a clear explanation, we were told that this might be some kind of “trick” by Agoda and that Agoda might have already taken the customer’s money. We were also told that several other guests had reportedly experienced similar problems.
I then contacted Agoda myself and explained the entire situation. Agoda tried to contact the hotel and find a solution so that we could stay according to our confirmed reservation. However, the hotel still insisted that we accept a refund and make a completely new reservation.
I then asked the staff directly: “So whose responsibility is this the hotel’s or Agoda’s?” The response was simply: “Maybe both.”
Honestly, this was extremely disappointing. We had made a legitimate reservation, received a confirmation, and travelled to the hotel based on that confirmation. We also made the effort to contact Agoda ourselves to try to resolve the situation. Yet we were ultimately left caught between the hotel and Agoda, with no clear solution or meaningful assistance from the hotel.
Whatever the issue between the hotel and Agoda may have been, customers should not be left to deal with the consequences of it. We had to find alternative accommodation at the last minute, which caused unnecessary stress and disrupted our travel plans.
The biggest disappointment was not simply the booking issue, but the lack of empathy, accountability and professionalism shown by the staff, especially the way the situation was communicated to us.
I am sharing this review based on my personal experience and the conversations I personally had with the hotel staff. I strongly recommend thinking twice before booking this hotel if you are relying on a confirmed reservation.
Very disappointing experience and, unfortunately, not the level of customer service we expected.

Very nice stay in a great location directly on Chaweng Beach. At first, the two separate hotel buildings felt a little confusing, but after the first day it became very easy to understand and move around.
The room service and housekeeping worked perfectly throughout the stay. I was especially impressed by the shower water pressure and the stable water temperature, which was honestly one of the best experiences compared to several other places I have stayed in Thailand.
The pool area and beach area were both very relaxing and well maintained. The staff were friendly, helpful, and professional. The location is also excellent, with many restaurants, shops, massage places, and nightlife within walking distance.

Just finished up 16 amazing nights in this hotel. It is in a great location close to bars shops and restaurants. Rooms are spacious with a great pool area connected onto a fantastic beach with sun loungers provided on the beach. The main thing that stands out is the staff in this hotel from the front reception, house keepers and bar/restaurant staff nothing was ever too much they made it such a pleasant experience and stay.

Very good hotel not the most modern, but it is a good value hotel. Its on a good location on chaweng Beach. It's not too busy and has a nice pool right near the beach. The staff are kind and friendly the rooms are clean and there is a free breakfast buffet.

I would like to share my wonderful experience at this hotel.
The hotel is in an excellent location, surrounded by a wide range of convenient facilities, making it very easy and enjoyable to stay. Every aspect of the service truly stood out. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming—from the reception team to housekeeping, as well as the bar and restaurant staff. Everyone served with genuine care and warmth. Each time we encountered them, they greeted us with sincere smiles, which made our stay even more pleasant.
The room was exceptionally well maintained, thanks to the attentive housekeeping staff on our floor. Their dedication ensured that everything was always clean, comfortable, and perfectly arranged.
The breakfast was absolutely delicious, offering great taste and quality. I stayed at the hotel during the Songkran Festival, and the atmosphere was full of excitement. Everyone was eagerly looking forward to the water celebrations, and I was one of them—fully prepared to join in and get soaked!
The overall ambiance of the hotel was flawless, with nothing to criticize. The swimming pool area was particularly impressive, featuring two sides that guests can choose from, both offering beautiful views. I highly recommend spending time there.
I sincerely hope to return and meet all the wonderful staff again very soon. I truly cannot wait for my next visit.
C Garner
Great hotel with a very clean, good sized pool located right on the beach in the busy part of Chaweng (although just far enough away to not suffer the late night noise). I had a mix up (my fault) with Agoda on the dates for my stay which said non-refundable but the hotel agreed to contact them and cancel it and I just re-booked with the hotel direct. Got it sorted in the end so thanks to the manager and especially thanks to Bow she was absolutely brilliant 🙏

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A Perfect Beachfront Stay in Koh Samui! 🌴🏖️
Our stay at Chaba Cabana Beach Resort was truly amazing and one of the highlights of our Thailand honeymoon. ❤️🇹🇭
The resort is beautifully located right on the beach, offering a peaceful atmosphere and stunning ocean views. The rooms were clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The breakfast was delicious with a good variety, and the entire property was well maintained.
What made our stay even more special was the warm hospitality of the staff. Everyone was kind, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. Their excellent service made us feel at home throughout our stay.
If you’re planning a trip to Koh Samui, we highly recommend Chaba Cabana Beach Resort for its beautiful location, outstanding service, and relaxing ambiance.
Thank you for making our honeymoon so memorable. We would love to visit again! 🌊✨

Wonderful stay in the chaba.
We had a Deluxe Villa which was very spacious and within 30 yards of the beach. In and around the pool was busy but not overcrowded and access to beds was never an issue.
Special thanks to Tuk Tuk and Jampen who were fantastic as we're all of the staff.
We will miss our daily Watermelon drink and our Coconut tree 🍸.
Thanks for a wonderful experience

This hotel is truly surprising me in the best way. We only stayed for one night but the experience was top notch for its price. The pool area overlooking the beach is amazing so chill and relaxing.
If you want a calm and relaxing stay definitely come to this hotel. They don’t play loud music or create unnecessary noise here. Everyone is simply enjoying their holiday, relaxing by the pool with a beautiful beach view.
I love how huge the pool area is and how peaceful and relaxing it feels to stay here.
The breakfast & restaurant setup could be better though

I had a pleasant stay at Chaba Cabana. The resort is north of Chaweng, away from the commotion and noise which I appreciated. There are some restaurants in the area, and a five minute walk over the hill will bring you to a supermarket. The town is a fifteen minute walk away and they offer three shuttles per day (the last leaving at 16:00).
The room was clean, spacious, and bright. Each guest gets a complimentary bottle of water per day, and although the minibar is stocked, it’s overpriced. The room was very quiet so I slept extremely well, and had a nice garden view.
The breakfast area is in a quaint room overlooking the sea and the quality of the selection was average, nothing remarkable but substantial. The gym was quite basic but offered enough equipment to have a decent workout (although not air conditioned).
The pool area was quiet and I liked that there was no music, you could really disconnect here. They claim to have a beach, they do not - it was constantly covered by the sea when I was there for four nights. They do, however, offer decently priced massages next to the sea.
There is no lift on site, so lifting a 24kg suitcase down three flights of stairs is not for everyone, so be sure to book a room at a lower level if you’re unfit to do this. The overall experience was pleasant.

Wonderful resort in Samui! Close to the airport and a short bolt or sontel from the busy chawang strip. The hotel resort itself is a peaceful and relaxing resort right on the beach front. We were upgraded to an amazing ocean view beach villa! It was a stunning duplex villa. They did everything to make the experience special for my fiancé who celebrated her birthday during our time there. All the staff were wonderful and everything was excellent.

Our second time at this lovely, peaceful hotel. Such a stunning setting and top service every time. We spent 2 weeks here as two families with young children and were catered for perfectly. Special shout out to Mam, Anu, Jaeb and Goong for looking after us all so well (even putting together a special birthday breakfast one day).
I’d also recommend the spa, treatments with Ae were wonderful and very reasonably priced.
I will just add that there are a lot of steps here as the resort is built on a slope, so may not be suitable if you have mobility issues. The location is very quiet but it is easy to get taxis arranged through the hotel, we preferred this rather than staying in the busier resort areas, it felt like our own little piece of paradise ☺️🌴☀️

All the staff are amazing they cannot do enough for you. Reception brilliant , Nouch your leaf folding was amazing. Thank you Zeeva and mam you are fantastic.
Rooms a little dated but still very nice in size and layout, plenty of storage.
Just a few small things a few more lights on slightly darker areas by steps.
155 plus steps from beach to reception than need high lightening for those that may have trouble.
The beach pool, one step missing nearest the bar, the slope into the pool needs a rail all the way into the pool as I saw many people slip into the pool as they were not aware of it.
Hand rails from the beach pool on either side to the beach.
Black Sea urchins so do wear shoes in sea.
Would I return - YES.

5 stars all over. What an incredible place. It’s away from the town which means you always had a private beach and bar waiting for you at the end of the day. All the staff were super friendly and accomodating. We went kayaking every morning and swam in the pool and it was perfect. We upgraded to one of the sea view rooms which I would recommend. Stayed for 7 nights and was devastated to leave paradise. Thanks to all the lovely staff who made it so special - we love you!

We had an absolutely amazing stay at Centara Villas Samui. The hotel is beautiful, peaceful, and perfectly located for a relaxing getaway. The villas, views, pool areas, and overall atmosphere were incredible, and the staff made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived.
A very special thank you to Mam and Jeab who went above and beyond throughout our stay. Her kindness, professionalism, and attention to detail truly made our experience unforgettable. She is a real credit to the hotel and made us feel so well looked after.
We would highly recommend Centara Villas Samui to anyone visiting Koh Samui and would happily stay here again in the future!

Nice quiet location, perfect to relax. Anu and her team were excellent, taking care of us for 7 days at the bar and in the restaurant.
Lovely pool overlooking the beach and the rooms were nice too. Our room was a little dated, needing some maintenance while we were there but the team were very helpful and straight onto it. We stayed in the family suite which was very big so plenty of room for our family of 4 with a nice plunge pool. Perfect for when you want to kick back in the room to relax and the kids wanted to keep swimming.
Beautiful well kept gardens throughout the property and lots of stairs which didn’t bother us at all but something to consider if mobility is an issue.
Also an extra bonus was having an awesome little beach bar right next door “cool bar”, highly recommend that place too. Easy enough to get a Grab to/from Lamai and Chaweng.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel and would happily recommend it. The staff deserve special mention — they were exceptionally friendly, responsive, and always ready to help with any request.
The housekeeping was excellent: the rooms were cleaned thoroughly and consistently, with great attention to detail. The beds were very comfortable, the pillows were excellent, and the bed linen felt clean and of very good quality, which made the stay even more relaxing.
Breakfast was another highlight, with a good variety of fresh and tasty options every morning.
Overall, this is a very well-run hotel with great service, clean rooms, comfortable beds, and a welcoming atmosphere. We would definitely consider staying here again and can recommend it to other guests.

Honestly 5 stars for this resort! Eventhough the beach isn’t as nice as other beaches around, we still had a pleasant stay here! The staff was very kind and helpful! And the room was incredibly comfy and clean, which was out of my expectation. there are many eateries and 7 elevens around, the location is great in Lamai. And we also love that there are many plenty of pools around that we can choose! I would definitely come back again :)

We spent 10 days at this hotel with our three daughters, and overall, everything was excellent.
Our Club Garden Terrace room was beautifully arranged and spacious enough for all five of us to sleep comfortably. The breakfast was excellent, and all the hotel facilities were very satisfying. The hotel is extremely clean, and the staff were always very friendly and helpful.
The children had a great time enjoying the different swimming pools, both at the main building and by the sea. Kids club also with plenty of activities every day. Thanks to our booking, we also had access to the Club Lounge, which was a really nice bonus. It was a peaceful place to relax, with drinks, coffee and small snacks always available, perfect for a quiet break during the day.
The beach directly in front of the hotel is not particularly attractive, but after a few minutes' pleasant walk along the waterfront, you quickly reach Lamai Beach. There are also two supermarkets within walking distance of the hotel, as well as several restaurants nearby where we enjoyed excellent food.
The main downside for us was the hotel's restaurant. High prices for food that we did not find particularly good, combined with service that was far too slow. That said, it is a convenient option if you simply want to have something to eat or enjoy a drink while staying by the pool.
A big thank you to the entire team for making our stay such a positive and enjoyable!

We had an unforgettable stay at Outrigger Koh Samui Beach Resort in Lamai. From the moment we arrived, the resort felt peaceful, elegant, and beautifully cared for. The gardens, flowers, white design, cleanliness, and calm atmosphere all created a wonderful sense of relaxation and joy.
The resort itself is beautiful, but what truly made our stay exceptional was the staff. The level of service was outstanding - warm, attentive, professional, generous, and full of genuine care. Every interaction made us feel welcome and valued.
We would especially like to thank the Voyager 47 Club Lounge team, and in particular Sao, for making our stay so special. Her kindness, attention to detail, warmth, and personal care were truly unforgettable. She remembered small details, welcomed us every day with a smile, and made the experience feel much more than just a hotel stay.
Outrigger Koh Samui Beach Resort offers much more than a beautiful vacation. It offers peace, beauty, warmth, and a true sense of hospitality. We left with full hearts and would be very happy to return.
Highly recommended:)

Hotel and the staff were great and friendly! They remembered our names and made us feel welcome from the beginning. The main pool is across the road but that did not inconvenience us because it was easy to get across with the security helping to control traffic.
The only thing that hampered our stay was the house keepers did not have our room cleaned by 3pm. We went to breakfast and the pool by 9am and thought if we stayed out till 3 or 4pm the room would be cleaned and done which did not happen 2 of the 3 days we stayed. I had to find a maid cart for TP and ask for clean towels. The third day I found a housekeeper early in the morning and asked to please have our room cleaned and she obliged kindly.
Town is about a 15 min walk from the hotel and we did not mind that at all as we like to walk but a Grab ride is only like 300 or 400bht which is cheap.
I enjoyed our stay and would recommend the Outrigger hotel as a great place if you are in the area!

We had an overall wonderful stay! The staff was incredibly kind and welcoming. A special thank you to Pui and Nikki at the front desk—they were exceptionally sweet, friendly, and always happy to help. They made our stay so comfortable, helped us book our ferry to Koh Phangan, and even arranged transportation for us. Their hospitality truly went above and beyond. The hotel was also in a fantastic location and was spotless throughout our stay. We will definitely be back and highly recommend staying here!

We stayed from 25th July to 8th August, 2026 and were very happy with the staff and management of the resort who went the extra mile to help make our stay enjoyable. Rooms were very comfortable and clean with the best bed and pillows, breakfast was very good and fresh food available throughout the morning. We also enjoyed lunch and dinner most days and were happy with the selection of food and drinks available. Special thank you to Sutha and Lily who looked after us, always smiling and happy even on the busiest days. Also thank you to the people at reception who organised a wheelchair and transport and our driver Weena for helping us at the airport. 🙏

Had the best stay at Ozo Chaweng Samui. Will definitely be back in the near future. Staff are super friendly and helpful. The amenities are great and the pool and view is phenomenal. Highly recommend for all ages. A special thank you to our favourite bartenders Billy and Dum. They were very friendly, their service was excellent and we loved talking to them during our stay whenever we were by the pool. Best place to stay on the island without a doubt!

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at OZO Chaweng Samui. From the moment I arrived, everything was seamless and welcoming.
The location is perfect—right on Chaweng Beach, with easy access to shops, restaurants, and nightlife, yet the resort itself feels peaceful and relaxing. Waking up to the sound of the ocean and stepping directly onto the beach was a highlight of my trip.
The rooms were modern, clean, and very comfortable, with thoughtful touches that made the stay even more enjoyable. The bed was especially comfortable, and I slept incredibly well every night.
The staff truly made the experience exceptional. They were friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile, making me feel genuinely welcomed throughout my stay.
The pool area was beautiful and well-maintained, and the beachfront setting made it even more special. Breakfast had a great variety of options, and everything was fresh and delicious.
Overall, OZO Chaweng Samui offers fantastic value, combining comfort, great service, and an unbeatable location. I would definitely return and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Koh Samui.

Our first trip to Thailand started perfectly here in Koh Samui. We stayed as a group of 5 and loved that our two rooms were set up on the same floor. The hotel features a beautiful pool and a fantastic beach right on its doorstep.
The absolute highlight of our stay was the wonderful and friendly staff who helped us with everything. Thank you Al, Aoffy, Beem, and Koy. Special thanks to Nikki for her amazing personal hospitality.
We are already sure we will return here on our next visit to the island!

We had a wonderful stay at this resort. The reception staff were very welcoming, friendly, and professional, and the check-in process was smooth and pleasant.
The resort was very clean and well maintained, which made our stay comfortable and relaxing. All the staff were extremely helpful, kind, and always willing to assist whenever we needed anything.
A special thank you to Mint for her exceptional service, kindness, and cooperation. She was incredibly helpful and made us feel very welcome throughout our stay. She truly deserves to be recognized and appreciated. ❤️
Overall, a great experience with excellent hospitality. We would definitely recommend this resort and would love to come back again!

Amari Koh Samui is truly an excellent and highly recommendable hotel. The location is ideal: close to the city center yet wonderfully quiet, with a beautiful beach nearby. The entire staff, from the reception and hotel management to the service team, is exceptionally friendly and helpful. Even with organizational matters, such as coordinating flight changes with Bangkok Airways, the reception team supported us actively and with great dedication.
And not to forget: the breakfast buffet is fantastic, offering a wide variety of dishes, fresh fruits, and an abundance of high-quality food.
One additional point about the location: the hotel is very close to Koh Samui Airport, which is both an advantage and, depending on personal preference, a minor drawback. The transfer between the airport and the hotel takes only about 10 minutes, making arrival and departure extremely convenient. However, aircraft pass relatively close to the hotel at a fairly low altitude during takeoff and landing, and at times the noise can be noticeable. About 200 meters to the left of the hotel, towards the town center, planes fly directly overhead on their final approach to the runway. For us, this was a small trade-off compared to the convenience of the short transfer and the many positive aspects of the hotel.
All in all, it is a place where you simply feel completely comfortable and very well looked after.

Very good resort, great swimming pools, beautiful beach although it doesnt seems a good one to swim. For us was more about the location that its perfect. Great breakfast with many options - buffet style which I love. The only issue was de Kids Club, altough its a great place the staff is not friendly at all, they are there only to open the door and hand a paper to sign than they go sit and stay scrolling through the telephone in place of offering options to the kids play or interact with them. They have mostly paid activities and otherwise 2 days in the week with little free activities (we didnt get any of them). The toys are not attractive to the kids and mostly mixed inside a toddler tent. I wonder if the manager ever walk around to realize that they have built an amazing place where kids dont really
play.
I saw in the first day 3 staff inside and than 2 and 1.. all of them doing absolutly nothing.. sometimes 2 of them are sitting just scrolling on their telefoon ..
Then they have a nice playground outside which no soul dare to play since the sun hits hard from the morning until sunset and no one tought would be necessary shadow to not burn playing. So for the Kids Club I give 1 star.. I mean the only good thing is doing a paid activity that will be done in 1 our or playing video game, which os not for what u send ur child there.. you expect them to be able to play withouth screen time otherwise they can use ipads in the rooms.

I got married here in July 2026, it was absolutely amazing the flowers were amazing they smelled so good and so many of them back in Australia they would of cost a fortune, the food was 5 star all our guests said it was the best food they had had on the island.
We had the traditional Thai drums it was stunning highly recommend for a special touch that no one else has at there wedding our guests loved it.
The staff were so friendly and helpful and they were there to help with anything.
My wedding planner and her beautiful staff where wonderful, I was a little nervous about planning a wedding online and would it all go to plan, but 100% I couldn’t of asked for a better wedding location it was better than I could of ever imagined. My dream wedding!!!
The accommodation was great like being up in a tree house.
I would highly recommend this resort to anyone out there looking to get married in Koh Samui.
I have attached photos of the ceremony arch and the Thai drums and also the reception absolutely amazing can’t wait to come back here. Xx

The location is a little far from all the restaurants and the beach near the hotel is not good. You have to walk 5 to 10 minutes to get to a nice beach. The good thing about the location is that is very quiet. Pool towels were not available all the time. Great breakfast, and the rooms are very nice.

I'm writing this review from the hotel right now. My wife, son, and I had a very comfortable 10-day holiday. The hotel is located at the beginning of the main street in Chaweng Beach, a famous area of Koh Samui. It's situated in the lively atmosphere of Chaweng, but also offers endless peace and relaxation when you retreat to your room or hotel. The staff are generally very kind. I don't know about all the rooms, but the suites are quite spacious and provide all the comforts. The mini-bar is replenished daily. The breakfast has a wide variety. The internet speed is acceptable. The deposit they take upon arrival is a bit high. There are two beautiful swimming pools, one on the beach and one in the inner courtyard. And the inner courtyard pool bar is especially nice, and the staff there are very polite. The biggest problem at the pools is that even in the early morning hours, guests occupy the sunbeds by placing their towels there. The hotel management needs to be stricter about this. The beach is very beautiful and peaceful. During our visit (the second half of January), due to the tide, the beach disappeared until late afternoon, but in the evening it was incredibly peaceful. The gym is very clean, and although there isn't a lot of equipment, you can still keep up with your workout while on vacation. There were complaints about neglect on booking sites and in reviews here. While these comments are valid, I didn't see much neglect or wear and tear. Yes, there are minor things. And also, the resort is practically in the sea, so this kind of wear and tear is normal. But still, I don't think it's a 5-star hotel. However, I was quite satisfied with my stay and, as someone who has seen other parts of Koh Samui, I highly recommend it to anyone coming to Koh Samui.

We have just returned from a 10 night stay at the end of July, we had a great time. Which we booked directly through the hotel website.
The room was truly lovely and spacious, and the bed was exceptionally comfortable! Our entire stay, from the moment we arrived until we left, was wonderful. The staff were attentive, kind, and caring, and they even made an effort to get to know our children. The staff really appear to be looking after the place with updates taking place, such as painting and renewing aspects of the hotel. The team works very hard and seems to really care about the hotel.
The breakfast was delicious, offering a wide variety of options that satisfied the needs of myself, my husband, my toddler, and my seven-year-old.
We enjoyed massages and utilized the amenities such as the gym, kids' clubs, and Thai boxing classes, all of which were excellent. Dream lived up to his name; he was a pleasure to work with and a superb Thai boxing instructor for my husband and daughter.
The swimming pools were delightful, and we always found sunbeds easily without any rush or difficulty.
The location was suitable, offering convenient access to nearby restaurants and the bustling atmosphere, yet it maintained a sense of quiet and seclusion.
It was nice to meet Somchoke, the room division managers when we were invited to the meet the management cocktail party, it was lovely to get to know the team a little better, again you can really tell how much the staff care for the hotel they proudly work for.
We would recommend this hotel to others and will be looking to rebook next year for sure

This was our second stay at Chaweng Regent Beach Resort, and after another fantastic experience, it absolutely deserves a glowing review.
From the moment we arrived until the day we left, every single staff member was exceptional. Their warmth, professionalism and genuine hospitality made us feel welcome throughout our stay. Nothing was ever too much trouble.
The breakfast each morning was outstanding, with an incredible variety of fresh, high-quality options to suit every taste. What impressed us even more was how quickly the team replenished anything that was running low, ensuring there was always a full selection available no matter what time we arrived. It was one of the best resort breakfasts we’ve experienced.
Room service was another standout. Every meal arrived promptly, piping hot and absolutely delicious. The housekeeping team also deserves special recognition. Our room was cleaned with incredible attention to detail each morning, leaving it spotless and beautifully presented when we returned.
One of the highlights of our stay was the private romantic dinner on the beach. This was actually the second time we’ve booked the experience, and it was just as magical as we remembered. Although the rain interrupted the beginning of the evening, the team seamlessly relocated us to a beautifully arranged private corner of the restaurant. Their effort to preserve the atmosphere and make the evening feel special was truly appreciated and turned what could have been a disappointment into another unforgettable memory.
I’ve noticed some reviews mentioning aircraft noise due to the resort being under the flight path. While this is true, it’s simply part of the resort’s location. Personally, we loved watching the planes pass overhead, and our daughter thought it was one of the highlights of the holiday. With the island’s night-time flight curfew, it certainly never affected our sleep.
A special mention also goes to the General Manager, Joakim, whom we had the pleasure of meeting during the cocktail evening on our previous stay. It was immediately evident that he takes immense pride in the resort and its operations. His genuine interest in speaking with guests and ensuring everyone was enjoying their stay reflects the high standards evident throughout the entire property. Great resorts start with great leadership, and Joakim is a wonderful ambassador for the resort.
Chaweng Regent Beach Resort continues to exceed our expectations, and after two wonderful stays, we wouldn’t hesitate to return for a third. Thank you to Joakim and the entire team for another memorable holiday. We can’t wait to be back!

Been traveling for 5+ plus years overall and this is by far the best value for money resort you can get. Poolside room is what the doctor ordered and Joe Joe at the pool bar knows how to pour an alcoholic beverage. All the staff were very very very friendly and accommodating. Location to Chaweng beach and night life is perfect. We have been here multiple times and it just never disappoints. Highly recommend - photos don’t do it justice.
Jonah Shadi
I here’s my Honest review to be honest I would never stay here. This place is horrible and I do not recommend it at all as I am currently staying here.
Room Condition Was Not Up To Standards
Our room was not cleaned properly, as the mattress was dirty, and the bath water was not clear but instead was murky. Basic standards of cleanliness and working plumbing should be provided in a resort of this category and price range, and their absence is unacceptable.
Lack of Flexibility Concerning Our Diet
We are on a special diet; thus, there are several things we cannot eat. After swimming with the children, they wanted to eat something as they were hungry and so that they would not have to get out of the pool. Our only option was to bring food ourselves as the pool restaurant could not provide anything that would suit our dietary requirements. We did not want the children to get out of the pool, get changed, go to the pool restaurant, and then return to the pool afterward, thus spending a lot of time on a relatively minor task.
The Pool Attendant Was Unfriendly and Refused to Provide Any Alternatives Despite Our Situation
Pool attendants stated that outside food was not allowed at the pool. When we explained that it was due to our dietary restrictions, and we only wanted our children to eat something so that they would not be hungry, they were completely unfeeling and did not suggest any alternatives. They showed no reaction whatsoever when we informed them of our dietary restrictions, and no one even thought of checking with a manager if there was something they could do to help. It was a relatively simple solution to the problem, but the staff was utterly unprepared to handle it and reacted with indignation at our seemingly modest request.
As Such, Our Children Had to Leave the Pool Area Hungry with No Alternative Being Provided
A Similar Situation Occurred When My Daughter Ordered a Piña Colada at the Bar. Since There Was No Menu, She Could Not Know What Was In the Drink, and It Turned Out to Contain Lemon Juice, Something She Did Not Want. Again, Nothing Was Done to Assist the Guest Despite the Obvious Inconvenience Caused.
The staff bluntly told the customer that she should have known to ask for the drink without lemon juice, despite there being no menu at all, thus making it impossible to know what was in the drink. Again, no alternatives were suggested, and no apology was given. There was no recognition of this as an issue, much less an issue created by the staff. The entire problem was presented as a personal error on the part of the guest, who was being unnecessarily harassed by the staff.
The Same Arrogance Was Demonstrated Toward Us, Despite Us Being Completely Unaware of the Circumstances of the Pool and Room Attendant
This was not an isolated issue but instead occurred throughout our stay at the resort. In each case, responsibility was placed on us even though the initial mistake had been made by the hotel employees at the pool, restaurant, and room. The same dismissiveness was demonstrated toward us even though we had not made any errors ourselves.
The Lack of Flexibility Demonstrated Was Inexcusable in This Context
It is the responsibility of hotel staff to be considerate and flexible where appropriate and to take responsibility for mistakes and failures to perform their duties. None of these considerations were shown in our experience at Chaweng Beach Resort, where we felt insulted and even unwelcome by the staff. The hotel has an unacceptable attitude toward its guests.
Final Impressions
Between the unclean room, the rudeness of the staff, their unwillingness to provide any alternatives for food and drink despite our dietary restrictions, and their failure to take responsibility for their actions, I would not recommend this resort to anyone. Families with children and those on special diets have my most sincere apologies, and I suggest that they find a more welcoming and flexible resort elsewhere.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful resort and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.
The location is fabulous, with both a stunning pool and direct beach access, giving plenty of options for relaxing and soaking up the sun. Breakfast offered a great selection of food and drinks, catering to a variety of tastes each morning.
Our room was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable. The nightly turndown service was a lovely touch that made our stay feel extra special.
The lunch and dinner menus had plenty of choice, and all of the food and drinks were served promptly. The staff throughout the resort were incredibly friendly, attentive, and always happy to help.
There were so many on-site amenities to enjoy, including a nail salon, hairdresser, massage services, a kids' area, library café, gym, pool table, badminton, table tennis, and a small playground, so there was always something to do. The only slight disappointment was that when I visited the nail salon hoping to book a foot spa, I was told there was no availability, even though there were several staff members present with no clients at the time. It would have been nice if an appointment could have been accommodated.
The resort is also just a short walk from the Fisherman's Village, with its fantastic selection of shops, restaurants, and bars. The only other small improvement we could suggest would be adding stepping stones along the beach to make walking to the village a little easier, although it was still only a quick stroll.
Overall, we had a fantastic stay at this beautiful resort. Everything from the facilities and location to the excellent service made for a truly relaxing holiday, and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to others.

This is our second time at Peace. Came about 3 years ago before the up graded deck and it being bought out by NH Collection I was a little bit worried it would have lost a bit of its laid back atmosphere. I shouldn't have. The up grades have been the cherry on top. Some of the staff from last visit are still here. Shout out to Patrick who remembered us! The staff are the key to Peace. They are so genuinely friendly and go out of there way to make your stay as perfect as possible . Patrick, Arr ,Rainbow and Creamy are the stoundouts so far after our first 2 days. I'm sure I will have add more names to this review. Breakfast is amazing and its enough to keep us going till a light snack at lunch. The chefs do fantastic dinner specials as well . Being right on the beach at BhoPhat makes it nice and quite. Lots of couples and families here but if you want some night-life Chawang is only 20.min away. Fishermans village is a 5 min walk down the beach and it has plenty of restaurants and bars . The markets on Monday, Wednesday and Friday nights are the best on the island.

We are currently still staying at this hotel. Overall, the hotel is not bad, but considering the premium price, we expected a much higher standard.
On the positive side, most of the staff are friendly, welcoming, and helpful. Unfortunately, a few employees seemed rather unfriendly or unmotivated.
We booked a room for three guests, yet the balcony only has two chairs. They are also quite uncomfortable, as they have no proper cushions. In addition, the room offers very limited storage space. Although the hotel kindly provided us with extra hangers upon request, there is no proper wardrobe, so we have had to live out of our suitcases throughout our stay. The hangers are also too large for children's clothing.
The restaurant and bar close at 11:00 p.m. Although the staff encouraged us to order one last cocktail at 10:57 p.m., we were asked to leave immediately after it was served because they were closing. After 11:00 p.m., access to the beach through the hotel is no longer possible.
Food and beverages at the hotel are significantly overpriced. The restaurants and supermarkets next door offer comparable or even better quality at roughly one-third of the price. At the same time, guests are not allowed to consume any food or drinks purchased outside the hotel anywhere on the property.
The beach also did not meet our expectations. The sand is quite coarse, and the seabed is mostly muddy, making swimming less enjoyable.
Upon arrival, we were required to pay a €150 security deposit. Having stayed at several hotels in Thailand, this was a first for us.
We also spoke with other guests who told us they had booked this hotel because it had been advertised as an "Adults Only" property on their booking platform. In reality, it is a family resort. This should be communicated more clearly to avoid misleading future guests.
Overall, our stay has been pleasant, but the experience does not justify the price. We expected considerably better value for money and would most likely choose a different hotel on our next visit to Koh Samui.
Shai Ryter
We were there for 8 nights with a family of 5. It was an amazing experience. The hotel is beautifully designed. Everything feels premium and very thoughtful. Staff is super friendly and helpful. Close to fisherman’s village, and many convenience stores and massage places - and 15 mins away from the chaweng. Perfect location!

Listen up!
Beyond all the great reviews already written about this wonderful hotel, I want to highlight its culinary experience.
The breakfast is simply outstanding, and do yourself a favor: **DO NOT** leave without trying their chocolate chip cookies. They are honestly a level above any chocolate chip cookie I've ever tasted.
They were so good that, before checking out, we asked if it would be possible to buy some for the rest of our trip. The breakfast manager, Lookpad, kindly spoke with the chef ,Pann, and to our surprise, they came back with a HUGE bag packed with chocolate chip cookies.
When I asked how much we owed, they told us it was a farewell gift and refused to take any payment.
It was such an unexpected and generous gesture that perfectly reflects the hospitality of this hotel. Amazing food, amazing people, and a memory we'll definitely take with us long after the trip is over.
Thank you, Lookpad, Pann, and the entire team!

Overall a nice hotel. Clean beach, good sized pool. Sun beds, towels always available. Breakfast was good enough plus you can’t beat serving it on the beach. Personell are attentive and helpful.
Now for the not so good part. The hotel shows it’s age, can’t say the rooms are 5 star, more like 3.5-4. We had a private pool that we didn’t use, kind of dirty without any water circulation. Pool and beach make up for it, but still. Room also shows it’s age, very noisy AC.

Perfect for my mum’s 70th birthday celebration! We’ve stayed at many 5-star resorts around the world, and we genuinely couldn’t fault the service at Melati. By day two, the staff already knew our room numbers, favourite drinks, and food preferences, making us feel incredibly welcome and valued.
A special thank you to Jiji and Som, who went above and beyond to make the week so memorable for my mum. Their kindness, warmth, and attention to detail truly made all the difference.
The resort is beautifully secluded, offering a peaceful escape, yet it’s only a short drive from the busier areas if you’re looking for shopping or nightlife. That said, we never felt the need to leave because everything we wanted was right there. The resort catered to us so well, and the food, service, and facilities were outstanding.
We loved our pool villas, and the team very generously upgraded my parents to a larger, more luxurious villa closer to the pool and restaurants, making it easier for them to get around without needing longer walks or buggy rides. Even better, the rest of our family was accommodated right next door.
Overall, it was a truly unforgettable holiday. Thank you to everyone at Melati for your exceptional hospitality and for making my mum’s milestone birthday so special. We can’t wait to return!

We stayed at Melati Resort for 4 nights with our 2 kids and we absolutely loved it.
From the moment we arrived, it felt like a little tropical escape. The resort is set on a quiet stretch of beach that feels almost private, which made it incredibly peaceful and relaxing. The whole place is beautifully designed, surrounded by lush gardens and with a real sense of space and calm.
We stayed in a spacious villa with a private pool which is perfect for families and such a luxury to have your own space to unwind. One of the highlights was the option for a private dinner on the beach, which felt really special. The spa was also amazing, we had one of the best massages there.
What really stood out to us was how genuinely kind and warm everyone is, the staff made us feel so welcome throughout our stay.
There’s a small but lovely kids club right by the pool, which made it easy to combine relaxing and keeping the kids entertained. The pool area at he beach is beautiful, with a swim-up bar, and we really enjoyed the different dinner themes in the evenings.
If you feel like exploring, Choeng Mon Beach is just a short scooter or taxi ride away with some great beach restaurants. Right next to the resort there’s also a small local spot on the beach where you can enjoy simple Thai dishes, grab an ice cream, or even get a massage.
Overall, a beautiful, luxurious and very family-friendly place, perfect if you’re looking for a peaceful stay with a bit of everything.

Absolutely amazing experience, would highly recommend. The views, scenery and resort grounds are stunning, situated in a quiet cove. Taxi service provided by the hotel at the same price or lower than the local rate making it super easy to travel around the island. The service was outstanding from start to finish in particular we would like to thank Sammy, K and James who made this an even better experience!
Alejandra Panadero
This hotel is really beautiful and surrounded by lots of plants and greenery, which makes it feel very peaceful and relaxing. It’s also very comfortable and nicely decorated. The only thing I would prefer is a hotel with direct sea views, as you can’t really see the ocean from here. Overall, though, it’s a very lovely and comfortable place to stay.

We are currently staying at Muang Samui Spa Resort, Chaweng Beach, and I would like to sincerely appreciate the hotel team for their exceptional care and support during a difficult moment for our family.
My wife unfortunately fell on the stairs and injured her knee. The hotel staff responded immediately, provided attentive first aid onsite for about half an hour, arranged transport to the hospital, and continued supporting us throughout our stay.
They offered a wheelchair, buggy assistance, cold packs, regular follow-ups, breakfast delivered to our room, and even a complimentary fruit basket. Their response was professional, compassionate, and genuinely reassuring.
During such situations, service quality is truly tested. The team at Muang Samui Spa Resort handled everything with care, kindness, and responsibility. We are grateful for their prompt support and thoughtful hospitality.

We had an absolutely incredible stay at Muang Samui Villas & Suites—a true luxury escape that somehow blends rainforest serenity with beachfront living in the most seamless way.
From the moment you arrive, the atmosphere feels tranquil and immersive, like being tucked into a lush rainforest while still just steps from the ocean. It’s a rare balance of nature, privacy, and comfort that immediately sets the tone for a relaxing stay.
The pool area is a real highlight—designed in a way that feels almost like a natural rock pool, blending beautifully into the surroundings rather than feeling constructed or artificial. It creates a calm, holistic environment that’s perfect for unwinding.
The rooms are equally impressive, with beautiful private terraces that are perfect for slow mornings or evening downtime. Many of the villas also feature private pools, and the standout detail is the unique jacuzzi bath in each room, which adds a real sense of indulgence and privacy.
What makes the resort even more special is its location. It sits just next to Chaweng Regent Beach Resort, meaning you’re only steps away from Chaweng Beach. It’s incredibly easy to move between pool, beach, and nearby attractions, which makes the stay feel effortless and flexible.
You’re also within easy walking distance of Central Festival Samui and surrounding shops and bars, so everything you need is close by without ever needing transport.
A really great bonus is the daily shuttle service to Royal Muang in the north, which adds an excellent opportunity for a twin-centre style stay and exploring more of the island.
Overall, Muang Samui Villas & Suites delivers a peaceful, luxurious, and highly immersive experience—perfect for anyone wanting both nature-inspired tranquillity and easy access to Chaweng’s energy.

We’ve just come back from the best holiday in the world at this hotel. This was a dream holiday for me that I wanted to go for years so I researched so many hotels meticulously on the island and decided this one was perfect and I couldn’t have been more right.
People said Chaweng was a party location but honestly for us this was the most amazing location - we even rented the car and drove the whole island and decided we liked Chaweng the best. Such a fun bustling vibe but also lovely beaches and authentic unlike some beaches that just felt like a resort anywhere in the world.
The hotel has a gorgeous jungle vibe and feels so premium. I wanted luxury for my 30th birthday and that’s what we got. We got treated like royalty by the incredible staff who even decorated the room and gave me a cake on my birthday. They were so attentive. The hotel itself is stunning and the beach may be shallow but it’s the best views on the island. The restaurant was amazing, we loved the buffet breakfast and the bbq evening on the beach was like a dream, one of the best things we did! The room was perfect, so big and the jacuzzi bath was a beautiful end to our evenings. Loved the app they have too so you can communicate through that, see offers and alerts and book housekeeping.
On our last day we used the spa, and wow!!! Best massage I’ve ever had and the views from the spa were stunning.
We loved that we could use the kayak for free at the hotel too, that was so fun. We tried the free shuttle to the other sister hotel too to see the beach there but much preferred this hotel, the location and beach are nicer and felt more like a true Thai experience.
Overall, could not recommend this hotel enough and we’ve made memories there that will last a lifetime.

This was a true amazing experience! We were incredibly surprised by the room and surroundings. This place is by far more beautiful than the pictures show. The resort is like a small jungle, the room is very spacious, clean, incredible thailand design, with so many nice details. Great great location, restaurants and bar nearby, on walking distance, the area is so alive, but still the resort is so quiet.. If you walk on the beach on both directions, this resort is the most beautiful, with the most beautiful beach. We recommend from all our hearts this hidden jam🥰
Ryan GLOBETROTTER
Very beautiful hotel offering excellent value for the quality and location.
The rooms are large, spacious, well exotically decorated and very comfortable, with clean interiors, many amenities and a very comfortable bed.
I had a lovely room with a balcony overlooking the swimming pool and the beach, which made the stay even more enjoyable.
The location is excellent, with direct access to the famous Chaweng Beach, yet the hotel remains very quiet despite many shops and bars nearby.
The swimming pool is surrounded by lots of trees and green spaces, with plenty of benches and shaded areas, including spots on the beach.
During the day there can be children playing and yelling around the pool, but it’s not a big deal and doesn’t really affect the overall experience.
Breakfast is served on a beautiful terrace from 06:30 to 10:30, with a good variety of options.
The gym is small but well equipped and there are plenty of activities offered such as Thai language lessons and Thai cooking classes.
The staff are very friendly, welcoming and always eager to help, making the stay comfortable and relaxing overall.
A shuttle bus service from and to Samui Airport upon request, costing 300 baht as of December 2025, which is a useful option.
During my stay, there were some large groups of guests (from one specific "country") who were quite noisy and did not show much respect for other guests, which slightly affected the atmosphere at times.
Aside from this, everything went well and the overall experience was positive.
Enjoy 😎🧘♀️🧘🙏🌊⛱️🏖️🏝️☀️

Had an excellent stay at Dusit Laguna Phuket overall. The property is beautiful, the atmosphere is relaxing, and the staff were truly exceptional throughout our stay. They genuinely tried to accommodate every request with warmth and professionalism, which made the experience very comfortable and memorable.
A special mention to Dragon (Saswatsam) at the front desk, who was extremely helpful, polite, and professional. His service stood out and really added to the positive experience.
The only area that could improve is the vegetarian selection at the breakfast buffet, which was very limited compared to what many international travelers would expect. Also, it was quite surprising that the kitchen completely closes at 11:30 PM, after which no food orders are possible at all. For a large luxury hotel like Dusit, the absence of any late-night dining option felt unusual.
That said, the hospitality and overall experience were excellent, and we still thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

We landed at Dusit Thani Laguna Phuket and honestly, the beach is what got me first — Bang Tao is one of the best stretches of sand on the island, and so few hotels actually sit right on it the way this one does.
We stayed at the room with garden access, and I loved that... no stairs, no lobby maze, just step outside and you're already among the palms and lawn. One evening we wandered over to Casuarina Beach Club for dinner, and wow, the sashimi platter alone was worth the trip, plus a gorgeous sunset and a little fire show while we ate.
Meanwhile our kids were off having their own adventure at the activity room, and the marshmallow campfire night became the highlight of their whole trip!
Brett Kwong
Dusit Thani Laguna Phuket offers a good experience, and the biggest surprise is how the stunning beachside setting allows for absolute relaxation without ever needing to leave the resort.
Situated about forty-five minutes away from the airport, the location is highly accessible and provides free parking options, though it is far from shopping districts and night markets. The hotel facilities are kept in good condition and do not feel aged, featuring stable room internet speed and a swimming pool that is decent for a refreshing dip rather than lap swimming, though the shower water pressure could be stronger. Guests will find the breakfast quality acceptable, with food availability being consistent, even if the selection could offer more diverse options.
There are a couple of great restaurants inside the hotel, making it easy to dine steps from the sand. A helpful tip for travelers is to avoid booking rooms near the lobby if planning to sleep early, as they offer live music in the lobby area.

Our stay at Dusit Thani Phuket was truly a dream and an experience we will remember for the rest of our lives. From the moment we arrived until the moment we left, we felt so welcomed, cared for and genuinely looked after. The beautiful location, the stunning surroundings and, most of all, the warmth and kindness of the entire team made our stay incredibly special.
And this trip became even more unforgettable for us because my boyfriend proposed to me on the beach during our stay – and we are now engaged! The fact that this beautiful moment happened here at Dusit Thani Phuket makes this place incredibly special to us, and it will always hold a very special place in our hearts.
We would like to say a huge thank you to the entire team. Everyone we met was so kind, friendly and attentive. It was clear that the staff genuinely care about their guests, and all the little personal touches made us feel much more than just guests.
A very special thank you goes to Ms. Wilaiporn at the reception. She went above and beyond to help us and made so much effort to make sure we had such a beautiful room. She also arranged something very special for my boyfriend’s birthday, which meant so much to us. We truly appreciate everything she did to make our stay even more memorable.
We would also like to give a special thank you to Ms. Pooh at the bar. We really took her to our hearts and enjoyed our lovely conversations with her so much. Meeting such warm and genuine people is one of the things that makes travelling so special.
A big thank you to Mr. Bird, who prepared our omelettes and Eggs Benedict every morning. He always greeted us with such a friendly smile, and his kindness made our breakfasts even more enjoyable.
We also want to thank Ms. Aree from the breakfast team, who always made sure we had the best table and somehow already knew exactly what we liked and what we wanted. That kind of personal attention made us feel truly cared for.
A special thank you as well to Mr. Chai at the pool, who always brought us our towels with such a warm smile and friendly attitude. These little moments really made a difference.
And of course, thank you to Ms. Ging at the Beach Club, who always made sure we had a beautiful spot to enjoy the sunset. Those evenings by the beach will definitely be some of our favourite memories from Thailand.
Thank you to every single person at Dusit Thani Phuket. ❤️
You all made us feel so welcome, comfortable and truly at home. It was not only the beautiful hotel that made our stay so special, but above all the wonderful people who work there.
Our stay was a real dream, and now we have even more reason to remember it forever. We arrived as a couple and left engaged.
We are incredibly grateful for all the kindness, smiles, conversations and little details that made this stay unforgettable.
Dusit Thani Phuket will always be a very special place for us, and we cannot wait to come back.
Thank you for making one of the most beautiful chapters of our lives even more magical.
With love and gratitude,
we will miss you all!
Greetings from your German friends 🫶🏻🌸

We stayed in Dusit Thani during Christmas holidays. The prices were 10 times higher than for ordinary days. The room was good, well maintained, renovated. As our room was on the first floor some kind of warms that live in the roots of pine trees were coming through the hole of the balcony door. We infrotmed the staff about it and were told that it was normal here. The food was good, variable and tasty. We preferred to have breakfast in the main restaurant . There were tasty waffles. Breakfast served in another place we didn’t like, all vegetables and fruits looked unfresh, had flies. You can notice monitor lizards living on the territory of the hotel. Sometimes they get into the pool. There are Japanese carps living in the pond. The beach is nice and clean, broad and long. It was very enjoyable to take a walk along this beach. SPA is wonderful, I can recommend it, I found the staff very professional. There is a good kids club on the territory of the hotel. In the whole the hotel is good and can be recommended to stay.

WE actually stayed from May 26th to June 1st and liked it so much that we returend from June 5th to the 7th.
We had two wonderful stays at your hotel and felt truly welcome from the moment we arrived. The staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive throughout our visit. A special highlight was the Muay Thai trial training session for our 8-year-old son, which he thoroughly enjoyed.
We were also delighted by the appreciation that we returned to the resort very well recognized by the team and a hand-written welcome note by Director of Rooms, which added a very personal touch to our stay. The breakfast was excellent, offering a great selection and highest quality.
Overall, everything was simply wonderful, and we greatly appreciated the warm hospitality. Thank you for making our stay so memorable.

We had a pleasant stay at Santiburi Koh Samui. The property itself is stunning, though there were a few service and dining hiccups that kept it from being a flawless 5-star experience.
The Highlights:
* The Villa: Our villa was wonderful—very comfortable, beautifully maintained, and came with a fantastic, spacious outdoor area that was a highlight of our trip.
* Breakfast: The breakfast buffet was quite good with a nice variety of tasty options to start the day.
* The Staff: For the most part, the team here is friendly and welcoming, with a few exceptions.
Areas for Improvement:
* Pool Maintenance: We experienced a leak in our villa pool during our stay. While the team attempted to fix it, it wasn't fully resolved, and we would have appreciated a small gesture or compensation for the inconvenience. Unfortunately nothing of the kind was ever offered to us.
* Communication & Dining: The breakfast restaurant staff had a low level of English comprehension which made communication a bit tricky at times. We also felt the restaurants—particularly the beach restaurant—could be improved. The seafood was a bit disappointing and felt overpriced for the quality.
* Beach Service & Spa: While most interactions were great, the beach service staff could be a bit more polite and welcoming. Additionally, the spa was just okay for the price; the massages were a bit inconsistent, turning out either too light or a bit too firm.
Overall:
It’s a gorgeous resort with excellent villas and a lot going for it. With a few adjustments to the dining and staff training, it could easily be a top-tier luxury stay!

Had to change hotels last minute as the one we booked wasn’t safe for our child. We drove around and looked at some options and this was a clear winner. Stayed 8 days. Stunning grounds, warm and professional staff, hotel food is outstanding and we had some of the best Thai food we had in Thailand at their lobby restaurant. Beautiful pool, beautiful clean beach. Just luxury. We travelled with an infant who also enjoyed the kids play room, pool and beach toys and playful attention from the staff. Thank you again for cleaning up after my messy baby after every meal 🙏 highly recommend.

I had the most amazing stay at the Santiburi in Koh Samui recently. One of the best hotels I have ever stayed at. From the moment we arrived and were so warmly greeted by the staff until the moment we left, everything was perfect. The staff were absolutely amazing, so warm and friendly, and Bank was the most wonderful host and was so kind and helpful. Thank you Bank. The hotel itself is gorgeous. Feels like you are away from everything, with its beautiful gardens and the most incredible beach. Our deluxe beachfront room was fabulous. We didn’t want to leave and will definitely be back. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

An Unforgettable Paradise at Santiburi Koh Samui
Santiburi Koh Samui is a fantastic choice for anyone visiting the island; it provided the perfect setting for our recent holiday. The resort nature is beautiful, featuring lush, well-maintained gardens that create a very peaceful atmosphere. Our Deluxe Villa was excellent, spacious, luxurious and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay.
The dining options were a highlight for us, particularly the beach restaurant, where we enjoyed several delicious meals. The beach itself is pristine with clear water, making it an ideal spot for swimming. We also took advantage of the spa and the treatments were exceptional thanks to the professional and attentive staff.
Breakfast was another standout feature. The variety is impressive, especially the live station for fresh pancakes and crepes, and the custom juice bar where you can mix your own drinks. Whether you are traveling as a couple, with family, or on your own, this resort is a wonderful place to stay. The staff was beyond nice and made us feel very welcome in this hotel.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel! From the moment we arrived, we received exceptional service. Every member of the staff was professional, friendly, attentive, and always willing to go above and beyond to make our stay special.
We stayed at the hotel for our honeymoon, and the team made our experience even more memorable with their thoughtful and beautiful gestures. We truly appreciated the special attention and the effort they made to make us feel welcome and celebrated.
The outstanding service was noticeable everywhere – from the warm welcome and reception team, to the housekeeping staff, the restaurant, and every other part of the hotel. The rooms were kept very clean, the breakfast was excellent with a great variety of options, and the massage was absolutely amazing and very relaxing.
What truly stood out the most was the exceptional level of service throughout the entire hotel. The kindness, attention to detail, and genuine care from the staff made our honeymoon stay even more special and unforgettable.
We highly recommend this hotel and would definitely love to come back again!

My husband and I spent 6 nights at Layana hotel in August 26. We absolutely loved the hotel and the staff. Laila help us checkin in and ordering taxi, she is great! The room is spacious, good air conditioner, the veranda is a nice piece of the room. The hotel has 3 pools, 2 in front of the sea. The breakfast had a good variety, the fruits were the best part. We took the 6am transfer to Krabi airport and they prepared a lunchbox for us, it was a really nice gesture. The area around the hotel has AMAZING restaurants and it's easy to walk around. I would love to go back and I have no problem to recommend the hotel.

I stayed in Layana for 2 nights, and felt regret that I should stay more . Every things were perfect.
As soon as I walked in to the resort I felt very relaxed . Beautiful garden and nice pools.
Close to beach I can watch Sunset on the beach it was beautiful evening.
When I walked to my room I felt in love with every detail even the scent in the room made me feel welcome and relaxed. I could stay in my room all day, TV is smart TV , internet was fast. Water pressure was good .
Room was huge Bed was super comfortable, Smart TV and full of Amenities. Welcome fruit basket.
I don’t have any single complaint because I love this resort very much .
Staff were friendly and welcoming and were helpful.
Breakfast was perfect for me . I don’t eat much all I need is a good salad and eggs for breakfast. Salad was fresh and I love the idea of every day I get different egg of the day which was tasty and not boring breakfast.
Next time when I come to Koh Lanta I won’t shop around and I definitely come back to stay at Rayana again.
I was very lucky to watch Sunset on the first day I arrived it was gorgeous sunset I even seen.
Thank you for making my stay memorable and relaxing.

One of the best hotels in Koh Lanta. Beautiful hotel with warm welcome from all the team (always smile and so polite) from the beginning until the end. Their service is more than 5 stars hotel. Really recommended and we will be back for sure.
Merci beaucoup a vous tous. Nous avons vraiment passé un agréable séjour. A bientôt 🙏🥰❤️

Beautiful resort with a wonderful atmosphere. The room was lovely and very comfortable, and the sunsets were absolutely beautiful.
What made our stay even more special was the staff — everyone was so kind, warm and attentive. We really felt well taken care of throughout our stay.
We had a lovely time at Layana and would definitely come back again! ❤️

In May we stayed at the Treehouse Villas for our Honeymoon. It was an unexpected find on Google maps.
Our stay was memorable and we would visit again in a heartbeat. Thank you to the team at Treehouse Villas Koh Yao for making our stay so special. I love the attention to detail in everything and the breathtaking views of the Phang Nga Bay and all its little picturesque islands.
The Treehouse Villas ticks all the important boxes for an exceptional holiday:
□ Gorgeous scenery
□ Luxury Villas/rooms
□ Privacy
□ excellent service
□ Delicious food and drinks
□ Many activities and island hopping excursions
□ Adults only Resort
□ Private and remote from rest of Koh Yao Noi island.
Worth the visit 100%.

An absolutely stunning hotel.
Absolute paradise.
Tree house villas arw gorgeous with every detail considered.
Super comfy bed and pillows.
The plunge pool, swing and loungers are all just amazing.
You get soft drinks and beer in the mini bar each day and water is plentiful.
Our only mistake was only staying for 2 nights!
We did the Island Hopping trip which was phenomenal- they adjusted the order to miss the crowds for the small beaches. Staff were super helpful and informative as well as funny.
They only take a maximum of 6 people so there is loads of space and it was overall brilliant value.

I had a wonderful stay at TreeHouse. The island is only about 45 minutes from Yacht Haven Marina, which made the journey very easy and enjoyable.
All the staff provided very good service. Khun Jack, who assisted us during check-in, was very polite and had such a great service mind. I was impressed.
The breakfast was good, and the villa was amazing. I really loved the design and ocean view from the villa. Also, one of my favorite things was the shampoo in the room it made my hair feel so soft! I love it! haha
The resort is very quiet and peaceful. You can only hear the birds singing, which makes it a perfect place to clear your mind and recharge. Overall, it was a very relaxing and memorable stay.
Benjamin Baker
Rooms: the treehouses are unique and provide a one-of-a-kind experience, whilst still meeting high comfort standards. Special props to complimentary beers in room minibar, replenished daily.
Service: excellent. Special shout out to Noon, who is an absolute sweetheart! She made us feel right at home with excellent English and a witty rapport.
Location: the island itself is small and the hotel is gloriously isolated. Complete quiet.
Assorted tips:
1) bring strong bug spray. Mosquitoes are a menace
2) do the island hopping expedition offered by hotel!
3) explore the village (and bring your laundry, prices are more attractive)

We spent part of our honeymoon at TreeHouse Villas, and honestly, I can’t say enough good things about it. From the warm welcome we received on arrival, to the amazing staff, the beautiful treehouse villas, and all the included services — everything was absolutely perfect.
The location is breathtaking, surrounded by nature and incredibly peaceful, making it the ideal place to relax and enjoy such a special trip. The food was also delicious, with great quality and plenty of variety.
I genuinely can’t think of a single negative thing to say about the hotel. We felt even more comfortable there than at home. Every detail was taken care of, and the whole team made us feel special throughout our stay.
It’s a truly magical place, run by wonderful, kind, and attentive people. Thank you so much for making our honeymoon unforgettable. We would love to come back one day.

This was my second stay, and this time I brought our two young, active kids. The welcome was amazing, and the staff were incredibly friendly throughout. I was really impressed with how quickly they responded to urgent inquiries—great service.
Breakfast was served at the beach restaurant this time. While the setting was nice, it was quite busy due to Thai holidays, and service felt slow and a bit chaotic. Most dishes leaned too sweet for our taste, which made it hard to fully enjoy the meal. On the bright side, the coffee was excellent!
One small hiccup: we received different operating hours from different staff members, which caused some confusion. The café was also freezing cold and not very inviting—drinks there were overly sweet and felt a bit carelessly prepared.
We were told free ice cream for kids was available at both restaurants, but when we showed up, we were informed it had changed to just one location. The beach bar looked messy after a stormy rain, which wasn’t appealing, though the bartender was friendly.
Dinner was a mixed bag—no kids' menu, which was a pity, but the set dinner package was well organized. The fire show was a pleasant surprise—beautifully done and entertaining for the whole family.
The room itself was spacious with a great sofa bed for family stays, but the AC was uncomfortably noisy and cold—the second night it sounded like ice falling on the roof.
Now for the highlights—the kids' club was absolutely impressive and beautiful, packed with all kinds of toys and fun art activities. A special shout-out to Fai, who runs the place so smoothly and professionally. She always welcomed us with a warm smile and genuine eye contact—confident, kindhearted, and great with the children. The kids' water park was the real game-changer—it completely hooked my little ones. And the outdoor playground offered fantastic options to keep them entertained even after the kids' club closed for the day.
Overall, a stay with some highs and lows. Great staff, wonderful kids' facilities, but a few dining and operational details need fine-tuning. We'd still consider returning—especially for the amazing family-friendly spaces.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Khaolak Emerald Beach Resort & Spa. Everything was excellent, from the friendly, polite, and attentive staff to the clean and spacious room. The room was well equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay.
We really enjoyed the swimming pool, café, bar, gym, and beautiful beach area. The beach view was stunning and made our stay even more relaxing and enjoyable.
We were impressed with every aspect of the resort and truly had a fantastic experience. Thank you to all the staff for making our stay so memorable. We would definitely love to come back again! ❤️

We had a truly memorable experience at The Khaolak Emerald Beach Resort & Spa. From the moment we arrived, the service was excellent; the staff are incredibly friendly, warm, and went out of their way to be helpful.
Our room was perfect—clean, comfortable, and well-appointed. The facilities are equally amazing, especially the variety of pools and the well-equipped gym. We also loved the on-site coffee shop for a daily caffeine fix! A major highlight was the beach restaurant; dining while overlooking the ocean was a stunning experience.
A special, big thanks to Khun John for his outstanding hospitality. He truly made our stay feel personal and special. We can’t wait to come back!

We stayed at Emerald Phuket Resort from 1–3 July 2026, and we were lucky to have beautiful weather throughout our stay with no rain at all.
We traveled with three other families, all with children under five, and everyone had an amazing time. The pools are spacious, beautifully designed, and perfect for families. We especially enjoyed relaxing at the pool bar while the kids happily swam nearby. The kids’ pool is adorable, with plenty of fun features that kept the little ones entertained for hours.
The resort’s restaurant, WAI WAI, offers a great variety of dishes. The Thai food was outstanding, especially the Nam Prik Goong Siab, which tasted incredibly authentic. Breakfast was also excellent, with a thoughtful selection for children, and the mascot made the experience even more enjoyable for the little ones.
The kids’ club and daily activities were another highlight of our stay. There was always something fun for the children to do, and the staff made them feel welcome and engaged. My child absolutely loved it here and didn’t want to leave—which says it all!
Overall, Emerald Phuket Resort is a fantastic choice for families with young children. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely love to return.
PS Grilled Ham Cheese Sandwich at Pool bar is 10/10 *Must order!!!!

We had an amazing stay at Emerald Beach Resort & Spa. The staff were absolutely fantastic! Friendly, attentive, and always willing to go the extra mile to make our stay special.
The rooms were very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained throughout our visit. As we were celebrating our engagement, we were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary room upgrade, which made the experience even more memorable.
We also asked for a late check-out and were kindly given an extra three hours, which we really appreciated. It allowed us to relax and enjoy our last day without feeling rushed.
Overall, a wonderful experience, and we would highly recommend this resort to anyone visiting the area.
We will definitely be coming back!

A perfect resort! We went to a family trip for 5 days, the service and staff were great. The pool and gym and all of the facilities were very well maintained. Breakfast was excellent with a lot of variety. The beach bar had great dishes with fair prices. The room was always clean, well equiped and the view was stunning. The location was excellent as well at the end of the boardwalk , and beach was so beautiful.

This hotel is located at the edge of the Fisherman's Village, letting you step right out directly onto the village promenade. The room was huge, featuring a large balcony that’s just perfect for lounging, and the staff was always smiling, friendly, and extremely helpful. We really loved the large pool and its absolutely stunning view, though it's a bit of a bummer that it lacks shade when the sun is out. Breakfast was rich and delicious, but the dining area gets really hot, which can be a bit uncomfortable despite the few fans scattered around. On the plus side, having a pool table and ping-pong available is a really nice touch, and the gym is well-equipped (though it could use another set of kettlebells and some heavier weights). Finally, just outside the hotel towards the back street, you'll find plenty of shops, money exchanges, and massage places that are much cheaper than the ones inside the main village.
sam henselijn
Excellent location right on the beachfront and next to the boardwalk, with breathtaking sunrises. The food was delicious and offered a great variety. The staff was incredibly friendly, professional, and attentive. The stunning infinity pool, dedicated kids' area, and on-site activities made our stay even more enjoyable. I would be happy to return!

We stayed here during the first leg of our honeymoon trip in Thailand and we really enjoyed our time here. When we arrived, they had a honeymoon setup in the room with a rose petal-filled bath drawn. The resort is not too large so the staff was pretty attentive to our requests. It's also conveniently located right next to Fisherman's Village as well as the beach. A somewhat minor complaint is that some power outlets in the room seemed to be connected to the light switches, so turning off the lights at night would result in devices not charging.
Theresa Yang
Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! We encountered so many thoughtful details to the hospitality. The restaurant menus boasted cuisines from so many parts of the world. Everything was a short walk from our room. We loved the multiple spa treatments and then relaxing even more in the pool with a drink in hand. Our kids rode jet skis in the ocean right in front. But next time we want to stay in our room and enjoy all the amenities within! Highly recommend this resort for families, couples and anyone who needs a place to rest!

We had an amazing stay at Silavadee Resort and would definitely recommend it for a relaxing holiday in Koh Samui. We stayed in an ocean-view room, and the views were absolutely beautiful waking up to the sea every morning was a real highlight.
The room was excellent: very comfortable, spotless, and finished to a high standard. Housekeeping was great and paid attention to every detail. They provide useful extras such as slippers, beach bags, yoga mats, and everything you might need for a comfortable stay. Through the resort app, you can easily request extra towels, toothbrushes, makeup-removal kits, or other amenities.
The staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and always happy to help. There are golf buggies available to take you around the resort, which is very convenient, especially because the property is quite large and hilly. Reception is always staffed, and there is secure parking with 24/7 surveillance.
One of the things we liked most was the resort app. You can check all the available services, contact reception, book spa treatments, reserve restaurant tables, request room items, and organise much of your stay directly from your phone. Very practical and well designed.
The facilities are fantastic: two swimming pools, a private beach, four restaurants, a spa, a small gym, and activities such as kayaking and Muay Thai classes. There are also different types of accommodation, from regular rooms to villas with private pools, so it is suitable for couples, families, or special occasions. 🏝️
The food was excellent. We highly recommend including breakfast: the buffet has a huge variety of options for all tastes, including made-to-order omelettes, salmon, lobster rolls, fresh fruit, pastries, and genuinely excellent barista coffee. ☕️
Breakfast was one of the best parts of our stay. Dinner was also very good, with plenty of choice and high-quality ingredients across the resort’s restaurants.
During our stay, there was a wedding at the hotel. It only occupied part of the beach for a few hours and did not really disturb us, but the hotel still gave us chocolates as an apology for any possible inconvenience, a very thoughtful gesture. The wedding also included fireworks in the evening, which looked beautiful. It seems like a wonderful place for a wedding or special celebration.
At the end of August, the hotel was very quiet and peaceful, which made the experience even more relaxing.
The resort offers a free shuttle service to Chaweng and another nearby area, which is very useful.
There is also a motorbike-rental shop close to the hotel that we highly recommend if you want to explore the island independently rather than relying on Grab.
The only small negative point is that the gym is very small, so it may feel limited if you are used to doing full workouts with a lot of equipment.
Overall, Silavadee is a beautiful, peaceful, and very well-run resort with outstanding service, excellent food, great facilities, and lots of thoughtful details. We would happily return and highly recommend it! 🌴✨

We stayed in the Silavadee Pool Spa Resort at the end of our 3 week trip through Thailand. This hotel exceeded all of our expectations. Service was great, rooms were perfect and the location, WOW.
Both swimming pools had the best sea views (+ were really clean!) and the private beach (with snorkeling options) topped it all off.
Breakfast, a combination of a la carte and a buffet, was the best we had in a long while.
My girlfriend and I already visited a lot of hotels, but we both agreed this was the best hotel we ever stayed at!
Thanks for making our stay so special

**Definitely not a luxury experience – extremely disappointing**
We booked this hotel for our honeymoon and paid approximately €4,000, expecting a genuinely luxurious and special experience based on the price and the way the property is presented online. Unfortunately, the reality was completely different.
The biggest disappointment was the overall condition and cleanliness of the property. The entire resort felt very dated, poorly maintained and run-down. There was visible dirt in many areas throughout the property, and even our towels were dirty. For a hotel positioning itself as a luxury resort, and especially at this price point, this was simply unacceptable.
There was also significant noise due to ongoing construction work, which made it even more difficult to relax and enjoy the property. The gym was very poorly equipped and again far below what we would expect from a hotel in this category.
Unfortunately, the service did not make up for it either. Communication with several members of staff was extremely difficult due to very limited English. Simple requests were often not understood, orders were forgotten or never arrived, and on several occasions we received the wrong food or items. We completely understand that English is not everyone's first language, but an international luxury resort should ensure that basic communication and service work smoothly.
Overall, there was an enormous discrepancy between the impression created online, the price being charged and the actual experience on site. We have stayed at many luxury hotels and resorts around the world, and this simply did not feel like a luxury property.
We were so disappointed and uncomfortable that we ultimately decided to leave rather than continue our honeymoon here. We communicated this to management and were even willing to pay for the nights we had already stayed, while requesting a refund for the remaining nights. Unfortunately even the management hasn’t been professional to us and left us during our conversation.
Paying approximately €4,000 and finding yourself in a property that feels dirty, run-down, noisy and poorly maintained, combined with inconsistent service, is simply not acceptable to us.
Sadly, what was supposed to be a special honeymoon experience became a major disappointment. Based on our personal experience, this property does not justify its pricing or its positioning as a luxury resort.
We would not return and cannot recommend it to anyone looking for a genuine five-star luxury experience.
Anurag S
If ever there was a place I would come back to, it will always be Silavadee.
This is a resort with everything you can dream of.
You will wake up in your bed with breathtaking views of the beautiful sea, your villa pool and an amazing pool deck.
We stayed in Ocean front pool villa (Room 24) and these are the ones with the best views. IMO Room 26 has the best views but even 24 and 25 are quite good.
Property has 2 infinity pools but in our 3 day stay we never felt the need to use them as our villa pool was big enough and amazing enough.
Breakfast feels like Michelin grade food. Apart from the exotic spread, they have a full fledged ala carte menu and you can order anything and everything from it. Lot of complimentary beverages in the room and everyday they leave one little food hamper after cleaning the room!!
And if all of this was not enough, hospitality and people here are just infectiously sweet. There was repair work going on in the villa next to us which was making lot of noise. One call and silavadee team arranged free 1hr spa session for us and fully paid island tour for our family of 3.
Now the only negative is the beach. Property has a private beach but is not good for swimming as it is quite rocky.
But lamai and silver beach is just 10 min away.
Overall this is a small paradise nestled on the mountain with views to die for.
A MUST VISIT FOR SURE!!!!
Tara
We recently stayed at the Silavadee resort for 4 nights stay and the service from all the staff was amazing from the very second we stepped into the lobby. All the staff are so kind and happy and it creates a wonderful calm environment. They can’t do enough to help you so a huge thank you to you all. The cleanliness of the rooms was also perfect, it was nice after a long day out to come back to a clean welcoming room. All the food we tried here was delicious and the Thai food was some of the best we have had during our stay in Thailand.
The only side note I would add is that the air con could be a bit stronger in the rooms, also a lot of the activities may not go ahead during the day (ie soccer/ water sports) due to weather conditions or lack of people willing to participate. We felt there could have been more in terms of evening entertainment, as other than the wonderful restaurants to eat, the star bar was closed during the majority of our stay.
However overall these notes are minor and not down to the staff who run the resort on a day to day basis. It would not deter me from staying here again in the future.
Thanks to all at Silavadee resort for being so welcoming.

This is a nice hotel but it’s not perfect. We started in a lower room but we were very close to the driveway so it was quite noisy. We paid for an upgrade up the hill and it was much better. The views are spectacular. The room was comfortable and clean but our bed had bed bugs. We woke up every morning covered in bites. The staff were very friendly and attentive, although sometimes when we called for a buggy to drive down the buggy never showed up. The food in the restaurant is quite average. The swimming pools are great but the beach has a lot of rocks. We liked the location being quiet and peaceful but not too far away. Eat local food in town. Recommend for a couple. Get a villa if you can.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The property is beautiful, with a fantastic atmosphere and breathtaking views. There are two swimming pools, and the 180 degree ocean view is absolutely stunning.
The restaurants are lovely, and the food was delicious with great quality and flavors. Everything was excellent and I truly enjoyed my stay.
The only thing that could be improved is the coffee served at breakfast. Even after trying it on different days cappuccino or americano, My husband and I still couldn’t really enjoy it.

We absolutely loved staying in this hotel. We stayed there for two nights in December 2025. The pool was amazing and the food was really delicious too. The location was good too. Very calming environment which was good for relaxing. We had a staff member helping us with the luggages his name is “Naif.” He was wonderful and would greet and talk to us whenever he sees us. He is amazing. Naif if you see this, me and my partner both loved talking to you and thank you for the great hospitality provided. We will definitely visit again.

We stayed at Namaka Resort for several nights. The location is the resort’s strongest selling point — all rooms are sea-facing and the views are spectacular. The property has two large pools (one with a slide) and an infinity pool with direct sea views, which are excellent for families and relaxing by the water.
Rooms and cleanliness need improvement. We experienced red ants getting onto food items (even sealed chocolate), which led us to request a room change. The staff were cooperative and moved us promptly, but the underlying issue remains. The rooms feel dated: the wooden furniture and joinery (doors, bed frames) showed wear and in some places required repair. Overall room upkeep and pest control should be addressed to avoid repeat problems.
Service at the property was generally good. Staff were helpful and attentive — a special mention to Thal, who was consistently kind and proactive in assisting guests. One operational gap: room service is not available after 10:00 PM, which seems odd for a resort of this size and location. Increasing late-night options would improve guest experience.
Facilities are enjoyable — the pools are big and family-friendly. The slide works but feels old and could be replaced or refurbished. Pools and common areas are pleasant and well-suited for both adults and children.
Transport and safety: the resort has a shuttle, but communication and frequency need work. I was not informed about the shuttle on arrival and had difficulty booking a cab from Main Road (Big C Kamala) to the resort. I had to request multiple times at reception to get dropped. The 2 km stretch between Main Road and the resort is dimly lit and a bit isolated at night, so a reliable, on-call shuttle service and clearer guest communication are important improvements.
Would I recommend it? Yes — for the unbeatable sea views, pools, and helpful staff. However, if you’re sensitive to room condition, pest control, or need late-night room service and dependable transfers, consider confirming these points with the resort before booking.

We stayed here in December. To start with, the weather was good. The hotel is a bit older, but the room was good, clean, and spacious, and the bed was comfortable. The view was also nice. I can say that the hotel itself is nice, but a big downside is the restaurant and breakfast—they were very poor and felt cheap. We couldn’t eat at the hotel at all; nothing was fresh and there was very little choice for breakfast. That was the only disappointing part. The staff were kind, and special thanks to the reception manager, who was very understanding. We might return someday.

This was our first stay at The Salil Hotel Sukhumvit 57, and we absolutely loved it!
From the moment we checked in until the day we checked out, every member of the staff was warm, welcoming, friendly, and incredibly helpful. I especially want to give a heartfelt thank you to Ms. Dear, who provided exceptional service throughout our entire stay. She also went above and beyond by helping us with the hotel’s traditional Thai costume experience, making it even more memorable.
I’m absolutely obsessed with the hotel’s modern, stylish, and trendy design. Every corner is beautifully decorated, creating such a unique and relaxing atmosphere.
The location is another huge advantage—it’s just a few minutes’ walk to the BTS station and conveniently located in the heart of everything, making it easy to explore Bangkok.
I highly recommend The Salil Hotel Sukhumvit 57 to anyone visiting Bangkok. Thank you, Ms. Dear, for making our stay so special. Your kindness, professionalism, and genuine hospitality truly made this hotel even more valuable. We will definitely be back for another vacation!

I had an early check in and I was travelling solo. They gave me early checking without any questions or Nuisance. The staff was super helpful and cordial. The location is amazing and walkable to many cool cafés and street food. The rooms were super clean and spacious. There was no disturbance in the room and had all amenities too. The concierge was very helpful and greeted with a smile always.

We had a lovely stay here. A very relaxing and well located hotel.
So close to BTS and other amenities.
The staff were so nice and welcoming especially Torn and Boat.
This is our second stay here and when we return to Bangkok we'll be staying here again.
100% recommend this place. Sorry to be leaving

⭐ 1/5 — Very Disappointing Customer Service
I had a very disappointing experience with this hotel’s customer service.
My friend originally made the reservation but was unable to stay. The guest name on the reservation had already been changed to my name before I contacted the hotel. I called simply to confirm the details and ask a few questions regarding my upcoming stay.
While I was asking for clarification, the staff member suddenly raised their voice at me and said, “Can you ask one thing at a time?” in an impatient and disrespectful tone.
I was genuinely surprised by this response. I was not arguing, shouting, or demanding anything unusual. The reservation was already under my name, and I was simply trying to make sure I understood the arrangements correctly before arriving.
If the staff member needed me to ask my questions one at a time, they could have politely said so. There was absolutely no reason to raise their voice at a guest who was simply asking for information.
For someone working in hospitality, basic courtesy, patience, and professionalism should be expected. Unfortunately, this interaction made me feel unwelcome before I had even arrived.
If this is how a confirmed guest is treated simply for asking questions before check-in, it makes me seriously concerned about the level of service I can expect during my stay.
I hope the hotel management takes this feedback seriously and reviews how their staff communicate with guests. Guests should be treated with respect, even when they have several questions to ask. 8/7/2026

From the check in onwards everything was amazing.
Great staff all around, reception, door man, housekeeping etc.
And the room was just so beautiful and cosy, perfect for a romantic couple stay. Not forgetting the complimentary Thai costume rental, allowing us to capture some magical memories. The location to BTS was also relatively close with a couple of nice noodle shops and a 7 eleven just right the corner. I would highly recommend this hotel for nice relaxing stay. Sincerely thankful for the awesome experience!

I stayed at The Sukhothai Bangkok from 4–5 August, and it was an exceptional experience from the moment I arrived until check-out. Every interaction felt warm, genuine, and professional.
A heartfelt thank you to Trippy, Benz, Breeze, and Panpim from the Front Office for making every step effortless with their warm hospitality, professionalism, and attention to detail. They made me feel truly welcome throughout my stay.
I would also like to thank Khun Keng from the Security team for always assisting with parking so efficiently. Every arrival and departure was smooth, convenient, and stress-free thanks to his excellent service.
Breakfast was one of the highlights of my stay. A special thank you to Chef JoJo for the wonderful breakfast and for making every morning feel special. The quality, presentation, and attention to detail were outstanding.
I was also fortunate to experience the hotel's charity market during my stay. It was wonderful to see the hotel supporting such a meaningful cause while creating a fun and welcoming atmosphere. I enjoyed walking around and ended up taking home several lovely items.
Thank you to everyone at The Sukhothai Bangkok for making my stay so memorable. I truly look forward to returning again soon.

Just returned from a six night stay at the Sukhothai - my fav of the many five star hotels that Bangkok has to offer. What differentiates the Sukhothai? 1) Although 30 years old, the hotel retains its classic/modern Thai design that comes from the founders of the Aman Hotel Empire. 2) The hotel has huge grounds and gardens, set far back from the street, so it it is very quiet, although in the city center. 3) This includes one of the best swimming pools - 25 meters. 4) The newer Spa complex, constructed using the wood from an 100 old Thai villa. is a special places indeed for massage or other traditional Thai treatments . 5) Excellent breakfast buffet -- I hope they will bring back their home made German rye bread by my next visit 6) I prefer a hotel in the center of the city than along the river, given the always challenging Bangkok traffic in moving around town. And finally hospitality of the staff is just what you expect from a five star hotel.

I have visited Bangkok many times, but this was my first stay at The Sukhothai Bangkok, and I was truly impressed.
From the moment we arrived, so many staff members made us feel genuinely welcome. The team at the entrance, the bell staff who helped with our luggage, the wellness core exercise instructor, the spa staff, and everyone involved in the wellness activities were all incredibly kind and professional.
Although I don’t know everyone’s names, I want to thank all of them for making our stay so special. Their warm hospitality and attentive service made this a truly memorable experience.
I would definitely stay at The Sukhothai Bangkok again on my next visit to Bangkok and highly recommend it to anyone looking for an exceptional hotel experience

My stay at The Sukhothai Bangkok was truly wonderful. I rarely write reviews, but this hotel absolutely deserves one.
What impressed me the most was the staff.
Without a doubt, Kratai was the No. 1 employee at the hotel. 🩷🩷🩷
She always greeted us with a warm smile, paid attention to every detail, and genuinely cared about making our stay as comfortable as possible. When I made a request, she thoughtfully prepared a well-organized document with all the information I needed and even looked for an even better option for me. The management should do everything they can to keep such an exceptional employee. She has incredible talent and a very bright future.😎
Bus was calm, kind, and professional. He remembered every request without fail and always made us feel genuinely welcome.🫶🫶
Aom was also incredibly attentive. She always listened carefully and responded with kindness, making every interaction pleasant.😆
The hotel itself is beautiful, but its greatest asset is its people. The outstanding staff made our stay unforgettable, and we will definitely come back. Thank you for such a wonderful experience.

We stayed here during our wedding for preps and had our reception in Celadon. I was in awe the first time I saw the place but even more amazed when I experienced the stay and the food! Even our guests who flew from different parts of the world enjoyed everything. The team was really accommodating, shoutout to the best events manager Khun Ploy! The the reception team, Khun Kay and Khun Arm, they all went above and beyond making our experience memorable. I will definitely come back ❤️

We stayed at Amari Bangkok for three nights and had a very enjoyable stay overall.
The hotel is impressive in size and its greatest advantage is undoubtedly its location. It is within walking distance of Bangkok’s major shopping malls, making it an excellent base for exploring the city.
We stayed in a Club Suite, which was spacious, comfortable, beautifully designed, and very well equipped. The hotel also offers two restaurants, an Executive Lounge, and a swimming pool that is open until 8:00 PM.
Overall, I would definitely recommend this hotel for anyone planning to spend a few days in Bangkok.
Not for couples
The service in the lounge is very slow and it seemes that the waiters do not care about you
We waited for coffe more than 25 minutes and for an omelette 45 minutes!
A few areas could be improved:
• The street noise inside the room was surprisingly loud, even on a higher floor, and affected the overall comfort.
• The elevators were a major downside. They were consistently overcrowded, and waiting 5–10 minutes for an elevator was not uncommon.
• Guests without Executive Lounge access should expect a very busy breakfast experience, especially during peak hours.
• The Executive Lounge would benefit from having a minimum age policy (for example, 13+). At the moment there is no age restriction, and during our stay it often felt more like a family lounge, with young children, crying babies, and a level of noise that doesn’t match the premium atmosphere many guests expect when paying for Club access.
Thank you to the Amari Bangkok team for your hospitality. With a few improvements, this hotel could provide an even better guest experience.

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The hotel is very nice, and the food was excellent. The location is also very convenient, with easy access to the shopping market.
The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, from the front desk to the concierge team. Special thanks to Ms Jane and Mr. Jack, the bellboy, who was very helpful and courteous throughout my stay.
The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The bed was a little smaller than expected, but it was still comfortable for double occupancy.
Overall, the restaurant, food, service, staff, and location were excellent. I really enjoyed my stay and would be happy to recommend this hotel to others.

Our stay at Amari Bangkok was very good! Our flight arrived early in the morning and although check-in officially starts at 3 p.m. our room was ready after just about an hour of waiting in the beautiful lobby, which we really appreciated.
The hotel is in a great central location, making it easy to get around Bangkok.
The staff were professional and genuinely welcoming throughout our stay. The service was great and a special thank you to Aom, Nicha and Nidnoi for their hospitality and kindness.
We highly recommend Amari Bangkok!

We stayed here with our 2 teenage boys for 6 nights. We loved the location. A quick walk to the beach, short stroll to some lovely shops, restaurants and night markets. We liked this area, as it was more relaxed. The hotel staff was super friendly, the breakfast was wonderful. Great variety of everything. Rooms really spacious and comfortable, cleaned everyday. Fresh bath and swim towels daily. Loved the pool area. Overall 10/10 Thank you 🤩🤩🤩🌸🌸🙏🙏

Nice hotel clean rooms. Maids do a good job .but reception not the best they made us wait hours for our room even past check in time .seemed like no organisation. When asked for more beach towels it was always hard work to get towels .the pool never seemed to get cleaned. Letting people in the pool late at night the pool did let it down abit for me .hotel is in a good location close to beach abd restaurants.

Close to the beach. VERY good breakfast. The room is spacious.
It must have been fabulous in its Prime, now the hotel is showing it's age:The wall power sockets fail.
Plumbing and bathrooms:
The water pressure is good some days and other days not. CAREFUL, the floor is crazy slippery!
Housekeeping: Fresh sheets daily on request. The cleaning of the floors and bathrooms are not up to standard.
Beach towels supplied.
Would stay again.

Great hotel, staff friendly & helpful.
Room clean, topped up with tea, coffee, milk daily. Pool area nice, only did the swim up bar so can't comment on 2nd pool.
Breakfast good
Would definitely stay here on our next trip.

⭐ 3-2-1 Review
😬 3 Things I Liked:
*Excellent location close to the beach and several good restaurants
*The pool area surrounded by trees was peaceful and relaxing
*Breakfast was a highlight with great quality, variety, and generous portions
🤐 2 Observations:
*Rooms are spacious but feel a little dated
*Staff were friendly, although English communication was about 3/5 at times
🙃 1 Thing to Know:
*The gym needs significant improvement and was the weakest part of the hotel experience
😃 Personal Experience:
We found this hotel on Agoda and were happy with the choice. The location worked well, with the beach just across a slightly busy road that has a crosswalk to help pedestrians. The pool was my favourite part of the stay, tucked amongst the trees and offering a quiet atmosphere without lots of children around. Breakfast exceeded expectations and was one of the best aspects of the hotel. While the rooms were comfortable and spacious, they are showing their age. The biggest disappointment was the fitness centre, which was poorly equipped and not well maintained compared to other hotels we visited during our trip.

From the moment I arrived, Joe was warm, welcoming, courteous, and genuinely attentive. Their professionalism, efficiency, and willingness to go the extra mile made me feel valued and well cared for throughout my visit.
The lounge was immaculate, comfortable, and well maintained, while the food and beverage selection was fresh and thoughtfully presented. What truly made the experience exceptional, however, was the Yah’s friendly attitude, prompt service, and attention to every detail. She has consistently anticipated guests’ needs with a smile and created a relaxing, first-class atmosphere.
Thank you to the entire team for your dedication and commitment to excellent hospitality. Your outstanding service reflects the highest standards of customer care, and I look forward to visiting again.

Leaving Barceló Coconut Island Phuket is genuinely the hardest part of our trip. The resort itself is an absolute dream—nestled away on its own tranquil island, it offers a stunning, luxury escape that exceeded every single expectation. We originally stayed in a lovely Jacuzzi room that had everything we needed, but halfway through, our air conditioning ran into an issue that couldn't be fixed right away. The reception team handled it brilliantly, demonstrating unmatched kindness and efficiency by quickly moving us into an even more incredible room. Combined with fantastic daily breakfasts and the absolute nicest, warmest team of people in the world, this resort went above and beyond. We are completely gutted to leave, endlessly grateful to the staff, and already counting down the days until we can return!

A very comfortable resort with all inclusive options. The quality of the food, the choice, the service were all excellent. The staff are wonderful and made our stay special. The behind the scenes staff were amazing and the staff we had contact with were so considerate and friendly.
We enjoyed the paddle boards, the pools and the beach. We had access to complimentary transfers to Phuket when we wanted although the resort has everything for a relaxing one week stay.
I look forward to returning.

Exceptional Stay at Barceló Coconut Island – A Tropical Paradise with Outstanding Staff
Our recent stay at Barceló Coconut Island was nothing short of magical. From the moment we arrived via the complimentary boat transfer, we were swept into a world of serene beauty, lush tropical gardens, and impeccable service that truly defines a five-star experience.
The resort itself is stunning—spacious villas, pristine pools, and a private beach overlooking Phang Nga Bay create the perfect backdrop for relaxation. But what truly elevated our stay was the exceptional team who went above and beyond at every turn.
A special mention must go to TOON, whose warm welcome and attentive service set the tone for our entire visit. LESTER was incredibly helpful with organising activities and ensuring every detail was perfect. KIM and KYLE were fantastic at the pool and bar area—always smiling, quick to serve, and making us feel like VIPs throughout our stay. And of course, KHUN DAE —whose kindness, professionalism, and genuine care made us feel completely at home.
The food was delicious, the rooms were immaculate, and the overall atmosphere was one of peaceful luxury. Whether you’re looking for romance, family time, or simply a chance to unwind, Barceló Coconut Island delivers in every way.
We can’t wait to return and experience this slice of paradise again. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay unforgettable!

First time visiting Coconut Island and we had a great experience. We stayed in a 3-bedroom villa with amazing views. The villa is a bit older, but very spacious and comes with a full kitchen, which was really convenient for our family.
We visited during the Songkran holiday, so the hotel seemed a little short-staffed at times. However, it didn’t take away from the overall experience.
The kids absolutely loved the water slides, and that was definitely a highlight of the trip. Breakfast was also excellent with a great variety of options.
Overall, it was a wonderful stay and the value for money is really impressive compare to hotels in Phuket. We would definitely consider coming back.

I had an amazing stay at Barceló Coconut Island. The resort is beautiful, peaceful, and perfect for anyone looking to relax away from the crowds. The rooms were spacious, clean, and very comfortable, while the island setting created a truly unique tropical experience.
What impressed me most was the exceptional hospitality. The staff were friendly especially Mrs.Toon , professional, and always willing to help with a smile. The food was excellent, with plenty of variety, and the resort facilities were well maintained.
The combination of stunning views, great service, and a relaxing atmosphere made this one of the best hotel experiences I’ve had in Thailand. I would highly recommend it to couples, families, and anyone looking for a memorable island getaway. I would definitely love to return in the future.

This was our very first holiday in Phuket, and with such an extensive selection of hotels available, choosing the right place to stay was not easy. In the end, we decided on this hotel because of its excellent reviews, attractive beachfront location and very reasonable value for money.
We stayed at the hotel in June 2026 for 12 days and 11 nights. Overall, our experience was truly wonderful, and I would summarise it as follows:
Location – the hotel enjoys an excellent location close to the airport and directly on the beach. Within easy walking distance, there are numerous restaurants, bars, currency exchange offices, scooter rental shops and massage salons. Conveniently, there are ATMs and a small 7-Eleven just across the road, while a larger 7-Eleven is only about a five-minute walk away.
Resort grounds – the resort itself is spacious, beautifully maintained and thoughtfully arranged, offering plenty of sun loungers and umbrellas for guests to relax in comfort. There are two very clean swimming pools, one of them with a pool bar, as well as two massage areas, a breakfast restaurant and a seafood restaurant. The beach is separated from the resort only by a low stone wall, which makes the whole setting feel wonderfully open and connected to the sea.
Accommodation – we stayed in a third-floor room with a balcony overlooking the pool and offering a partial sea view. The room was spacious, comfortable and spotlessly clean. It included a minibar, and drinking water was replenished daily. All essential toiletries were provided, along with a hairdryer, bathrobes, slippers and other thoughtful amenities. Housekeeping was excellent, and the room was immaculately cleaned every day.
Dining – our stay included breakfast, which was served in a lovely restaurant right beside the beach. The selection was generous and varied, with hot and cold dishes, fresh fruit, coffee, tea, milk, pastries and, of course, an egg station. Although some items naturally repeated during our stay, the choice was so wide that we still did not manage to try everything. The service was warm and pleasant, and having breakfast with a sea view was a real highlight of each morning. For lunch and dinner, we chose to explore restaurants outside the resort, as we wanted to experience authentic Thai cuisine in places popular with locals.
Staff – the entire team was exceptionally kind, welcoming and helpful, and we genuinely felt that every guest was treated with care and appreciation. On our second-to-last day, I experienced stomach problems, and the reception staff kindly provided the necessary medicine free of charge. It helped me feel better, and I truly appreciated their thoughtful assistance.
It is also worth mentioning that the hotel offers a spa, fitness centre, billiards, table tennis, a children’s play area and, in general, everything guests might need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
Although we visited Phuket outside the high season, we were extremely fortunate with the weather. During our entire 12-day stay, it rained only once, and even then only for about four hours.
In conclusion, we would like to sincerely thank the entire hotel team for making our holiday so memorable and enjoyable. If we ever return to Phuket, we would not hesitate to stay again at the Best Western Premier Bangtao Beach Resort & Spa.

We had a wonderful stay at the Best Western Bang Tao and would absolutely recommend it.
The staff were incredibly kind, polite, and helpful throughout our stay. A very special thank you to Ms. Tes at Reception, who went above and beyond to assist us with everything we needed. She was genuinely caring, professional, and always willing to help, and she made a real difference to our experience.
The swimming pools are beautiful and very peaceful. The tropical setting is amazing, with trees and lush greenery around the pools and even in the middle of one of them. There is plenty of space to relax, and the whole atmosphere feels calm and tropical.
The beach is just a few steps away, directly in front of the pool area. The view is fantastic, there are several activities and water sports available, and there are also plenty of restaurants and food options along the beach right next to the hotel.
The hotel offers a very good breakfast, and the food and drinks you can order throughout the day are reasonably priced and offer excellent value for money.
We would also like to give a special thank you to the housekeeping team. We accidentally spilled coffee on the bed and needed their help unexpectedly. They responded almost immediately, were extremely polite, and dealt with everything incredibly quickly and efficiently. We were genuinely impressed by the level of service.
Overall, a beautiful hotel in a fantastic location, but what really makes it stand out is the wonderful staff. Thank you to everyone, and especially to Ms. Tes and the housekeeping team, for making our stay so enjoyable.

My family and I were more than satisfied staying at Best Western Premier Bangtao Beach. It has everything needed for a relaxing holiday. Clean rooms, lovely swimming pools and even a small fintess room (Unfortunately, some of the fitness equipment was no longer working properly, but this was only a minor issue.). The staff was always friendly and welcoming. Especially Golf, who always greeted us friendly and with whom we really had some great conversations. M Sakol was also incredible kind, taking a photo of our family together with Golf on our last day in Thailand. We all ejoyed our stay and would defintely reccomend it anyone who likes to visit Phuket one day ☀️

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at Best Western Premier Bangtao Beach Resort & Spa and can highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing vacation.
The entire resort is beautiful, peaceful, and exceptionally well maintained. The rooms were always spotless and perfectly cleaned every day by the housekeeping staff, who were incredibly friendly and attentive.
The hotel staff truly exceeded our expectations. Everyone was welcoming, helpful, and always did their very best to fulfill all our requests and make our stay as comfortable as possible.
The breakfast and the food in the restaurant were excellent—fresh, delicious, and varied. The restaurant staff provided outstanding service and made every meal a pleasure.
The pools are amazing, and the direct access to the beach is simply perfect. The beach itself is stunning, with soft sand, warm crystal-clear water, and a very gentle slope, making it ideal for families and relaxing swims.
Despite the quiet and relaxing atmosphere, everything you need can be found just a few minutes away.
Without a doubt, this hotel deserves five stars. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay unforgettable—we would love to come back!
H
The resort is rated as a 4-star property, but I personally rate it 3 stars because it simply doesn't deserve four!
We booked three rooms and were assigned options on the fourth floor (with no elevator). We informed the front desk that my mother is an elderly woman who cannot climb the stairs and requested a room on the first floor. However, the receptionist refused, claiming that all first-floor rooms were fully booked.
When we told her we wanted to cancel our reservation, she quickly changed her tune, saying she suddenly found available rooms on the first floor—and even gave us multiple options to choose from! Why lie to us in the first place, only to magically find several vacant rooms the moment we threatened to cancel?
The woman at the reception was far from pleasant; she spoke to us with a cold, resentful attitude. Out of courtesy, I won’t mention her name.
Breakfast was a huge disappointment—it felt like it came straight out of a convenience store. The juices and baked goods were far from fresh, and the coffee was practically undrinkable!
I also didn't appreciate their towel policy: you are restricted to just one towel per day, with no replacements even if it gets completely soaked.
On top of that, they charged a 5,000 THB security deposit—something I’ve never been asked to pay even at 5-star resorts. There is nothing in the rooms that warrants such a high amount.
At check-out, they forced us to pay over 300 THB for an orange juice taken from the room's mini-bar, which wasn't even listed on the menu. This felt like outright theft, but I paid it under pressure just so I wouldn't miss my flight.
I won't deny that the resort itself is beautiful, peaceful, and in a fantastic location, but some of the staff are completely unfit to represent the place. Personally, I do not recommend it at all—especially if you are traveling with elderly companions.
My rating: 3 stars.

Our stay at Beyond Resort Kata was absolutely incredible! The hotel has a perfect beachfront location with breathtaking ocean views and an amazing atmosphere. The rooms were always clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained every day.
The food was excellent, with a great variety and delicious breakfasts every morning. We also loved the massage salon inside the hotel — professional therapists, relaxing atmosphere, and truly one of the best massages we had during our trip.
What made this experience truly special was the outstanding staff — everyone was warm, friendly, and always ready to help. A special thank you to Aoy from housekeeping for the wonderful surprises and attention to detail that made us feel so welcome.
Beautiful beach, excellent service, amazing food, relaxing spa, and unforgettable sunsets — everything was perfect. We will definitely come back again!

We arrived late at night, and after checking in, the bellboy brought our luggage to our room. He appeared to expect a tip, but unfortunately we didn't have any cash with us. As soon as he realized this, he made a face, muttered something in Thai, and walked away. It immediately left us feeling uncomfortable and created a very poor first impression.
Unfortunately, our experience with housekeeping was no better. The staff seemed unmotivated and lacked attention to detail. Each day, the bed was simply made, but the floor was never swept or mopped. It became so dirty that it looked as though it hadn't been cleaned for days. Eventually, I noticed a broom outside our room and ended up sweeping the floor myself. I then politely informed one of the housekeeping staff that the room was dirty and asked if the floor could be mopped. She also made a face, responded in Thai, and returned with what appeared to be a dirty mop. Afterward, the room was left with an unpleasant smell, making the situation even worse.
The most disappointing part of our stay was the attitude of the staff. The reception staff greeted us warmly when we first arrived, and we appreciated that. However, after check-in, no other staff member greeted us or even acknowledged us throughout our stay. Not a single smile, hello, or good morning. Instead, most employees we encountered appeared unfriendly, unapproachable, and, at times, outright rude. Hospitality is about making guests feel welcome, but unfortunately, that was completely missing during our stay.
The hotel clearly needs to invest in customer service and hospitality training for its staff. Professionalism, courtesy, and cleanliness are fundamental expectations at any hotel, and this property fell well short in all of these areas.
The view was beautiful, but unfortunately, that was the only highlight of our stay. The poor standard of housekeeping and the consistently unprofessional attitude of the staff completely overshadowed what could have been an enjoyable experience. Because of the lack of cleanliness, poor service, and unfriendly atmosphere, we will not be returning and cannot recommend this hotel.

We had a wonderful stay at Beyond Kata Phuket.
The hotel is in a perfect location directly on the beautiful Kata Beach. The entire property is very clean, well-maintained, and comfortable. We felt welcome from the very first day.
All staff members are incredibly friendly, professional, and always ready to help. A special thank you goes to the manager, Mr. Glenn Ferrer, who is an outstanding person—kind, professional, and genuinely caring about the guests.
We would also like to thank the kitchen team: Prathmesh, Pun, and Kristian for the delicious food and excellent service.
Many thanks to the restaurant staff: Sabai, Rona, Sun, and Joe FB, for their warm smiles and outstanding hospitality.
We are also grateful to the housekeeping team: AE, Tontarn, Nomwan, and Tik for keeping our room perfectly clean every day.
A special thanks to the reception team: Bumbim, Jennie, Zubeni, and Mr. Nuch for their kindness, professionalism, and assistance throughout our stay.

Phyu, Azu and Feena at the reception were absolutely stunning. From the moment we arrived, they gave us a real, genuine Thai welcome, and it was the perfect start to our stay at Beyond Kata Resort.
It’s true that the frontline team is the face of the company, and these ladies represented the resort really well. They were friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with anything we needed.
I want to give a shout-out to Namwan for the meticulous and professional room cleaning each day we were there. It was such a delight to come back to our spotless and wonderfully smelling room.
I also wanted to give a shout-out to Salin and Rona for making our time at the pool bar so lovely. They were a lot of fun and we had a great time laughing with them. It was truly another beautiful experience with the staff at Beyond Kata.
Having stayed at Beyond Kata three times now, we have definitely noticed a significant improvement in the staff and customer service. As always, Beyond Kata is our favourite place to escape home. It is perfect in every way—the location is great, the resort is beautiful right on the beach, it is close to night markets and lots of shops, cafes and massage places.
Thank you, Phyu, Azu, Feena, Salin and Rona - your exceptional customer service made our stay better. We’d come back just for the warm welcome!

Our 3rd time here, the hotel is on a beautiful beach and close to shops. The biggest improvement we noticed compared to our other 2 visits was the food. The meals were absolutely delicious and of high quality. We highly recommend this for a wonderful family visit. Every member of staff were incredible. Congratulations on the improvements.

We had a wonderful stay at Centara Ao Nang Beach Resort in Krabi and would recommend it especially for families.
We were travelling with four kids and had booked two separate rooms. The manager kindly went above and beyond by upgrading one of our rooms to a family suite so that both rooms could be located next to each other. That thoughtful gesture made our stay so much more comfortable, as we could keep the kids close by while still having separate rooms. Even the standard Premier Room was surprisingly spacious.
The resort itself is fantastic for families. It has direct beach access, two separate pool areas, and waterslides that kept the kids entertained throughout our stay. The breakfast buffet was excellent, with a huge variety of options and plenty of choices for children as well. We honestly couldn’t have asked for more. The resort was also a walking distance from the city centre.
Overall, we had a very enjoyable experience and would definitely stay here again. If you’re travelling as a family and looking for a beachfront resort in Ao Nang with great facilities and genuinely helpful staff, this is an excellent choice.

Centara was from start to finish amazing. From the greeting, welcome drink and extended hospitality by Tony to the huge room with a view of the ocean. The king size bed which was super comfy exceeded any California king I have ever experienced. Nice touches such as fresh fruit in the room upon arrival and fresh macaroons. Beach front property that for August was never crowded with ample chairs and privacy. Nice to have a concierge on site to arrange any outings. My only suggestion would be to add texture to the shower floors and also to the common floor areas as both were very slippery. I will definitely stay again.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Amazing Stay at Centara Ao Nang Beach Resort & Spa
We had a wonderful stay at Centara Ao Nang Beach Resort & Spa Krabi and truly enjoyed every moment of our holiday.
The hotel has an excellent location with direct beach access and beautiful views. The rooms were spacious, modern, spotless, and very comfortable. Housekeeping did an outstanding job every day, ensuring everything was clean and well organized.
The swimming pool area was fantastic—clean, relaxing, and perfect for families. We especially loved the peaceful atmosphere, the facilities, and the easy access to Ao Nang Beach. The breakfast selection was great, and all hotel amenities were well maintained.
What made our stay truly special was the exceptional service provided by the staff. Everyone was welcoming, friendly, professional, and always ready to help with a smile.
We would like to give special thanks to Maya, Yaya, Tony, Mard, Amy, and Ann for their kindness and outstanding hospitality. They went above and beyond to make our stay memorable and comfortable. Their warm attitude, attention to detail, and genuine care made us feel at home throughout our visit.
Thank you to the entire team for creating such a wonderful experience. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Krabi, especially families looking for a relaxing beachfront vacation.
We will definitely return on our next trip to Thailand! ❤️
Highly recommended! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

We took a family of 50 people there.
Tommy and Yaya and Ann were so accommodating. They went through all our passports and helped us even locate one passport that accidentally fell off in the van.
Tommy help arrange tuktuks and vans for anyone who needed assistance. He sorted out our trip to the Elephant Sanctuary with 10 senior 60 to 80 yrs old.
They were meticulous and accommodating in their service. The service was above and beyond what was expected. No hassle, fuss free and so wonderful.
Thank you all so very much for making our stay of 50 ppl memorable.

This hotel made our stay in Kata really special. We were welcomed with a Thai healthy juice, an aromatherapy infused cold flannel and a mini ice cream cone and of course they carried our bags. We were given a free upgrade probs because it’s low season so had a double bed each!!- air con was easy to operate and strong. Lovely balcony with amazing view, lovely shower no problems with water temperature or pressure. Happy hour is daily from 12-2 and 4-6 and the cocktails were really well made and delicious. Buffet breakfast was lovely with loads of choice. Service was excellent and the pool was lovely with different areas to chill at. You can enjoy your cocktails in the pool too. Would definitely return and recommend for couples and families as it has a resort vibe. Went during low season June 2026.

From the moment we arrived at Chanalai Flora Resort, we were welcomed with genuine warmth and incredible hospitality. The resort is beautiful and impeccably maintained, but the staff truly made our stay. The management team, housekeeping team, restaurant staff, and front desk were exceptionally attentive, friendly, and polite—going above and beyond at every turn. Our rooms was lovely, spacious, and featured very comfortable beds. The breakfast had a good range of choices. We will deeply miss everyone there. Thank you for making our holiday so unforgettable!

Had a wonderful stay at Chanalai Flora Resort. After a long travel day we were warmly welcomed with a cold drink, cold flannel and small ice cream cone which helped us with the heat. Staff were fantastic, checked us in and carried bags to our room. Our room had a pool and sea view, spacious balcony, comfy beds and strong air conditioning. Relaxing by the pool was a highlight, there is a QR code system to order drinks and food which staff bring to your loungers, and anything you needed they were happy to provide. The location was perfect for us as it was away from the bustle of the main street but close enough to walk where you needed to go. Would highly recommend this hotel when staying at kata beach!

Rooms, service, and location all 10/10. They greeted us warmly, with smiles, and a little welcome gift of iced tea, ice cream, and a nicely scented cold wash cloth. I cannot speak Thai but they spoke English well and thoroughly communicated the details of all the services. Room was amazing and the view of the pool is beautiful and luxurious. After resting a bit, we went to Kata beach which is just a few minutes walk. Saw people taking surfing lessons which we will try tomorrow. So far, everything has been amazing. Highly recommend this place for the room, location, and service.

We ended up at Chanalai Flora Resort after a truly terrible experience at another property, and honestly, finding this hotel completely changed our trip.
We discovered the resort while walking around Kata Beach and decided to stop in. From the moment we arrived, the staff could not have been more kind and welcoming. After what we had just gone through at our previous hotel, we were understandably cautious. The staff happily showed us a room first so we could make sure everything met our expectations before booking. That level of understanding and professionalism immediately put us at ease.
The rooms were extremely clean, quiet, and very well maintained. You can tell the staff genuinely cares about the property and about the guest experience. Throughout our stay, employees were constantly checking to make sure everything was perfect and asking if we needed anything.
The location is excellent. It’s only about a five-minute walk to both the beach and the walking market, which made everything easy and convenient without being noisy or chaotic.
The restaurant was also surprisingly good. Breakfast hours are very generous, which is great on vacation when you don’t want to rush your mornings. We also loved that each dinner service had a different nightly theme, which kept things interesting.
The resort has two large pools, activities for kids, and a relaxed atmosphere that works equally well for couples or families.
After the nightmare that brought us here in the first place, Chanalai Flora Resort felt like a lifesaver. We would absolutely stay here again without hesitation.

Attended a meeting here recently and I have to say, the experience exceeded my expectations from start to finish!
The meeting room was well-set up - spacious, clean, and equipped with everything we needed. The lighting and temperature were just right, which made it easy to stay focused throughout the session.
The staff deserves a special mention. They were warm, professional, and incredibly attentive. From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely welcomed and taken care of.
Even the lobby restroom was spotless and nicely maintained - honestly a detail that says a lot about how much this hotel cares about its guests's overall experience.
The lobby itself had a great atmosphere - elegant yet comfortable. A perfect first impression.
Would absolutely recommend this hotel for corporate meetings or events. Every little detail was thoughtfully handled. We'll definitely be back!

One of the most enjoyable stays in my multiple visits to bkk. The hotel service is superb. Good location away from the busy tourist area. Rooms are spacious and well equipped. Comfortable clean! Just the bed too soft for me. The staff always so friendly. If you need to go to the nearest train station they provide free tuktuk support. Gym is big and professionally equipped. Food there also very delicious. Very good service by Mr Wii at the restaurant. Also enjoyed the cozy and helpful service by Mr Pao. Always smiling and so happy to see him at the door. Seldom stay in the same hotel in bkk but this hotel will now be .

Hello,
I booked a family room at Lancaster Hotel, and I am extremely disappointed with how this situation was handled.
I was traveling with my two children, and my 4-year-old child accidentally made a tiny pen mark on the duvet. As responsible guests, we immediately informed the hotel staff so the item could be cleaned. We were completely transparent and cooperative.
What is unacceptable is that the hotel never contacted me by phone, email, or in person to discuss the issue. Instead, a letter was simply left in my room stating that I had been charged a fine of 2,450 Thai Baht.
Even more concerning, the hotel deducted this amount directly from my security deposit without obtaining my consent or giving me any opportunity to discuss, dispute, or understand the basis of the charge. This is not how a reputable hotel should treat its guests.
A small washable mark caused by a 4-year-old child does not justify such a heavy penalty, especially when there was no attempt at communication or fair resolution. The fact that the deduction was made unilaterally and without any discussion reflects a complete lack of respect for guests and their rights.
This has been one of the most disappointing hotel experiences I have ever had. The lack of transparency, professionalism, and respect for guest privacy is unacceptable. I expect a detailed explanation of this charge and a review of the hotel’s handling of this matter.

Such a brilliant hotel with incredible hospitality, especially their service mindset! The staff gave us a very warm welcome and speak English well. They know guest preferences inside and out. I could really feel their genuine care and felt so comfortable during my stay. :)

We had a wonderful stay at Lancaster Bangkok. We especially enjoyed our room on the top floor with a lovely view over Bangkok and its modern amenities. The electrically switchable glass between the bathroom and the bedroom was a very nice surprise and something we had never seen before! The staff was attentive and kindly accommodated our request for a high-floor room. Excellent value for money and a hotel we would happily recommend.

We had a wonderful stay at Rembrandt Residence. The location is very convenient, with Terminal 21, BTS, restaurants, cafés, and shopping all within easy reach. Our room was spacious, comfortable, clean, and had a great city view.
All the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay, but I especially want to give a big thank you to Kai from the housekeeping team. She was absolutely wonderful and always so friendly, polite, cheerful, and attentive. She took such good care of our room and paid attention to all the little details that made our stay more comfortable.
Kai’s warm and caring attitude really stood out and made us feel very welcomed. She is a true asset to the hotel, and I hope the management recognizes her excellent service.
Overall, we had a lovely experience at Rembrandt Residence and would happily stay here again when we return to Bangkok. Highly recommended! ❤️🇹🇭

I have stayed at this hotel many times, and I have always been impressed by the excellent service. The front desk staff, housekeeping team, and restaurant staff are all friendly, professional, and welcoming. Although the hotel is a bit old, everything is well maintained, and the warm service has always made me feel comfortable.
Unfortunately, this stay was a little disappointing. The room type I booked was much smaller than expected, and the overall experience was not as impressive as before. It was a shame because I always enjoyed staying here.
A special thank you to Housekeeper Wi for taking such good care of my room during my short stay. Your kindness and attention are truly appreciated.
Sadly, after this experience, I will probably choose a different hotel for my next visit. Thank you, and I wish the team all the best.

We stayed for 12 nights as a family of five and booked one of the larger family rooms with one king bed and two single beds. The room was spacious enough that it truly felt like a home away from home. We were very comfortable throughout our stay.
The housekeeping staff, especially Krem, kept our room sparkling clean every day, which we greatly appreciated.
The location is another big plus. The hotel is within walking distance of both the BTS and MRT, and there are plenty of restaurants and a shopping mall nearby where you can grab a quick bite before heading out for the day.
I would highly recommend this hotel for families. It's one of the best value-for-money hotels in the area and offers excellent comfort, convenience, and service.

Very good location, walkable distance to bts (10 minutes).
Rooms are extremely spacious and adequately cleaned. The residence building has a nice outdoor pool, while the hotel building’s gym is very clean and new.
Would choose to stay here again next time!

Super value for money. We occupied a grand suite with connecting door. Got two rooms with huge drawing dinning room with kitchenette and a washing machine and two bathrooms. Rembrandt is smack in the middle of Soi 20 and 18 so very close to BTS Asoke as well as Phrom Pong. Good breakfast. Two pools, one in either building. Folks from Rembrandt residences can access facilities in the hotel as well. Kudos to Khun Kan for housekeeping. She always cleaned quickly and efficiently.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! It is very child-friendly, making it a perfect choice for families. The rooms were always clean, comfortable, and well maintained.
The staff were all incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made our stay even more enjoyable. A special thank you to Alyssa from the Soms kitchen. She is always smiling, very attentive, and goes above and beyond to make sure you have everything you need.
We also want to thank Joy from the Lollo & Bernie Kids Club and Teen lounge. She is amazing with children, and our kids absolutely loved spending time there. The activities were fun, engaging, and something they looked forward.
We highly recommend this hotel to families and would happily stay here again in the future!

Overall, this is a great hotel for families. The rooms, facilities, and overall experience were very good.
The only major disappointment was the Kids Club. During our stay, we tried to take our children there six times, and it was closed every single time. The operating hours are very strange they close at 5:00 PM, which is surprisingly early for a family resort, and during the afternoon they sometimes close unexpectedly as well.
This is an area that needs significant improvement. A family hotel should have a Kids Club with reliable and convenient opening hours. Other than that, we had a very enjoyable stay.

I recently stayed at Sunwing Kamala Beach with my family, and it was honestly one of the best resort experiences we have ever had.
The resort facilities are outstanding; everything was extremely clean, well-maintained, and very family-friendly. The breakfast was excellent with a great variety of options, and the main restaurant served amazing international food throughout our stay. One thing that really stood out for us was that all the chicken and meat served at the resort is halal, which made dining very comfortable and convenient for our family.
This resort is truly designed for families and children. There are plenty of activities organized for kids according to different age groups, and my 5-year-old son absolutely loved every moment here. Even if you decide not to go out for sightseeing or tourist activities, you will never feel bored at the resort because there are so many activities available for both kids and adults.
The swimming pools were another highlight as it was very clean and temperature controlled, which made them perfect for families and children.
What made our experience even more special was the amazing staff. Everyone was humble, polite, friendly, and always willing to help. A special mention goes to Renelyn from Guest Relations, who was exceptionally helpful throughout our stay. She guided us very well, arranged a room upgrade for us at a very reasonable price, and even allowed us a complimentary late check-out, which we truly appreciated.
Another great advantage is that many of the staff members are Filipinos and communicate very well in English, making everything smooth and easy for international guests.
I would highly recommend Sunwing Kamala Beach to anyone visiting Phuket, especially families with children. In my opinion, this is one of the best family-oriented resorts in Phuket, and I would definitely love to stay here again.

I absolutely loved my stay at Sunwing Kamala Beach Hotel!
Everything about this hotel is wonderful. The rooms are spotless, and housekeeping does an excellent job cleaning them every day. The location is perfect—just a short walk to the beach, with plenty of shops, beauty salons, and everything you need nearby.
The massage service is outstanding, and the massage therapists are incredibly kind and professional. The food offers a great variety of delicious choices, and the inclusions make your stay even better.
What truly makes this place special is the staff. Every single person is caring, attentive, friendly, and genuinely committed to making sure you have a wonderful stay. You can tell they truly care about their guests and go above and beyond to make you feel welcome and happy.
Special mention to the fitness club trainer Ash (forget me not!) that made the exercise sessions very enjoyable and was flexible to my requests! And M in the restaurant for excellent customer service!
I fell in love with this place and with the amazing people who work here. Thank you for such a memorable experience. I sincerely hope I can come back again very soon!

We had an amazing stay at this beach resort! The location is incredibly convenient, with easy access to the beach, restaurants, and nearby attractions.
The resort is exceptionally kids-friendly — there were plenty of activities for children, and the staff went out of their way to make families feel welcome and comfortable.
The service throughout our stay was outstanding. Everyone was warm, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and perfect for a relaxing family vacation. Highly recommend this resort for anyone traveling with kids and looking for a stress-free beach getaway!
One personal small point for improvement as a passionate Zumba lover - the Zumba teacher was not really motivated nor professional. He started the class later and ended it earlier than scheduled, did the class in Crocs on Russian disco music 😂 I don’t expect a licensed Zumba instructor, but either don’t call it “Zumba” or be a bit more professional at least.

We stayed at this hotel once again, as we value its excellent service. Unfortunately, we learned that the Executive Lounge is currently undergoing renovations. We were not pleased with the arrangement of having to start our day in the large main breakfast room. We were then offered the option to have breakfast in the Lobby Lounge instead. This proved to be a very pleasant experience. The afternoon coffee hour and the evening Happy Hour were also offered there. We were assigned a dedicated table and, once again, we were delighted by the staff's attentiveness and willingness to assist. We would especially like to thank Edward, Lucas, and Soe for their kindness; they truly gave us the feeling of a "homecoming." Thank you!

The Highlights: Exceptional Breakfast, Spacious Suites, and Seamless Transit.
We had a fantastic stay at the Ramada Plaza by Wyndham Bangkok Menam Riverside. It’s a perfect choice for anyone wanting a high-quality, comfortable retreat right on the water.
The Food: The breakfast spread is easily one of the best I have ever experienced. Every dish imaginable was available and freshly prepared—there was so much variety that the most difficult part of the morning was deciding what to eat!
The Room: Our suite was impressive in size and immaculately clean. It felt more like an apartment than a hotel room, featuring a separate bedroom, a living room, and even a small study. The bathroom was equally well-appointed with both a bathtub and a separate shower cubicle.
Amenities: The beds were incredibly comfortable, and we were treated to a great view of the city from our 10th-floor window. The room came well-stocked with coffee and tea facilities, a fresh plate of fruit, and four complimentary bottles of water daily.
The Pool: The swimming pool is clean and well-maintained with plenty of sunbeds and a convenient pool bar. Just a tip for sun-seekers: because of the tall surrounding buildings, you’ll need to move your sunbed throughout the day to stay in the light as the shadows shift.
Location & Service: We appreciated the small selection of snacks and drinks available at reception upon arrival. A major plus is the hotel’s hourly shuttle boat, which makes the trip to and from the central pier/train station very easy.
Bottom Line: Between the massive rooms and that legendary breakfast, I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

The perfect choice for a family celebration!
If you want to feel truly cared for, stay at this hotel. The staff is exceptionally attentive and thoughtful. They handled all our wishes seamlessly from the moment we booked.
The room exceeded our expectations—great layout, beautiful views, excellent soundproofing, and a bed that was hard to wake up from because it was so comfortable.
They made our daughter's birthday extra special. I ordered balloons to the room, and the staff executed it beautifully and quickly, double-checking the exact colors and inscription with me. The complimentary birthday cake was such a sweet touch!
Breakfast by the river was the perfect way to start each day. Thank you, Ramada team, for making our stay so memorable!

I had a wonderful stay at Ramada Plaza by Wyndham Bangkok Menam Riverside.
The rooms were spacious, clean, and very comfortable. What truly stood out, however, was the exceptional service. The team kindly accommodated us with an early check-in, and while we waited for our room to be ready, they thoughtfully offered us tea along with popcorn and biscuits — a small gesture that made a big difference after our journey.
The hotel has ample parking, which is very convenient. Its location is excellent — very close to **Asiatique The Riverfront**, and they even provide drop services there, making evening outings effortless.
One of the biggest highlights is their complimentary ferry service that runs every hour along the river. This makes it extremely easy for tourists to visit major attractions and shopping destinations like **ICONSIAM** and other riverside areas. I’ve added a picture of the ferry schedule for reference.
Breakfast was another standout feature — a wide variety of options, including Indian dishes, which was a pleasant surprise. The open dining area next to the river creates a beautiful and relaxing atmosphere, making the breakfast experience truly special.
Overall, a fantastic stay with great hospitality, excellent connectivity, and a lovely riverside vibe. Highly recommended!

A great facility with warming inviting staff from the door team who grab your suitcase to the personal welcome by the Head of Guest Services who visits you after you've been guided to the guests arrival lounge for a drink and snack before you head up to your room.
Bags arrive in the room jusf after you've walked in, as you check out well presented and relaxing room 😎 with a great view on the city and river.
All the amenities are great and available 24/7 with exception to the pool which closes late night.
Lounge and bar is nice with singers who bring the atmosphere to life.
Plenty to choose from to eat on their various menus with riverside or AC seating.
Easy location and literally 7mns walk next door to Asiatique and the markets to your right or local vibes to your left and if walking to the market is not your thing, they have a free tuktuk to take you (but you'll have to either walk, or grab a grab or tuktuk back)
They have their own river boat in case you want to go to town (highly recommended) and a fast and cool way to check out some of the neighboring building including the temples on the way to the otherside.
